If I could 0 stars, I would!!!!! Dr would not not sign off on my short term disability because in her opinion, I should be able to drive a commercial vehicle with only one eye, no depth perception, and no perifial vision. They think that just because you can read a letter from a certain distance, that you can drive an eighteen wheeler.. so, basically, they want me to endanger mine and your families on the highway.

Scheduling my appointment was a breeze. Very sweet and helpful employee.

Dr Fontenot and his wife have a excellent practice along with a very friendly experience employees. They also have huge selection of eyeglasses. Call them for a eye exam.

The staff and Dr Shane are some of the greatest people I have ever met in the medical field. They are very friendly and they take the time to go over any issues you may have . Dr Shane and staff will go over everything they find and will take the time to explain any medical issues until you fully understand .

Dr. Fontenot and Dr. Duarte both make you feel like the most important patient. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable!! All involved in the process make you feel like they all care!! I will definitely go back and would recommend to anyone!!
