We love this place! Always has a phenomenal selection of local beers on draft and it’s always rotating! Their menu is excellent. I have never had a bad dish here. They will get rid of one of my or my wife’s favorites and the new thing we try becomes our favorite. The staff is always super knowledgeable about the beer and the food they serve and always super friendly!!

Castaways is awesome! Its my favorite gastropub in south Florida. Ive never had anything there that I didnt enjoy. I definitely recommend the seasonal egg rolls. Plus the selection of beer and cider on top is phenomenal. The flights are a great way to sample a bunch! The staff is fantastic too, always amazing service. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone .

Two stars is because our food was good as usual and server was pleasant. Our debit card was charged twice within a period of 3 days. This is the second time that this has happened with Castaways. The gentleman I spoke with never stated what his position was, only told me that it was my banks fault. Even calling me a second time saying that upon looking up our debit card with their accountant, Castaways had never charged us double at any time in the past year. If he would have asked I would have let him know that it was a different card that they charged double before. We frequented more times than I can count (cash and cards) in the past 2 years with dining in and take out especially. I cant tell you that dozens of times that we depended on Castaways for decent food throughout my daughters struggle recently with medical conditions. Our second phone call was disconnected and I would think he would give me a call back if we were disconnected accidentally. The charge was reversed after several days and still no phone call or apology. It was definitely not my banks fault as I spoke to a representative with my bank twice regarding this issue. This particular purchase was only for my husband and I, but our purchases are usually for five members of our family. That would be an even worse situation if we were charged double for that amount. Its unfortunate that the situation was handled so poorly. I question management and how this business is run now. I will miss their food

Dine in experience on a Saturday afternoon. Friendly, attentive, knowledgeable wait staff. I ordered a flight that was a fun experience. The smoked fish appetizer came out quickly was perfect for 2 people but way over priced at $13. Our lunch order was lost and we waited a very long time for our food, especially considering that they were not busy. When it did finally arrive it was absolutely delicious! Really big portions that were hot and fresh. My husband had a burger that required a 2 hand grip. I had a fish Reuben that was delicious with a piece of fish that was bigger than the bread. Once our entrees arrived our waiter disappeared and I needed a refill that I never had an opportunity to request. Given the wait and losing our order we were surprised that we received our bill in full. It somewhat soured the experience. We will definitely go back, especially if we have guests in town. Food was excellent, just need to tweak some service issues.

Everything made in the kitchen. Every menu item was delicious. Fried pickles, sandwiches, and flat breads. Yum!

New to the area, so we stopped in for a burger based on the reviews and photos. So glad we did because OMG, AMAZING! The owner, who was nice enough to come over to our table and introduce himself, said the burgers are made with sirloin…so this ain’t no regular hamburger. Definitely going back to try all of the other amazing sounding menu items!

By far, one of my favorite places to visit. Excellent food, excellent prices, excellent service, beer is ice cold, outstanding vibe. I have never, ever had a disappointing visit to Castaways. The best!!

Not impressed...ordered the po boy on carry out, the roll was so hard I couldnt even bite it, shrimp was cold/ breading soggy and the rest of the toppings were just gross. Entire box of food went in the trash.

I wish we would have taken a picture of our food, it was amazing! As was our service with Aina, the waitress that served us. Not only was she very helpful but we received some of the best Buffalo sandwiches and wraps that I have had hands down!! Highly recommend this place for the friendly service and quality of delicious food!

I was intrigued at the number of reviews for this place and the fact that it had a 4.7 average review. For me, one thing that always hits me before I even order is if Im going to feel comfortable eating in the establishment. Is the place clean? This place has a huge selection of beer on tap and the food is actually good. I would highly recommend that they spend $100 and paint the bathroom doors, and maybe repaint the tables black. Repaint the walls. It doesnt cost much, but it makes a big difference to people. The service was definitely very friendly and helpful. If anything I would go back for that.

I drove all they way from west palm to try this place. My honest opinion, they should use seasons :like salt and pepper. I ordered the bbq meatball sandwich and the meat was not well cooked. Everything was bland like an old folks home kitchen. Other then that the service was great and food came out really fast..

