We ended up at Allettante Bellezza because it was local, we live in PSL with family in Martin County, and staying local was important not only to help local business, but also for the convenience of not being too far from home. I could not be more pleased with my dress, and our experience with the shop was great, too. Most of the dresses currently available at the shop are designed by the owner, Lynn, and when you pick a dress you get one custom made just for you!I tried on many dresses on my first trip, and Lynn encouraged me to come back the following week because she was getting new samples in.I ended up getting the first dress I tried on, but added a cap sleeve topper modified from a cape sample she had.It was perfect. So beautiful. And Ive received so many compliments not just from our wedding guests, but from everyone who has seen photos since...its the first thing everyone comments on!Lynn was very nice, was very accommodating with my schedule and the people I wanted to bring with me for my appointments, and even let me meet her adorable shop bunny!Alteration appointments were done at the shop, and were easy and convenient as well.Pricing was very fair, for high-quality, custom-fitted, heirloom pieces.*Photos by 13:13 Photography

Lynn and Sue are amazing! So accommodating. I had 3 days to find a dress. It was the first dress store I went in. I told her what I was looking for. She grabbed it off the rack and it was perfect! Exactly what I wanted. It needed a couple alterations. Sue had it done within an hour! It was absolutely meant to be❤ I cant thank them enough. If you need a dress I highly recommend you go here

BEWARE!!!I purchased my wedding dress 3 years ago. Wedding was postponed and the owner said she would hold my dress. Then the store location was empty. No call to let me know, no email, no mailings. Looked like she closed up shop and went out of business and my dress GONE. PAID in FULL and GONE!!Fast forward to current.... Searching for new dress for wedding and a girlfriend of mine stumbled across this tiny shop hidden away in RIO.The owner confirmed she had my correct phone number - it has not changed. Said she would look in storage for my dress. Knew exactly which dress was mine. Even pulled up a photo of it on her phone.Two days go by and no word from her so I called and she informed me the dress is GONE. Says she donated it. And texted me that it was being donated. ( I doubt it was donated... she couldnt tell me where it was donated to)I have never received a text from her. My paid in full dress is gone.She pocketed the profits. I am out the full amount paid.Extremely Poor Business - Possible she resold my dress to someone else.How many other Brides has she screwed over?UPDATE: Owner is a Liar. The main picture on google ( from 4 months ago) is MY Dress that she is saying was donated in March of 2020The Math does not add up. The Dates do not coincide. Her story has a lot of holes in it.

Wow! If you are looking for a kind, professional bridal shop, this is the place for you! Lynn was so knowledgeable and offered so many affordable, gorgeous, high quality gowns...all totally customizable! My mom and I are both engaged and she was able to find both of us options that we love and give us all the personal help we could have ever needed. If you want that “say yes to the dress” moment, you HAVE to come here!

Scam.Fiancé went and bought a wedding dress months ago. They sold her a dress that was torn and had stains on it, also was too big. They told her since there were so many problems with the dress they will do alterations that were included in the price of the dress. Now 2 months before the wedding they claim they never said that. And I see that I’m not the only one with these issues. They sell used dresses and promise that alterations are included, payed $600 for the dress they wanted $700 for alterations. You can see the pictures of the dress with the stains in their photos. Owner also is very rude and arrogant and can’t admit when they messed up, just check all their responses to their customers.

After searching at various bridal boutiques in West Palm Beach and not being able to find the right wedding dress without breaking the bank, I came across Allettante Bellezza and contacted them to make an appointment. The owner Lynn was polite and welcoming both on the phone and in person when I went to the location and searched through the inventory to find what I was looking for.Though the actual location was smaller than some of the boutiques that I visited, Allettante Bellezzas inventory was well stocked with beautiful dresses that were suitable for weddings, coming of age celebrations and formal festivities. I tried on various dresses that can rival some of the top notch fashion designers and eventually found the one after trying it on and Lynn took her time taking it in with clips so it fit appropriately to my body.Despite The Dress not originally being in my size, Lynn was thorough with my measures and stated that the dress would take about a month or two to be customized and shipped to the stores location. True to her word, The Dress arrived in top shape and when I tried it on, it fitted perfectly and if there was anything that needed to be tweak, she was more than happy to help.Excellent customer service? Yes. Wonderful quality products for exquisite prices? Definitely.Im so glad that I found Allettante Bellezza and would definitely go there for future events.

