Clean facility with excellent customer service. Would recommend to family and friends.

Went in to access my storage after getting out the hospital. My locks had already been changed because my account was 5 days late. I never heard of anything like this after only 5days

They get you in on a great deal, then they jack your rates up within 6 months of being there and keep raising there rates on you. I have had more rate increase within a year of being here than I did with the 7 years at my precious storage place.

I hade a great experience w the customer service agent Hannah. I think she’s at the Jennings, MO location and she was super helpful! She went out of her way to assist me and find the best deal w/in my budget. I was so thankful for her and her customer service skills should be modeled after.

I have been using a storage space here for about 4 months and I can say that I am very happy with the services provided. The storage units are very clean, they have big access points, and these storage units are very affordable. I have never felt more safe for my items. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this 100%.

I have rented in other storages, but no one compare to this place. Great variety of sizes, great accesses, very clean, and excellent price. The management and its team are always friendly and professional, they are always accessible to support. I feel very safe in having my belongings there. 100% recommendable.

Best storage facility to rent space from in St. Louis area that I know of - hands down. And best prices in St. Louis. (I did the research). New ownership last year. Saw some outdated bad reviews but figured they were obsolete and came from the the previous management. I was right. The newer reviews are spotless. Now - Great service. Easy access loading docks - with big carts to move things with - saved my back. No surprise charge nonsense either. I live in Chesterfield and drive 28 miles to store here. What they say is what you get - spotless units, easy access, rates that are way more affordable than anything I could find anywhere else in the area. Tina and Alecia are both fantastic - super professional - super friendly. Rent here and you won’t be disappointed. I wouldn’t drive 28 miles if it weren’t for the best. Found them for the price. Stayed for the service.

Do not rent from this place!! Hidden fees about insurance are added when you get to the facility! The prices over the phone and internet are not what you pay!! They increase your rent when they want to and that also is not explained during the signing of the lease !! No one calls you to tell you a couple of months in to the lease your rent will go UP!!

My mom rents a storage unit at this place and it is wonderful since the new company took over. The staff is attentive and the manager Tina was patient with my mom explaining the changes. All I can say is the difference now is like night & day better! Even with our low budget they were able to help us get the best deal possible for as big of a storage unit as we needed. They treated us like family and actually cared about our wants and needs instead of upselling like the old company.

Was looking for a storage unit, and my friend told me about this place . By far the best self storage place around that I have been to. Tina was very helpful with getting a good deal. She took us on a tour of the place before we agreed to rent and told us how everything worked. She also helped us move some of our things into our storage locker! Very sweet and respectful. Im definitely recommending Store Space to anyone who needs a storage locker!

This place is wonderful I see that they’re trying to update the neighborhood and I appreciate it the lady at the front Desk I think her name was Heather was such a sweetheart she walked me through everything that I needed in order to get a Unit she even helped me to the unit and put my lock on and walk in even though I was asking 1000 questions she was very helpfulI do think that it should be cooler on the inside but it is cooler than what’s outside I just moved here from out of town and this was the first place that popped up near me hopefully I continue to have a good experience One thing I must say they actually care about their customers here other places I have been to over the years have been very pushy and if you don’t want something it’s always a problem but here at this place they help guide you in the right direction and I feel confident that I made the right choice

I like that its in doors ive rented at a plays that was fenced in and my things got stolen I have a small business I started on my own and having 3 grand taken from me was devastating to me and almost caused me to close down that mite not be alot to some one else but I just started it and at the time I was sinking all the money that I made in to tools that I needed for the line of work I do at this plays Im at now, I feel that my thing are safe and the people that Ive met that work there have been vary friendly to me I think its a grate plays

The lady at the front desk is fantastic, however the main entrance door been out of service for couple weeks now and they saying “it’s manufacture issue “ very inconvenience there is also an increase in monthly rent every couple months !!

Ayzha was AMAZING!!! I was greeted upon entry, she was very attentive to my needs and even anticipated what I might need. She was very through and gave me a great experience. I wish we had more people in customer service like her. From beginning to end she was professional and her service was exemplary! I will be using this location again and referring everyone I know. If they have different people working, I would advise them to model Ayzha. I would dislike getting another person and my review opposite of the service she gave. Thank you Ayzha and Store here for my FIRST experience using you all!

Excellent customer service upon entry afterwards Terrible service. The discount given at the time of reservation, is inaccurate and it has been several days and no return phone call.

They have storage Auctions and they cancled all of them AGAIN because they werent going high enough. This is the third tine theyve done this that I know of and they are infested with mice. Its gross.
