Pharmacy department have you hold over 20 mins rings rings and someone hangs up every time. Poor service changing my Walgreens location.

Drive threw line takes about 20 minutes to pick up medication . Thats way to long for pick up service .

Worst place EVER..bad attitude both at front as well was at pharmacy...if you call to speak to pharmacist ..Forget it..they will have you on hold forever (30+min) then they hang up on you ..Really just go somewhere else...

Kenyon in the pharmacy department is one of the best I than ever seen! His customer service, knowledge and passion for his job is incredible! All I can say is thank you and your team for the education and care.

The cashiers are old mean ladies. Get some fresh blood in there. You know people that actually enjoy their jobs.

The cashier Junita was very helpful and polite . She greeted me when I came in she had a nice smile on her face she said yes ma’am and no ma’am . She had a long line and got that line down like it was nothing . She called for help twice when I was there and the staff was taking a very long time but she handled that line with a smile . That’s good customer service and men seem to really love her pretty face . Nice job young lady

Incredibly rude and unprofessional. Lost my prescription and asked me to wait in the other drive thru while they tried to find it. They then helped over 6 cars taking about 45 min. They never found it and said they needed to refill it and to come back in 20 min. I went inside 20 min later and they were frantically looking for another prescription they lost. I was ignored and when I asked if they had my prescription ready the guy snapped and me and said he was busy. I called him unprofessional and he screamed that he would call the cops on me. I never got an apology.

I was at the store on Hampton trying to get a prescription filled and the pharmacist was being a jerk so Ive had to call around to this pharmacy because Ive been there before and she couldnt find the information I needed either but Kathy took the initiative to help me get the information I needed by calling around I really appreciated her going above and beyond I wish I could pick her up and take her to the pharmacy in my neighborhood.Kathy was excellent

***This place is full of mean old ladies as cashiers! *** ESPECIALLY A LADY NAMES MS MARILYN!!! Me: Maam do you mind checking the price for these? I bought some yesterday and at another Walgreens today for .99. Ms. Marilyn: (sucking her dentures & frowning) My name aint maam, you didnt buy these for no .99, and I aint got nothing to do with other Walgreens. I proceeded to have a manager verify that the price needed to be changed, and she even argued with HIM! These old cashiers shouldnt be allowed to continue getting away with being rude!

Employees are rude...one worker named kyra walked off because I asked a question about my medication and the supervisor Chris acted like he was afraid to say anything to her! I will be going to CVS from now on!

The manager Ann is completely rude ..doesn’t know how to talk to people other than that great experience.