I needed a Gown for my son’s wedding. I was told by a friend to go to Allettante Bellezza Bridal in Jenson beach. When I arrived, I immediately saw the dress I wanted through the window on a mannequin. Once in side, there were many beautiful gowns that one would never see in another bridal store. The one on one experience I had with the owner, Lynn, made me feel unbelievably comfortable. She knew exactly how to make a woman feel beautiful. Her eye for detail was something I would have never thought of. She truly cared about how you looked and felt with her honest opinion. Lynn is on the top of her game and a genius in her graft. I walked out of there feeling confident that I would look stunning at the wedding. I recommend your first stop for a gown be at Allettante Bellezza Bridal it will certainly be your only stop. So my sister got her wedding dress from here good price and all they told her that the dress fitting was covered for the price and that she can schedule the appointment whenever. She goes for her fitting and now they are telling her that its gonna be $450. She told them that when she bought the dress it was suppose to be covered, the lady walked away from her and talked to the women who sold the dress to her and took the dress to the back and came back saying its gonna be $650. Like are you serious. My sister told them no thank you ill take the dress somewhere thatll do it abit cheaper but thank you, and they told her oh your not gonna find anything cheaper then us in such a rude tone. She paid $350 for the dress amd wanna charge her triple that after they said it was covered. They gorgeous dresses but this place is such a scam.

Really disappointed in my experience. Called in advance to make an appointment, planned my day around it, to get there to come to find the owner Lynn only had like 4 dresses on display...no of which looked nice or the style I was looking for. Huge waste of time! I have no idea why someone would allow you to make an appointment when they know they have no dresses in stock. My time is worth something. Also the shop is not accommodating. While we waited, there was no place to sit and wait. Very uncomfortable. I won’t be back.

Had a fantastic experience getting my beautiful wedding dress from Allettante Belleza Bridal! Lynn is very sweet, knowledgeable and professional. She helped me find the perfect Morilee by Madeline Gardner dress and stunning veil. The alterations done by Gail made the dress even more beautiful! It fit me like a glove and I felt so special in it. Got a ton of compliments!

Sold my friend’s gown during her “move.” Seems like a con artist, buyer beware!

I went today with my oldest son to get some of the anxiety out of the way. This way I could get a feel for what Im looking for, and more importantly what Im not looking for. I called ahead to see if they accepted walk-ins, and though appointments are preferred, Lynn, the owner, encouraged me to come in anyhow. She had another bride with her so she greeted me quickly and let me browse and returned to give the other Bride her undivided attention. Once the other Bride finished up, it was near closing time. Not only did Lynn disregard her shops store hours, but she pulled dresses that I would never had considered-- Im rather conservative and she got me into a Mermaid style. And it was absolutely stunning, showed off my assets, AND AFFORDABLE!! Even though I didnt buy the dress today, which she knew from the start wasnt going to happen- she helped me anyway. I would recommend Allettante Bridal for Saying Yes to the Dress! to every and anyone. Lynn was kind, attentive, and made the process so pleasant, I cant wait to return with my Bride Tribe to buy my wedding dress. Id give more stars if it was allowed.

This was the most friendly, welcoming bridal boutique we have been in, my bridal party had their kids with us, Lynn was very pleasant turned on cartoons for the kids as I tried on wedding gowns and the bridesmaids tried on bridesmaids dress, we found the perfect wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses in a very family loving environment. I work in the manufacturing industry and understand ETA. Lynn called us and informed our dresses where a month later than the original ETA. Our dress came in, we had our first fitting and Gail was just as friendly and wonderful. I can not say enough on how the treatment is loving and friendly We have become very fond of this place! Made great friends!

My experience at Allettante was amazing! I had been to Davids Bridal in the past for Bridesmaid dresses, and I just couldnt picture myself there for my wedding dress. I wanted a more personal, comfortable, and not salesy experience...and I got just that! Lynn and Sam were both so sweet, and the selection of dresses was amazing! I found the one on the third try, and Im so excited to wear it on my big day! Thank you again Lynn!!

IVE NEVER EXPERIENCED HORRIBLE SERVICE ANYWHERE ELSE LIKE I DID HERE!! 😡😡🤬🤬🤬 my wedding dress was ordered and I paid a huge deposit in MAY. Here it is, almost the middle of October and Ive been given the run around multiple, multiple times. Either shed not answer my calls whatsoever or simply send me straight to voicemail. Shed only answer when either My Mother or the wedding planner called, and they got the run around also. (YES, my money was refunded) NOTE TO THE OWNER: this is not the way you do business darling.. Now I have to reschedule the plans that I had lined up for Saturday and go dress hunting again.

