We purchased our 2021 27 Game Fish Sea Hunt at SunDance and had a wonderful experience. Our salesperson Tony was very knowledgeable and spent a great deal of time with us, went over the details of the boat and took us out for a ride. The purchasing process was very smooth. All of the dock hands, salespeople and front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful...we feel very comfortable keeping our boat there knowing it will be very well taken cared of when we leave after a day on the water. My husband and I highly recommend SunDance Marine. They are the best!
I own a boat dealership in Fort Pierce. We didnt have to many boats in stock so we sent a client in to them. The salesman was Great however the Finance guy has no communication with the customer and lied to the customer. At Discount Marine we try to service every customer if we dont have it in stock we help our customers find the boat elsewhere. Eric the manager is shady and lied to our long time customer..
Our experience at Sundace Marine in Jensen Beach, FL was great. Great communication with sales team, Jake was amazing and so was Vincent. The boat took longer than expected due to covid related issues but boat arrived and delivered within the expected time frame. They made closing very easily and effortless. Salesman was Great. However I filled paperwork out online foe a boat was going to put several grand down on the boat. FINANCE manager is hard to get ahold of for 4 days in a row or doesnt return phone calls. My paperwork was in and credit score 825 and they allowed a Salesman to sale the boat to someone with a bad credit score. Eric is a liar who lies to customers and the Finance guy never calls anyone back. I wouldnt recommend to anyone and St Lucie Outboard will no longer use them or refer anyone either.. poor communication. The sales manager dis call and says they will make it right. Yet to be seen.

Recently took my 2016 Stingray in for a couple of hydraulic steering issues. The entire process was simple and very reasonable. I took it in with two leaks but had advised Scott Salamah that the one seemed to stop. They did a thorough check and agreed that it wasn’t an issue anymore. They did repair the one leak under the helm which I feel the price was more than fair. I will definitely take my boat back to Scott for any future repair needs. Thanks again!

All involved in the process, including Andy Triggs in sales and Vincent Sabia who served as captain during the sea trial were very nice and professional.Following the purchase, I needed some assistance in getting the boat transported to Central Florida. Recently purchased new 2021 Sea Hunt 27 GF and couldnt be happier with my decision. Do yourself the favor and be sure to ask for Chris Frambes at the Jensen Beach location. He has been there for almost 10 years and the attention to detail with very low pressure salesmanship was pleasure to deal with! He literally answers the phone anytime (Including after the sale) and made the experience that much better!

Briefly, they swapped parts i ordered for lower priced models, they claimed to have performed work / install parts that can not be found on the boat, they completely destroyed a brand new boat dash board making cut outs for gps units ( boat went back to manufacturer for repairs $$$), they left broken screws in the fiberglass, Erik their general manager told me to take a hike when i contacted him about my problems ...

This is the most on DIShonest boat mechanic shop around. You could look at the reviews from last year on yelp to see there history. They tried to get me to do maintenance that was done on the boat before I even brought it in. But they didn’t know I had work done already but suggested it??? Most dishonest shop around stay away to save yourself the aggravation. Mark is a liar made me pick up my boat with issue not fixed and even made my boat worse then when I brought it in. Now I have to pay to see why my boat runs worse after your shop touched it. Better business bureau is getting a phone call. I never do this but it’s not right how I was treated and left with a worse off running boat.
Recently purchased a used boat from Tony at the Jensen Beach location. I’m highly satisfied, and they made the entire process smooth and stress free. I traveled from the Jacksonville area, saw the boat for the first time, tested it and returned home with it all in the same day.
Just got done going through a purchase of a 2021 Everglades 253cc. The sales guys did a fantastic job telling us all about the boat, as well as several other boats they had of similar size but different make. Colby has been our main sales guy through the process and I cant say enough good about him. Vincent, the sales manager also very knowledgeable on all the boats and is excited about the products. Colby has been taking great care of us from the first time we met him, never rushingor pressuring us on anything. He showed us many alternative boats, took us on the sea trial of the boat that we finally purchased, and continues to help show us features and areas to go boating.
The service is night and day compared to what it was, very pleased. Marc and his people took care of the problem the first time. Could not be more happy with their work.

Kate was extremely helpful. Vincent was very knowledgeable about the boats. The whole experience was very nice. We came from North Florida and they were extremely accommodating. The only thing is Vincent needs to know how to prep a trailer to take on the road! They were great! Would do business with again!! Since my review, Vincent reached out me and explained that the boat was a consignment and they had no authority to touch the trailer. So, he did all that he could do to help me out. Just bought a Parker 2501 from Sundance Marine. I visited many dealerships over the previous six months and these guys were by far the best. Colby and Vincent were fun to work with, and they bent over backwards to put a deal together that would work for me, despite the current hot boat market. This business is fair, honest, and has a family feel to it. I enjoy going into the office and seeing everyone, and the folks at the Marina also are friendly and go out of their way to help you. I plan on being there for a long time.

I highly rate the Sundance Team. I just purchased a 2021 Sea Hunt 255 Ultra SE from Vincent. It is my second purchase from Vince as I consider him extremely knowledgeable and easy to do business with. I trust his recommendations for me and what I am looking for in a pleasure boat. Never feel like there is any pressure from him. He explains features and benefits and I have always felt he had “my best interest’” in mind. Really excited about the center console (had a Bennington Ponton previously) and look forward to many years of dependable use. Also the marina team is first rate...I have chosen to store the Sea Hunt here for a period of time. Absolutely the worst dealership to deal with, once you buy the boat do not expect them to help you with any issues you may have, purchased a 2020 sea hunt from them back in June, started letting them know the problems it has the very next day after it was bought. Here it is going on the first of September and not a single thing has been done about it. Other than the service manager currently there, all over customer service is deplorable.

