Fairly nice selection and great BOGO sale, though some shoes are limited to the first purchase. But staff couldnt care less. We couldnt find help and the line of customers were not assisted by the 2nd clerk as she was playing with her phone. (If busy, you should either wait and help or go in the back to take your break.)

Ok, Im sorry, when Rack Room first started their huge francise my friends and I went and were disappointed... its like they have generic shoes. And somehow, I dont understand this, I wound up spending more money for shoes I never wore... yet I spent more than I would have at Foot Locker(go there instead).

These people have so much to pick from, you wont walk out empty handed,I love shoes you say then this is your store!

Store is well stocked, clean, well lit. Everytime we go theres employees proactively asking if we need help, and not hiding in the back. Shoes are always Buy one, 50% off 2nd pair. When you buy 2 pairs at a time, prices are good, this isnt the type of store to have a huge Clearance sale or deep discounts on the retail price, they stick to the BOGO model. Formal, athletic, casual, sandals, most every type of shoe is carried.

WARNING!!! The manager Daniella did not want to give us our money back. My mom bought a pair of shoes, and never wore them out. This rude manager (Daniella) did not want to return the shoes back. She was saying that it has been used outside and we told her no. She basically called us a lier. The shoes was brand new and clean but she said no, its not. Maybe its a strategy to keep buying but, NEVER EVER AGAIN COMING HERE.
