Went in for tires to be rotated and balanced, Was notified of a couple other issues but was not pushed to have them done they just let me know of the situation. I know personally of a lot of places that would push up sale of services in parts were not 100% necessary and St. Lucie battery and tire is not one of them,Get service down here with confidence knowing that they are professional and have awesome customer service. This is the first time I’ve been to the Jensen store but I have had service done at other locations and they are all top-notch will definitely use again for service

Amazing customer service!! I cant thank them enough!Went to have a tire repaired. They were sooo busy but Bailey fit me in. They repaired the tire, but when they rolled the drivers window down it froze in place. Having a window that wont go up may be acceptable in some areas of the country for a day or two, but here in South Florida (where every day its partly cloudy with a chance of afternoon thunderstorms) its a disaster. They immediately took the vehicle back in and got the window back up. They diagnosed the problem which entailed taking the whole door apart and putting it back together. I didnt want to repair the problem right now as we use AC all the time. When I went up to pay for their time (which was substantial) they said there was no charge. Im amazed and so grateful that they are so professional, and giving. The window issue wasnt their fault or responsibility at all!!!!! I highly recommend them to anyone in need of automotive service!Thanks again!

Despite being short-staffed on this particular day, they were able to perform my oil change relatively quickly. More importantly, the woman who provided customer service at the front desk was very friendly and professional. As I waited for my car, I observed her interactions with other customers. Bailey was cool shes always Dependable knowledgeable and dedicated to her company. Im not crazy about the up-sale of this operation. But I cant remember another establishment anywhere that doesnt try to up-sell you when you come in for just a small job like what happened here yesterday... they wanted to get another $500 out of me... oh well. The boss will be happy they certainly did try!

Received prompt service on a tire patch. They even offered to reinstall the tire on my car even though I brought the tire in loose. Everyone was personable and professional. Pricing was fair. First time coming here but I would return again.

I went there for my front brakes and plugs to be replaced. They showed me where my brakes are in wear and told me they are good for at least 6 mo. No diagnostic messages, so I didnt need anything at this time. NO CHARGEWhat! that is unbelievable. Diagnosing has cost $ in travel mechanical needs. So honest and real.

We were on the road and got a flat. They were able to order a new tire and install it in 2 days! Very helpful and friendly. Bailey was awesome trying to get us the best price possible!

First time customer today and will definitely be going back. Very nice lady at the desk helped me decide on a pair of new tires. She didn’t try to sell me the most expensive ones either, I respect that. I need my AC compressor looked at as well and they fixed that and I had my car back after a little over a hour. Very clean and great service.

The location was convenient, the front desk staff was cordial and efficient, the wait time was shorter then anticipated, and the person who worked on my car saved my tire. I was prepared to get a new tire after he pulled out the piece of metal, but he patched it and sent me on my way. All good!

Earlier in the day I had to get a service call as my Tahoe wouldn’t start. I had failed to put it in park and drained the battery. The service man jumped started my vehicle and advised his instruments showed I had a dead cell and needed a new battery which he could install for $251.00I declined and called St Lucie Battery and Tire. Got a quote for $185.00. After they checked my vehicle they told me my battery was fine and I did not need to replace it. Wow! Such honesty is so appreciated. Saved me a lot of money. I highly recommend Michelle and all the folks at the Jensen Beach location of St Lucie Battery and Tire!

I evaluate a company by how well they say what they’ll do and do what they say… on time. By this measurement I can honestly recommend St Lucie Battery & Tire, especially the Jensen Beach location where the work on my car was done. I dropped my vehicle when they asked and they completed the work when they said it would be done. I don’t think I can expect anything more than that.

What a great place. They always treat us wonderful. They are quick and very easy to deal with. They make recommendations but never pressure you to do more than you need. We have been taking our cars there for years and will continue to.

Stopped in to have them remove a screw in my tire. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Took car in and patched it and was back on the road within an hour. Wouldnt hesitate to use this business again...

St. Lucie Battery and Tire in Jensen Beach is the only place I have my car serviced. The customer service provided by both Michelle and Marco is excellent. They are very thorough in making sure that you get the proper work done on your vehicle. They never try to “sell” me anything I don’t need. Prices are very reasonable and the work is always done in a timely manner. Highly recommended!

They replaced right tire. When I left my car now started pulling to the left. I noticed it after running an errand a half mile away. It was now noon and they close at noon on Saturdays. I will contact them Monday morning. Is it not standard procedure to test drive after any tire work?

St. Lucie Battery and Tire provided great service. They repaired the AC issue, replaced the wiper blades, and changed the oil as requested and did a great job! In addition, Marco provided details about what was wrong with the AC and how they diagnosed the problem. When I returned to retrieve my vehicle Marco showed me the old part and explained why it needed to be replaced. I couldnt have asked for more! Great job!!! I returned to St. Lucie Battery and Tire in April 2021 for a brake job. It was another great experience!

I had a front end problem that no one could figure out - including the dealer. They took their time, and got it done right, at a very fair price. I recommend.

Brought car in with nail in tire. Courteous, although they didn’t get to my car until 45 minutes after my appointment (like a doctor’s office). Mechanic removed wheel, found that nail didn’t penetrate. What luck. I wanted to pay them for their time, butThey refused. That impressed me. I will go there again for any service.

I had a wonderful experience. Recently widowed, my first time having to deal with car repairs. I highly recommend them. The price actually came in lower than the original quote!

They forgot to do my oil change that I had scheduled with other service. So I had to come back the following week. Then as I was driving away after the oil change, I noticed they did not shut the hood to my truck so I had to get out and close it.

Shop employees were very accommodating. Would suggest when making an appointment the person confirm which location the appointment is for.

I purchased windshield wipers for my Chevy equinox and they put them on for me at no charge. This place is the best

They take me back to the service bay and show me what is wrong or what is going to be a potential problem!! This last trip was for AC issues and some nuisance things. Less than 140.00 out the door. Beyond happy with “my shop”.

Both of my experiences were NOT traumatic, on the contrary. With an appointment I was in, repaired and out, badda-boom. I could hardly believe the detailed estimates for future work on my 33 year old car complete with prices for parts and labor. I felt guilty for not having. To. Pay them for this service. I can now budget these repairs confidently for the future. Best damn garage I have ever dealt with. The gal that took care of me at the front desk took great pride in calculating the estimates for future work. What a great operation!! I will recommend them to anyone I run into that needs repairs.
