Wanted to share my wonderful experience with a fantastic employee that I met today named Donte. He graciously helped me to my vehicle and loaded up my groceries for me, without me even having to ask for help. He was so friendly, polite, and helpful and I really appreciated his initiative!

Constantly out of stuff.. 20 employees stocking shelves, yet products are always unavailable. No one works the registers…. The Burmese workforce just looks at you like you’re insane when you ask them for help. The waltons are rolling over in their grave. Disgrace

Super clean store! Easy in and out. I had trouble locating an item and a kind young man that was stocking shelves helped me. I used the self checkout and it was perfect. The people in the pharmacy are super nice. I live in a different town but I will drive a little to go to this location. Love it!

I was checking out with my kids and in a hurry, when one of the items I had didn’t have a barcode… I got the attention of one of the staff that didn’t help — she was too busy talking to a customer She said “go get another one” and proceeded to have an in deep conversation with a “customer” I assume was a good friend from all the loud horrendous cackling. SUPER unprofessional and lazy.

Only went in to grab a couple of items. Asked a cashier where an item was and she was more than happy to assist. Eight in the morning is an awesome time to go because its not busy at all.Great first impression, Walmart.

Its great having the things we need so close to home, always clean, stocked and friendly when weve visited.

Neighborhood walmarts are great for groceries. It seems to have all of the benefits of a Walmart without all of the headaches.

Good store, looks nice. But unfortunately, theres a heavy manager with a bob who yells and treats her associates like trash. I believe her name is Terisa? I have seen this multiple times while in the store, and I dont understand how she even got a management position if she has no people skills. Today I even heard her say Are you going home early tonight because your DADDY said so? In a tremendously condescending voice to a poor highschool kid. I like this store, cant STAND this woman. She seriously needs to be checked out by higher ups, and hopefully fired. Im sure every associate there would have a less stressful job setting with her gone.

Very good produce, had everything else we needed. Most were self checkouts. One item did not scan right. It took a long time before someone resolved it remotely. Other than that urmt was a good experience

Really like it,they have all ur grocery items, All kinds of beverages,sodas,beers n wines. They rarely run out of inventory. Convenient n recommend.

Its a good place to shop easy to park. Short distance to walk from parking to store, always good parking and not to busy

Horrible. They need to train their cashiers better. My stuff had to be rang up twice. Almost needed a 3rd time. Then my buggy went dead. Worst experience ever 😬😖

We prefer this neighborhood market as it has less foot traffic. They dont have some of my essentials, but its worth my main shopping! Even Saturday shopping is easy here! Ive never had to wait on more than one person in line with only one or two lines open other than self checkout. Everyone is doing a great job at staying masked up at this location! Ive only ever seen one person during this pandemic take their mask off while shopping, but they have someone stationed at the door making sure people are masking at entry. If you are immune compromised or have to take Littles who cannot safely mask, I highly recommend going to this neighborhood market!

Love this store! But one thing that is super annoying is the squeaky shopping carts! Can you please take 5 mins to oil them with some WD-40? They will just get worse, and this will preserve the life of them. Do this maybe once a month. PLEASE! And yall have to try their Village Pie Maker pies! They taste exactly like homemade! Worth the price!

This had to be the busiest I have seen this place. Many things were not in stock. However, the staff were working hard to fill the shelves and are all always very nice and helpful. So, in a store with some empty shelves, only the staff and their great attitude made the experience one that made it pleasant.

Online pick up has changed my opinion of Walmart. Its a great, convenient service and the folks who bring the groceries and load the car are always personable. Glad theres a neighborhood market nearby.

No wonder Reasors has such a loyal following. They dont disrespect their customers. Ive shopped at this neighborhood Walmart for myself and on behalf of my mother since it first opened, but as of tonight theyve lost our patronage forever. Being as were in a global pandemic, Ive taken the responsibility of fetching whatever my mother requires rather than risking her health to an exposure of Covid19. A woman supervisor apparently on a self-induced power trip informs me they wont accept a signed check unless my mother walks into the store and presents it to the cashier in person. Really. If thats the longstanding situation, then how have I accomplished this literally a thousand times. I call them out for their BS.