Had the best experience at Allettante Bellezza last week! The owner, Lynn, was so helpful, kind and patient. I had been to one other shop in a nearby town and the owner there only seemed to care that I buy a dress, whereas Lynn cared that I found the right dress for me. So happy I found this shop and my dress!

Do not go to this business. Owner sold my fiancée a dress that does not fit her, and completely closed up shop and made us come chasing after her to get the dress back. Not cool!

Brides of Martin County- do yourself a favor and go anywhere else! We tried to order a dress in May of 2017 for an October 2017 arrival but when we called in late October, after hearing nothing for months, we were told that the dress in question had been discontinued. She offered no explanation, just a oh they dont make that dress anymore. Went to another bridal salon and it was a significantly better experience. Also, dress had not been discontinued. The woman never ordered it. This place is awful.

Wonderful experience, great prices ! I saw wedding gowns from $117.50 and up! My dress came in on Wednesday the 9th of January ETA was in late December not to bad seeing that is estimated time of arrival, I know it is out of their control. Lynn measurements were spot on my dress fits perfectly only needing a bustle. I feel and look amazing! If I could give zero stars, I would. Please save your time and go dress shopping elsewhere. My mom and I had a great experience trying on dresses at the store in MAY and ordered the perfect wedding dress with an arrival date of August 24th. We are now at the end of October and the dress is not in, Lynn has not communicated with us and has been dodging my mom and Is phone calls for weeks. Today she finally says that the dress came in but had a hole in it so they sent for a new one, which is probably a lie seeing as she never even called us to communicate that was what was taking so long. Long story short, we are getting our money back with only 6 months until my wedding day to now find a new dress and pay to have a rush order. As if wedding planning isnt stressful enough..

All my sisters have bought beautiful prom gowns from Allettante Bellezza, I live in a different state frustrated not able to find the perfect dress until I came to visit my family in Stuart for the Thanksgiving holiday, following week my mother made appointment with Lynn. I picked a few dresses to try on, wasnt happy . Lynn asked me to venture out of my comfort and try different styles, she grabbed me a mermaid style, I wasnt having it until she said please try this on for me, I couldnt say no . OMG I felt so beautiful ! my curves WOW ! I can not express enough how Lynn made me feel so beautiful!!!! Thank you Lynn ! You are the utmost best .

I had ordered a dress from this lady Oct 20th with a delivery date of Dec 12th. I put my deposit on a dress i had loved was told i would get a call when it came it and come Dec 12th no one called me. I called the following day to be told that it was delayed and would be in the following week and again i would get a call. I understood seeing as how it was the holidays and all and things are a bit slower to get to you. Come the following week still no call, called her and was told it would be in the following week. My wedding was Jan 12th and each week leading up to a WEEK before my wedding it was delayed and would be in the following week but i loved the dress so took her word for it. Around Jan 4th i had to have called and left voice mail after voicemail cause again i still had no idea if my dress was there cause she failed to call me. SHE IGNORED EVERY PHONE I MADE TO HER AND THEN TO MAKE IT WORSE WHEN I HAD MY MOTHER CALL HER THIS WOMEN ANSWERED THE VERY FIRST RING AS IF SHE HAD CALLER ID AND KNEW IT WAS ME CALLING! I would never recommend her to any one i know. Save your money and time. I was a week out from my wedding date and had to drive around every where til i found a dress i loved more. She runs a very unprofessional business!

I had gone to Davids bridal in wpb for my first EVER bridal appointment and had an awful experience. I came to allettantes not really expecting to find anything, but the store was so close I wanted to at least look.The inventory is very small, but I took a look and did see some gowns that I liked. Lynn was really nice, gave me space and asked me my thoughts, I didnt feel pressured at all. I left finding a beautiful gown, but didnt want to make a choice without my mom there. When I came back, I tried on other gowns for my moms sake, but we all loved the gown I previously loved. We put down a deposit, and Im expecting my gown in july!The only reason Im not giving this place 5 stars is that the price was very steep for me. And the gown wasnt in stock in the color I wanted but rather champagne. So Im hoping that I will love it as much!

Absolutely a horrible store and owner! I tried on a dress for prom and she said she would order my size for me, the next week I called and asked if the dress came in yet and her response was oh well the shipment came in but the dress wasnt in it then a week later I called her again bc she hasnt called me at all and her reponsce was I just found out that the dress is out of stock then while I was trying to figure out how to get that dress she says I have customers in here I need to go and hung up on me. Horrible unprofessional owner. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
