Always get my drinks fast at this location and their staff is always super nice.

I go to this Starbucks all the time between 5:30am and 6am cause I have to be at work at 6 sometimes and I’ve never had a problem getting a drink during this time but this morning at 5:50am after waiting in the line for 5 minutes trying to get ahold of someone to take my order I was told they aren’t open yet and google is wrong on their hours even though I’ve come to this location plenty of times that early. Very disappointed with the customer service it was a great way to start a morning.

This location has the best staff! They’re all so friendly and welcoming when I come in. They always make my drinks perfect and I never have to wait long in the drive thru on my way to work in the mornings!

No matter when you go, the waiting time is beyond normal.got so tired of waiting that I left without picking up my order today

Truly the best service at this location!

I went in this morning and they were slammed with cars but everyone was busting it to get orders filled. The manager on shift was incredibly friendly and apologized for the delay (which was really no big deal). This is the cleanest and probably nicest Starbucks I’ve ever been to! I wish I lived closer and could come see these folks for my daily coffee trips.

Super friendly staff!!! Line moves very quickly. Hence the 3 stars. Unfortunately, my latte was very weak lacking flavor. Was Super excited to have a Starbucks so close.

I had the best customer service on 12/17/20 around 9am.. all the workers were so lovely to interact with and it brightened my morning.

I was told I could not be served because I didn’t have a mask on. I walked out and will never return. It is my RIGHT to choose not to wear a mask and your company does not have the authority to tell me what to wear. Terrible business.This happened Saturday April 3rd at 8:45am*I called in and am waiting on a call back.

My last 3 visits to the Jenks Starbucks, superstar employee— ERIN— who works the drive through, has recognized my voice AND known my order like it was part of the job. Pretty amazing quite honestly.The whole staff (Hunter/Teros,) are on point and the coffee is CONSISTENTLY made correctly.Next time you are there order the “Dope Shorty”--Doppio in a short cup.2 shots espresso1 shot steamed 2% —no foam2 raw sugar & 2 honeysAmazing. Great store! Friendly, efficient, intelligent, cheery employees. My new favorite! They wore masks, cleverly used mugs and baskets for touchless handoff at drive-thru. Much better than Glenpool store.