This store can never get its inventory right. They either have too much of something or not enough of the other. They tag their meat to expire when it’s really not going to so they can move stock. Horribly mismanaged, stockers everywhere but front of house management/cashiers are non existent. Rude, immature, obnoxious employees in the aisles always in your way. The store smells like sewage most of the time, multiple occasions the cheese I bought there had mold on it. Management should be embarrassed. This location is a travesty to the brand. I work at the home office in Bentonville... I will be making a recommendation to audit this location

There are items in the bakery that are stale and look out of date, this is not a good Walmart to go to. Their staff wwre kind of rude and did not know where certain items were when asked the question. I tried to also get a cake signed with someones name on it and I was told that the staff left earliet than supposed to so I had nobody to write on the cake they did not seem to care.

This store is never busy and the service is amazing. Parking is always available and easy to find. I come here when I need anything and they are always fully stocked. I usually use a basket and once Im done one of the workers wisks it away and cleans it. There is always a worker nearby if I have any problems, and I enjoy the convenience.

Always smiling! Always clean and following safety protocol for masks! They always get my order ready and out on time! Even when i have to go in they I see the same inside too!

Great place to shop. Very clean and well managed in the Jenks area.It seems to be more well stocked and managed than most others in the area so if youre looking for a better shopping experience I recommend this place.

Common items are always out of stock. Dont expect to find much produce after 9pm. Multiple times, I have seen items past their expiration date, and I have found multiple items with their tampered-proof-seals tampered with. Also, they wont price match. In summary, go a mile north to Reasors for a better experience.

Love my neighborhood market! Get in and out. Kiddos working behind the counters are always sweet and willing to ask how you are doing!

I love this store. Im there at least 4 or 5 times a week. The only negative thing I can say is they stock the shelves during shopping hours, all of them. Getting around everything is sometimes inconvenient. Otherwise they r great!

I really like my local neighborhood Walmart. All the employees are always nice and are in a good mood. Today though someone had really bad diarrhea and with their restroom layout the smell carried over three aisles. I feel bad for the person in the restroom.

Doesnt ever seem busy. Typically in and then right back out. Staff is decent. Parking is good. Convenient for quick runs for a missing/needed item. Better than a full size Walmart.

Worst customer service ever and does not follow A.D.A Laws. Will never go to that walmart again. Im all for following stay safe social distance but should be able to go get a wheelchair for a disabled customer.

I went to this walmart to day. I am a disabled senior. I approached the entrance doors to request a wheel chair and was told i needed to walk around the metal gate which was about another 50 feet. I ask the walmat clerk standing gard if i could please get a wheel chair? He said and pointed in the direction where the whilechairwhere but still insisted i walk around. So i complied. It is very difficult to walk far distance to to nerouphy and lung issues.once i entered only to find tthere was another barrier if caution tape which meant i would have to walk another 100 feet. I was in pain and very upset and demanded to speak to a manger. All employee just stood and staired.finally a male clerked apoach me and asked. If he could help me. I requested a wheelchair and mgr he got me both. I beilve theses action would be against the amerivan disabilty act for one but the incompationat treatment was the worst i had ever been treated. Who knows how many. Other disabled have been treated this why by this clerk standing guard. I understand with the coro nvirus and social distance is important as i had on a mask and glo es and have been allowed to enter the nerest to the wheelchairs at every other Wal-Mart. Just a little commonsense and customer service. He could have even brought me a wheelchair if that would have mad him feel he was doi g his job and i would have gladly drove it around the gate.Thank uVickie Perez

Not your average Walmart. I am in this store 4 or 5 times a week. The staff is extremely helpful and cares about your experience. The store is always clean and well presented. I have stopped shopping for groceries anywhere else.

