I was shopping with my younger sister today at this store, and this older man came up to me and my young sister asking us for money, and was creepily looking at my sister and coming way to close to us. We clearly were not comfortable with him near us and no employee did anything to get this man out of the store. Not a safe place to shop at all. Awful prices too, youll save your money shopping online, or anywhere else.

I didnt know FYE was still around. The nostalgia rolled in. Movies, CDs, posters, and pop culture figurines! Took a step back in time! How cool 😀

I always love walking through FYE. They have a great selection of collectibles and movie/game merchandise. I always find something interesting here.

Interesting store full of pop culture items from movies, video games, popular tv, music and comics. A mix of Cds, Dvds, records and novelty book items. A fun place to visit for gifts!

Its a good store nice variety of clothing and media. The workers are nice, along with the store being a nice place to visit even if you arent buying anything.

Large store with a lot of products ranging from anime to comics to movies with a dash of music and some TV shows. It was quite a nice store.

I can spend hours at this store. So many music and movies to choose from. Even got a couple cool shirts as well. Staff was extremely helpful as well.

They have alot of cool stuff but hardly any CDS anymore. I was looking for one new one that just came out last week. And the new music 🎵🎶 rack was stuff from 2020 and older :(

This place is filthy, and Extremely overpriced. They keep in business by offering SALE PRICES regularly,. But the in suspecting customers dont realize that the items have been ridiculously marked up

FYE is a great place to buy several types of media (i.e. cds, records, dvds, blu-ray, etc) as well as random gifts related to movies and music.

They always play great music, and I found exactly what I was looking for rather quickly!

BE CAREFUL DO NO TO ACCEPT THEIR MEMBERSHIP.!. I went there in December and this young lady offered me the membership saying that it was free. She never provided details about it. In January I got charged. In addition to that they share my information with some magazines that I never authorized and I have been charged twice. I called and canceled that too, and I just request a new debit card because I am unsure how many other vendors have my information now. I agree with another review Their membership is a scam.

One of the few places storwise. To be able to find good entertainment and music, great gift ideas for kids for both print and media. Store is extremely clean and attendance were very professional and helping me with everything I needed.

I went to pick up some last minute presents for some family members and though they have a huge CD collection and some really cool novelty items there. There were a few problems, their novelty items was a cluster, nothing was priced correctly. Things that were marked for sale didnt have the actual sales price on them and a lot of items didnt even have prices on them. No one asked if we needed anything and when I got to the register to pay, the computer crashed. The only thing that made up for it was the young man behind the counter he had great customer service even though you could see he had been dealing with the computer crashing on him before and Im guessing some customers must have been very rude to him. He assured me that the charges were not doubled and he apologized for the inconvenience and rushed to bag my items and double check to make sure I did not recieve another charge. I would recommend going for gift items but double check the prices before you buy.

I wish this place was still as cool for me like it was when I was in high school and would hang out at the mall Friday nights. The staff do not ask if you need assistance or offer to mention sales. Clearly everything is heavily discounted because well technology has upgraded. Items are strewn all throughout the store, very disorganized. And usually always hot as hell. No airflow in the store.

Wow, I stopped quickly to buy an exercise dvd. Never heard of this store before. I found 3 dvds that were in a great value bin. They were marked 1.99, 6.99, and 5, which I thought was a great price. I didnt realize there was a 75% off sale so my whole purchase was 3.75. Wow, amazing, really great prices.

Very neat store. Lots of little gadgets and 90s stuff. Some vinyl records, DVDs and old sitcoms. They had Japanese candy too.

Just a fun store to cruise when at the mall. I always seem to find some silly thing to buy from my adolescent years. Their selection of vinyl is good and they have current albums.

Really awesome, vinyl, used and new movies and CDs. Something for everyone, games, vintage candy, t-shirts, and the staff was friendly and helpful. My kids love going and browsing and always find something to buy. The store is clean and well configured.

Pretty cool actually

There is never anyone at the checkout counter and when they do show up, all they do is hassle you trying to get you to sign up for tons of useless stuff. Constantly asking for email addresses, phone numbers, home addresses. If you turn them down, they offer some kind of coupon and ask for your information all over again.

I got there frequently to browse to store and the staff there is always friendly, and the atmosphere is very laid back, they have a huge variety of items ranging from Anime, Shirts, Music, and Movies overall worth a trip to stop by and browse if in the area.

The employees are terrible. They will lie to you about their membership, scam you and give you additude. Do NOT waste your time here! Upper management does not care when told about their horrible employees.

Whats not to love about FYE? Its a store for all things nerd, from records to backpacks to pop figures. Everything about it is amazing!

Everytime I visit this store, they play such annoying and disturbing songs full blast that it drives me out. Just so irritating. Very rarely do they ever play nice music. But I like their merchandise very much. Very cool t-shirts, movies and fun stuff. Some blurays are a bit pricey. But I have found some very good deals on blurays too. I would surely visit more if they stop playing horrible music.

Its a mess of cool stuff, decent sales do wish it was more organized.

I will never shop here again. Before Christmas I was doing gift shopping and ended up in fye. At checkout i was asked if I wanted to save money by signing up for vip. Sure I thought, and went for it. I was never told if any cost, and 2 months later I see a charge to fye that I didnt do, so I called them up to find it what it was. I was told it was the vip package and Ill be billed monthly, so I requested a refund and to cancel. I was told that I should have gotten all the information in a welcome packet, along with a $20 gift card - I never got any packet of any kind. I decided to wait for the other to see what it had in it and stayed with the vip membership. 2 more months went by with no packet so I called back to request a refund and to cancel again and was told the packet went out the day before. I told him I dont care and that I want to cancel, then had to listen to him throw all kinds of deals at me to try and change my mind. At this point I was just getting mad and told him that I dont want any membership, I dont want his deals, and I want a refund. I was told there are no refunds but hell cancel the membership. I hadnt even been back to fye since before Christmas so I had no benefits at all from that, I did get the gift card 2 weeks later, which had to be filled out and mailed back to them so that they could mail me back a real gift card. I have never shopped anywhere with such a convoluted, round about, stupidly put together membership.

This is the best place for new and used CDs and DVDs and they will always have a smile for you
