So happy to find a good coffee place in the Midwest. Wife and I had been missing Dutch Bros since we left the west coast. Make sure to check out the whole drink menu online, its much more than whats on the board.

First, I’d like to say I completely understand preclosing at any restaurant or coffee shops and that everyone’s ready to get home but this biggby preclosed to the point of being closed. My boyfriend and I work third shift 7 nights a week for 12 hours and went here before they closed and it was 4 minutes before they should have shut down everything. We were going to get coffee for ourselves and a few work buddies as well, so given that the coffee is about $8 a cup that’s around $50 that they forfeited the company by not being able to make anything but REGULAR ICED COFFEE AND NOTHING COULD HAVE ESPRESSO. The amount of laziness and carelessness these employees showed for being on the clock and “working” was absolutely PATHETIC!

Ive been to a lot of Biggby but this location is the best. I would drive out of my way to go to this location. They have the most consistency with making their drinks well and have maintained that through staff changes over the past few years. Always friendly staff.

The workers at this location are always so friendly that they make you want to make seeing them part of each day & enjoying the moment doesnt hurt that the drinks ordered are delicious

Not the best coffee shop Ive been too.

This is my primary location. Expect a line of your going in the early morning hours. I typically shoot for after 9 and before noon. Pretty quick moving though, very friendly and helpful. Always have my order correct and served with a smile

Best Biggby I ever been to before! They must have a great management staff!

Weve been going to this Biggby for a year now, almost always through drive thru. My wife went in this time and regrets it. No warm greetings, just harsh, aggressive treatment, even yelling at customers. Its only a couple minutes away but we wont be going there again. We wrote to the Biggby customer feedback and they just mischaracterize and downplay what we wrote them. They apologize for you feeling the way you do and not for the way their baristas treat customers!

They are amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Great coffee and food!

Good drive thru is convenient yet wish they open up at 5:30 for us early risers and be careful during busy hours as it can be a lengthy wait. Recommend.

Been here plenty of times and have had pretty good service, nothing exceptionally great, but also nothing terrible, except today. I walked in and everyone behind the counter looked very busy (probly from drive thru, cause there was only 2 other people in there). I stood by the counter to wait and made eye contact with the same person a couple of times, but nobody says anything to me (no, hi, well be right with you or similar). I waited a moment or 2 and nothing. I had to use the restroom, so I went there and considered leaving and going elsewhere, but decided not to. Went back to the counter and waited. I made eye contact with the same person and nothing. I was about to walk out when I think I heard another person say, very quietly, hi, well be right with you....the fact that this person is said something to me is the only reason I did not walk out. Not a terrible experience, but definitely not great....you may want to reconsider going on a Wednesday afternoon...

Im here often and the staff are always working hard while maintaining a positive atmosphere for the customers. Even when they get extremely busy they make sure the customers get what they need while keeping that attitude. They are also very kind to each other which is great to see.

The staff are always super nice! The drive through line is often long but they go pretty quick. This particular morning the drive through attendant sung good morning to me which was super funny and made me smile!

The employees work hard and try to be fast but I feel like they are always understaffed. They can only do so much when there are not enough employees. Always waiting quite long for coffee. The employees are always in a good mood and have great customer service.

This particular store on this day was not a good choice to visit for a quick coffee drive-through experience on the way to work. I was in line behind only 4 vehicles. It took almost 15 minutes to get to the window and another 4 minutes until I received my coffee. 1st timer at this store.

One of my favorite locations. I dont visit often as we got rid of sugar and artificial chemicals from our diet so they dont really have much to offer us anymore. Hoping eventually they will have heavy cream and some syrups sweetened with stevia rather than chemicals.

Was charged twice for there mistake. It wasnt until I got home I found out one of my drinks was incorrect and when I came back to ask if they could replace it they said Id have to buy another one. What was odd too was that the first person I talked to (a lady) was replaced with a guy after i mentioned the mistake.

The biggby staff is rude to business around them. We get our dogs nail cut at the grooming corner. The customers park so it is hard to get in and out. The manager threw a construction cone at her business. Come on biggby!

This is a nice Biggby. The drive thru is good and the employees are friendly. Sometimes the wait for a black coffee is quite long, but overall its a nice place to grab a cup of coffee.

The people always talk to you like your a friend. They remember your name you go there for the people, and then the coffee is great too.

Fastest drive to Ive been through

There is no consistency with your drinks. I am a faithful everyday biggby drinker and it’s sad each day the same drink changes. And waiting over 20 minutes for a coffee is a bit ridiculous. I love it when the coffee is right, but it seems the wait and coffee are getting worse and worse!!

The staff here is one of the friendliest groups of employees. They are nothing but kind and so efficiently fast in the early morning! I highly recommend coming to this location for someone to put a smile on your face while making your favorite beverage.

Coffee shop is well-located with friendly baristas and fresh-tasting coffee. Unfortunately, service (taking of orders) indoors has been slow; drive-through seems to be prioritized over indoors. And we wish Biggby in general would carry an unsweetened (no sugar added) plant-based milk; currently it does not.

Went to the drive-through the woman on the other end a had a hard time understanding me I dont know if it was the intercom system our if it was me that was the only issue I had the service will speedy and fast and the coffee was good

Good coffee, the lattes and blended drinks are pretty sweet but I like them with half-syrup. The staff is nice and the drive thru is convenient. They are on the pricy side for coffee but they have good mail coupons and good deals on iced coffee.

Not my favorite Biggby that Ive been too but they are pretty good. Much better than the one on Kalamazoo Ave. Very nice workers every time Ive gone

Sadly the taste of your coffee at biggby depends on who makes it. Sometimes its good and sometimes youre not even sure they gave you the right drink.

Always disappointed when I come here. I waited in line for 22 minutes before I had my drinks. I waited at the window to pay while my drinks were on the counter for 5 minutes. I do not understand how this is always my experience. Are there not enough employees on staff? From other reviews Ive seen here and other places is that the manager/owner does not care that they get bad reviews and is rude to customers who did complain. I saw her working one day and while her employees were scrambling to keep up with the long drive through line and inside line she decided to stock cups under the counter instead of helping her staff. With a owner like that its hard to see any of this ever improving. Sad, that you are a business owner and do not care bout your reputation or the service you and your staff provides.

Decided to give them one more chance. As usual extremely slow service. I am so disappointed. I dont know if it is lack of employees or slow employees.
