This is the first review Ive ever written for anything. Kevin was absolutely incredible and completely exceeded my expectations. He took my 2012 MacBook Pro and transformed it into what feels like a brand new machine right off the shelf from the Apple store. I brought it in Tuesday afternoon and he had everything done by Wednesday morning. The cost was very reasonable and he even fixed some exterior damages too. I 100% would HIGHLY recommend visiting this business for any issues regarding Apple computers. Cant thank Grand Rapids Macs enough!!!

I decided to try this place when Apple quoted me $2000-3000 to fix my Mac book pro. The owner was able to fix my laptop for $225 and OVERNIGHT! Within 16 hours of dropping it off I received a call that it had been fixed. I recommend this place 110% could not have had a better experience!!!!!

My experience with Grand Rapids Macs was amazing! I had a mishap with some water on my computer and I was in a panic! I called Grand Rapids Macs and spoke with Kevin who was very helpful! He worked with me on curbside service too as I have kids that I would rather not bring into a store-that was a plus. The price was affordable and I got my computer back the next day! Kevin is great to work with. I purchased this MacBook Pro a while back with no issues, great service, delivery and everything came as expected. However, I spilled coffee on it and after it dried out it would not turn on. I checked back in with Kevin who thought he might be able to fix it. I shipped it to him and it was repaired the very next day and shipped back to me a day later. This gentleman has great service, quick turnaround, and sells only high-quality items. I highly recommend his business and his professionalism. I feel very fortunate to have come across him and his services.

I was looking all over marketplace for a good iPad Pro because it’s become the place to find and buy used merchandise. However, when it comes to electronics especially computers and things like that it can be a little trickier In trusting what you’re getting. I came across Grand Rapids Macs and got in touch with Kevin and that ended my search. Kevin put me at ease, was obviously well knowledgeable and made me a good deal. Here’s the thing: I am very stingy when it comes to giving reviews, as I want to highlight truly special businesses that are as dedicated to their craft as I am to mine. So after working with GR Macs extensively over the last month or so, I can 100% vouch for the quality of experience and expertise. GR Macs is a one stop shop for repairs, purchases, and advice that I now cannot do without. As a seriously busy professional creative, I need my tech to work, especially now that I am doing for-hire livestreaming services, which requires certain specs. I was starting down the barrel of spending thousands of dollars on a new machine and did not know where to turn for a cost effective alternative. Not only did Kevin hook me up with a killer machine that fit my use case for a more than reasonable price, he collaborated with me on the entire project; from the best iOS for my needs, to installing an upgraded hard drive. I was so pleased with this initial experience that I brought two of my other MacBooks in for repairs, which he totally delivered on. Honestly, Kevin’s service is above and beyond, which has been a major help and relief. I cannot recommend this business enough!

Kevin did a great job with my Mac. It turned out to be much more problematic and time consuming than expected or quoted, and he stuck with it until the job was done. He also was exceptionally generous in his pricing after all of the problems encountered. He could handle every issue that in the past had to be sent into Apple. I would definitely use his expertise again. I like that he deals exclusively with Mac.