Recently built, this neighbor market is perfect for just grabbing the groceries. There is a section of non-food products if you need more than just a gallon of milk. There is a full-blown Walmart supercenter just a few miles away, but I prefer going here. Its calmer, less busy, and easier to get to.

VERY helpful associates! We usually do not go to this store. Several associates actually walked up and asked what we were looking for on our list, took us to the exact product. Not once or twice, but the rest our our list. We did not ask the to. They offered. If I am ever in the area again, I will do my shopping there for anything I may need.

One of the best Walmart’s in town. Their grocery pick up is super great too. I always feel like they give me better quality fruits and veggies than the Glenpool location. Not to mention their staff is the best.

We were shopping at 6:30pm. The employees were stockings and they were ALL doing it together. It was so crowded shopping in for something in different spots because of all the employees would be there, then I would move to a different area of the store and there was more pallets and more employees standing around! There must have been 20 to 30 employees! I just wanted out of the store. Not one employee said a word to me. Not one employee moved so I could get something around them off the shelf. It was crazy.

Went in for the first time. Nice small store but appeared to have anything and everything you might need. I will go back

Went in at 7am on a Saturday and the case in the Bakery for fresh donuts 🍩....completely empty! I added a 📷.... Now that this store has New hours opening at 6am my thinking was if your gonna be open that your departments should be open and ready to go. I guess an hour after opening us expecting way to much!!!

Didnt like the way too relaxed atmosphere here. It was almost like the staff was indifferent to any other persons time and there was no rush whatsoever! Just too laid back; didnt seem to be any reason for any employee to get into any rush at all. It is clean tho and convenient so i would go here if I needed something quickly. Just not thw best atmosphere is all.

I called with one complaint regarding what an employee had done to my child. I had sent my 10 year old to get milk as I checked for any cracked eggs in the two cartons she had just placed in the shopping cart. She came back wide eyed and scared. This stocker lady had made only some nasty faces but she also prevented a young girl from feeling safe enough to simply get an item that was refrigerated. My daughter was not traumatized or scared for life. And, I am with the faith, management spoke to this employee. So, nothing like that is no longer anything one might face while shopping at this location. In fact, Walmart had no way of knowing and preventing such an immature and bully like behavior. I feel it worth noting for other parents who allow their child to feel dependable and needed by assisting mom and/or dad getting groceries.This location is not far from my house so very convenient and has a whole different feel than the Walmart Super Center, which is but a few miles further. Getting groceries is fast without having to maneuver around people who are not on the same mission to stock their refrigerator/pantry.

This is a very nice Walmart near my home with a cobblestone Street as you enter the store. I guess its about as upscale as you can get for a Walmart.

Clean, friendly, lots of items to choose from. The way their stock is shelved and located is a little odd to me but Im sure some genius marketer designed it that way for a reason. Nice place though and convenient.

The place was very clean. The lady at the deli was not very friendly at all, she acted like I was bothering her. The lady at the check out needs to know how to bag jared goods. She put 4 bottles of salsa, a small can of black olives and 3 bottles of spices all in one bag and didnt double bag. I did the double bag myself.

Avoid at night. Staff is not knowledgeable

Used the grocery pick up option here. It was pretty handy to buy groceries online and pickup at the store. The process is fairly simple when you use the app.

Store was busy trying to stock as items flew off the shelves. Restrooms were cleanPeople were polite.

I almost always have a hard time finding stuff in this Walmart. Customer service is wonderful though. Always clean.

Good for all your basics. I️ like the smaller store over the super center. Selection isn’t as big but they have everything you need for day to day shopping.

Clean and neat. Prefer grocery shopping here versus mega store due to convenience and being able to get and out of store quickly but I often order my grocery pickup from the mega store due to more availability and choice.

This store is much cleaner than other Walmart stores in the Tulsa and surrounding areas. Its very close to our neighborhood, which makes it convenient for grocery shopping.

I know people here love Reasors, but their meat has gone bad on me in record time. And, for their size i find many things i need here, keeping me from having to shop in more than one place. They are clean, staff helpful and smiling. And cost less than That other place!