Mac and cheese heaven! Pulled pork mac and cheese... Delicious! Ive actually had everything on the menu you Castaways, pizza, burgers, and the chicken tenders are the best tenders Ive ever had. Fresh, and perfectly breaded with lots of sauce choices. I personally like to mix ranch with the sweet chili sauce. Its yum yum! The waffle fries and burgers are mouth watering. Awesome choice of beer as well. They made a special fish and chips for us as well which was amazing. The flatbreads are superb and also keep well if saving some for later. The staff here is also an awesome perk aside from the tasty, homemade and original food items. I highly recommend visiting this place you wont be disappointed.

Great place! My daughter has a pretty severe allergy to milk which makes eating out quite the task. The staff at Castaways took great care of her and made sure that she was not at risk of contaminated food. Five stars all the way. They also have a great beer selection. Cool place!

I just had their new menu today. And it was the best ever! It blew my toupee off man! I cant wait to go back. Its nice to get your moneys worth when you go out to eat. This place has casual decor with a plate of food that is on point!

Food was delicious. Service was a bit slow as the server seemed overwhelmed with the number of tables he had to manage. He was very apologetic and nice, but it was just slow at times.

Stopped in for dinner while in the area. Heard great things and it didn’t disappoint. Nothing fancy about the decor but definitely a lot of TVs and all on sports. Outside seating as well. Extensive beer list and great service. Was out of chicken fingers, which are supposed to be amazing, so settled for flatbread. It was good and the pickle app was delicious. Going to give is another go since we missed the chicken fingers. Definitely stay longer next time as well and sample some beers. Good happy hour specials as well, especially Mondays.

I’ve been to Castaways a couple of times now and both times I was blown away by the quality of the food. It’s a small location. Both times our server was very friendly and most importantly very prompt in checking in on the table. The burgers are out of this world. I’ve tried and the Stuffed Smokehouse and attached photos of the Smoked Gouda. Both were so delicious. The meat taste great and the flavors packed into both these burgers are great. Definitely a new favorite spot in this area.

While visiting beautiful Jensen Beach my sister and I where driving around looking for someplace to eat dinner. We came across Castaways. It has a nice outdoor area to sit. We enjoyed a wine and sangria then we ordered the cheese balls, garlic Parmesan wings and a Pizza called butchers pizza it was loaded with meat. The food was all very delicious.

Visiting from out of state and stopped in for Happy Hour.Our server was AMAZING!! I ordered the made to order Red Sangria. Very good with just the right blend of wine and fruit.We ordered the Corn & Jalapeno Fritters and the Pulled Pork Sliders from the Happy Hour menu. Both were very good!This place boasts 70 different beers on tap. It was really fun looking at all the taps that line the wall.Will definitely stop in again.

We are kicking ourselves for having lived so close to this friendly place for so long before finally venturing in to give it a try. The food is delicious, reasonably priced, and served by knowledgeable staff. Their selection of beers on tap is practically unrivaled in the area -- and try their Monday gimmick of tapping the keg, where you get a $1 pour of whatever beer keg is closest to running out.

We found this little gem by accident and have been back many times since. So many varities of beer, it will take many trips to try them all (more than 50 at any time and they rotate them out frequently). There is a mix of local brews as well as beers from around the world. They have something youll like.And every dish weve ordered has been excellent. They rotate their menu as well, except for the customer favorites. We stopped by today for a quick bite and had the loaded nachos, again. There isnt a single nacho in the pile without something on it. Chicken, cheese, jalapenos, tomatoes, onions and a few other ingredients. Weve tried the wings, which must come from a pterodactyl because theyre huge. The chicken philly, any flavor filled egg roll appetizer and the different style flatbreads are awesome.Stop by sometime, you wont be disappointed. And the staff are always friendly.... thats always a plus!

I love this spot! They serve first-cleass dishes, their menu is rich, The chef in that restaurant is very trained, I love very much trying all their dishes. The dishes are consistently fresh, the attitude towards the customers is agreeable. I visit often this place and I not even once was disappointed. Highly recommended.

The food is great also with plenty to choose from. They even have vegan options, which is where they captured my heart. We will definitely be back!
