We had a 5 hour drive to east Texas ahead of us with two puppies in the truck and were really tired. We had a nail in our tire and I googled the nearest tire store to our location. Trojan Tire came up and we decided to give them a try. What a sweet blessing they were. They invited our puppies in to the showroom and were so kind. They plugged our tire and told us it was on the house. We were expecting to have to buy a tire so this was wonderful news. It restored our faith in the belief that there are kind, generous people in our world. Thank you Trojan Tire for your hospitality and kindness. We appreciate you. Our puppies thought you were great too.

Ive been to this shop multiple times...with a different vehicle each time... They have always done great work. Im on the way again with some tire issues. The last time I there they actually sent 2 mechanics to my home (I was in the process of leaving my ex husband...oh I did also live in the neighborhood across the street...) bc my Jeep Commander wouldnt start. Once I had it towed to the shop... My ex had put almost 3 gallons of water in my gas tank and a few days prior had busted out my drivers window. Needless to say, they were amazing and so very helpful especially in my then situation. Highly recommended for any & all automotive needs.

Came in for a thermostat housing job estimate. The lady at the front desk was more concerned about taking care of incoming customers than the person standing right in front of her, which I though my was kind of rude, but anyways, she asked for my information to call me back. I gave it to her and left hoping shed call me back. After a few hours...nothing. So I called back to inquire she very unapologetically said Ill call you when I have the info. Not very nice. Day goes by...You guessed it...never got the call. I called the next day, just to voice my disappointment in customer service, that I was a Veteran just moved to town and needed my car fixed. Not cool.

Wonderful people to work with. They listen to you as a person, not as cash in their pocket. Very understanding and helpful. I would recommend them to all family and friends.

A great place for service. The staff is personable, friendly and upfront about everything that needs to happen to your vehicle. I have always been happy with all repairs done to my cars.

Buyer beware. They told me it would be $45 straight charge to diagnose my vehicle. Signs in their shop say the same thing. Then once they diagnosed the problem (told me it needed an engine). Then told me they didnt really want to do it. Next morning they changed their mind when they found out I had a warranty. But, when the warranty company told me I couldnt have it repaired there, they changed their attitude and proceeded to tell me I owed them $95. Nothing worse to me than someone who doesnt stand by their word. I would not recommend them at all. If thats what they do with the small things, I certainly wouldnt trust them to do any larger projects.

Its hard to find an honest shop who will call you with an estimate before doing any work and saying you owe them a bunch of money, thats why i love this place. I usually deal with Josh who is one of the mechanics there and have had a great experience, but the entire staff is friendly and helpful whether i need an oil change or water pump. Definately recommend this shop to anyone looking for an honest place that they can trust!

Shady place! I chose this place at random, and Im sorry I did. Put in a new fuel pump in; lasted 2 days. Put another one in, and they returned my car with the check engine light on and cracked a valve, besides other things, making my car run 200 rpms higher than it should be. They demanded more money, got zero. I threatened to sue unless they corrected the problem & take responsibility. They agreed, so after I dropped off my car, the owner Darrell, called me and said Im gonna have to pass and screamed at me without allowing me to speak, then hung up. I have all email communication saved between us. He knows hes wrong. WOW.... REAL PROFESSIONAL. I went straight to another auto shop I had heard about, and they told me all about their shady practices. Makes sense now. I shall take pleasure in suing them. See ya in court!

I have had my vehicle worked on at this location a couple of times now. Have never had an issue or complaint about the work.They have found other issues that I did not have it at the shop for originally and always have obtained my authorization prior to doing any work that needed done.

It was not me personally but a very good friend that had to deal with them. The lady in the office was very rude . And they might want to teach her how to speak with her customers ..i would never do business here.

Was charged a few hundred dollars more than what they had told for services unwanted which they made me pay. Also, the problem was half fixed. Starter was flooded and supposedly they had put a new one on but it is obviously used and starts half the time. Great job guys.. fail!

They get me in and out on a routine basis. They listen to your problem and try to solve it without looking for the most expensive solution first. We trust them with all our family vehicles.
