The workers at this store are phenomenal!! My son dropped his paw patrol bracelet while we were there and they emailed me on it. I didn’t get around to reading my email for a few weeks and to my surprise they still had it. When calling I spoke with a different employee than who originally emailed me on it and he was 100% in the know and they hadn’t gotten rid of it. Talk about going above and beyond!!Not only did they go above and beyond with my sons bracelet ordeal, but while we were shopping we were welcomed and assisted with an excellent level of service and knowledge. In addition, they offered to carry the supplies out to my car for me which was greatly appreciated! You guys rock!!

What a wonderful experience of going over and above with customer assistance. Not only did the salesman give recommendations appropriate to my project, made an effort to get me the best deal, he carried my paint out to my car as he could see I was a senior lady. He was friendly, courteous and very helpful! 👍🙂

Bought a fair amount of paint and supplies here for a couple of work-related projects over the last 4-5 weeks. Their selection and quality are excellent. When/if I needed assistance with selecting a paint or stain, they had the answers and made recommendations. They stock a variety of items to get the job done from foam-brushes to Graco sprayers. Sherwin-Williams Paint stores are convenient and competitive.

The guys there are cordial and made us feel welcome. They answered our questions well and have a good deal of knowledge. A professional painter was shopping there, and he and the guys had a good rapport. Knowing that professional painters shop there gave us an extra feeling of confidence our painting project will be a success.

This is a great store. I typically, only purchase 1 gallon or so of paint at a time, but they always treat me very well. I love the paint. Its the only brand I use.

Where to go for knowledgeable paint professionals. Bought some Emerald Exterior Acrylic trim paint, it applied smooth with enough drying time to blend all of the brush strokes together.

I accidentally went to the wrong paint store first. No one greeted us as we walked in. When I presented a coupon to the salesperson, she was not friendly and pointed out in a deeming way that I was at the wrong (brand of paint) store. We went just a little further down the street (like 1/8 mile) and walked into the Sherwin-Williams store. My daughter and I were greeted warmly as we walked in - even though it was late afternoon on a Saturday. The two young men working could not have been more friendly and helpful. They mixed up two samples of paint, showed us how the back of the SW paint chips recommended coordinating colors, and then proceeded to get the coordinating chips for us. They chatted with us while our samples were being mixed and then sent us on our way with more friendly wishes.

Great store with a top notch team. But I have lived in the area all my life and it is not easy to find. It is not noticeable from any main road so I feel they are loosing out on business due to the location.

Fantastic customer service! Brought in a 15-year-old can of paint, hoping to get a gallon of paint close to the same color. The team spent an hour finding the closest match they could.