The staff seemed very friendly, first time at the marina, but as a 30 + year boater I am somewhat used to being taken advantage of for the price of parts to support my passion but I will tell you what, I left there feeling violated more than any other time in my life. I get it, its an expensive hobby, I always thought West Marine and other marinas were expensive and charged full retail but Sundance takes the prize for screwing boaters, full retail plus, plus. Just one example on Mercury engine oil, I ordered 4 gallons, WM full retail is @34.99, Sundance was $54.99, $20 more per gallon and they pumped it from 55 gallon drums into 4 containers. I havent compared the price of the $800 worth of part I picked up as I wanted to share this, ALL I CAN SAY IS BEWARE AND GET READY FOR THE BEATING OF YOUR LIFE. Order online, I tried to support my local business, doesnt always work out that they feel the same way. Like I said I get it and usually full retail is enough for most, just not Sundance. Staff is very friendly!!

I purchased a 2019 Sea Hunt 25 Gamefish center console boat. The boat is great the trouble started when I had SunDance marine install a Garmin auto pilot unit in my boat. First the Steering went out, That was repair one. Then the hydraulics went out again with a partial Failure, That was repair two. The brand new auto pilot would not keep my heading and did not match the magnetic compass at all, That was repair 3. The boat them went back in and Sundance marine claimed that it had a badd pump on it And it also still did not maintain her correct heading, That was repair four. I am currently still having issues with the autopilot having the correct magnetic heading, at low speed it reads continuously 0ﾟ or straight North, When I speed up the heading does go close to the correct direction. At this stage on pretty well done with Sundance marine for service and I am taking it to another company. This was all of a brand new boat and a brand new Garmin Auto-Pilot. Please for your own good do not rely on this company for any service, The only thing may seem to be good at is excuses.
I have had three different boats over the past five years and had not a problem. I will agree that the diesel suit will make a mess on your boat, In most cases they wash the boat before launch. Mike the service manger has been nothing more than helpful, I bumped a rock and chipped my keel I talked to him and it was taken care of within the week. The only down side is trying to find a dock to pull into at the end of the day, other than that I would give them five stars. They are friendly and will try to help you with any problem you might have.

I cant speak to the marina part of the business, but the sales part is as friendly and pressure-free as it gets. I dealt with Tony Rossell. I live in another state where bass boats dominate, but I wanted a center console bay boat. Sundance had a few Ranger boats in stock and Tony spent a lot of personalized time with me to help me with the selection.After the sale he was invaluable in getting the boat transported to my state and helping me, with additional documents, get my boat through my states byzantine process for titling, registering, and licensing. If I ever need another boat, even though Sundance is 1100 miles from me, Ill call Tony first.

I boat a 2018 Stingray boat from them in April. Something very shady about the dealership. When I finally got delivery of the boat, the Yamaha 250 engine was new, but it was a 2017 model. Also, the canvas cover they gave me was incorrect. When I brought it up to them, they told that that is the way Stingray delivered to them. If I have a problem, I need to reach out to the manufacture directly. Also, on a side note, the quality of a Stingray boat is sub-par. As an example, the bolts and screws that they use have to be constantly retightened.
I had a 2005 225 Evinrude. In 12 years, only had to replace theCPU once. Very few problems.Brought in for regular service. Next time I went out, engine broke down, I had toget towed in. Engine would not start. They charge me $300 to replacebattery wires. Next time I go out, have to get towed in to Sundance. Every 10 minutes engine would shut down. I am back to Sundance.I say,it has to be the CPU. Not my job to figure out what is really wrong. They send it out for repair. 5 weeks later,it isput back in, and Sundance says, you need a new lower unit, anda new starter. Now,I am out $4000. Go to leave marina, engine hardleystarts. Breaks down pulling into dock. Have a new mechanic fromanother reputable place look at the engine. First, wiring did notneed to be replaced, second, CPU was installed improperly, waterline leaked all over unit. Line over unit was cut and spliced. Lower unit is a POS made by STS that can never be repaired if it is broken or damaged. Hurricane hits and dock gets taken out and boat sits for 4 months cause engine does not work because Sundance should not be allowed to work on boat engines. Bottom line is, if youwant to get ripped off on engine repairs, and never have your enginework right. Go to Sundance

Worst experience EVER!! Spent almost $200K on a new Tidewater 320. Its been home for 6 days, and needs a list of items warrantied, and fixed. I was dumb enough to listen to Erics (GM) lies about how we wouldnt have any problems getting serviced on the west coast.. Our local dealer here now wants to charge me to remove it from the water which Eric expects us to pay. Sundances customer service is poor to say the least. Not even deserving of 1 star. Bad livewell pump, bad starboard engine battery, autopilot (they installed) not functioning, spreader lights shorting out, bow cushion was destroyed ALL within 6 days....I cant believe a dealer would not make this right. Shame on them.
I HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH MARINE. COURTEOUS, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL STAFF.
They are very friendly, helpful, handy, and great for storing or buying a boat!
6/29/18 I was working with Sundance Marine Jenson to purchase my second Tidewater boat from them. Salesman and I agreed upon the number for the trade in and the new boat. Then the GM Eric Peterson lowered the trade in by $15k, then tried to get me to leave my boat to brokerage for twice the amount of the trade in value! This is how they treat a return customer, pure slime.
