I have been coming to this store for many battery changes and mechanical watch issues for the past 18 months. I am always greeted very politely and professionally. Charles is an amazing watchmaker. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. He is professional and yet very friendly. Frankie is a fantastic technician who takes care of iPhone and watch battery issues with amazing speed and quality. Came here earlier in the week to have them fix my engagement ring that got crushed under a chair. Everybody I interacted with was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I normally don’t do reviews but I have to for this place. I been using them for a few years for my watch repairs like battery replacements as I have a few watches. Well last week I brought my G-Shock watch in for a battery replacement. Everything went well and was done in reasonable time. I understand stuff happens, my watch was damaged and I went back. This place went above and beyond to make it right. I was blew away with their customer service with this manner. I will always do business here and spread the good word about this place. Thank you!!

If you need a battery for your watch, this is the only place to go. The jewelry store wanted 110 bucks and I had to leave it for 2 days. Fast fix had me done in 20 minutes and charged 40 bucks.

There is no fast fix. There jeweler repairman is only there from 10am -3pm. Next day service is not a fast fix. On the spot service while I wait or shop is a fast fix. I gave 3 stars because the clerk was nice and cheerful.

I went in last week to have my Tissot adjusted. I handed Charles my watch, he made the adjustment in about 25 seconds and handed it back to me. I was fully prepared to pay whatever it was and he said we dont try to take advantage of people. Thats such a quick thing and he was glad to help. Truly grateful.

I had my iPhone 6 screen repaired due to certain keys not working. Michael assisted me and even though it was a crowded day for them he had my phone ready in minutes! He was a great GREAT help! I use them every time and will continue to, best prices (Ive done the research) and service!

I had been to several places to repair my watch all places advised me their was nothing they can do . I walked in to fast fix and immediately they were very knowledgeable on what was possible. I took my Raymond Weil watch in to get it cleaned because I got some moisture in it while in the pool. There was a small issue with the stem staying in, so I was not able to get it back as expected. They sent the watch in to their watch repair free of charge. They also didnt charge me for the cleaning. Trust is a very important when dealing with items such as this. I feel Fast-Fix is very trustworthy. When I was calling around to get the watch dried out, I spoke to a few jewelry stores and the fist thing they told me was how there may be other issues with the watch as there was moisture in it and it was probably going to need additional care. Basically preparing me for a screwing. Fast-Fix was nothing like this. I highly recommend them!

Adding to my original post. The people at Fast Fix are awesome. Professional and friendly. They took care of an iPad repair for me and they were excellent. Ive used them for several things and I would recommend them to anyone.Weve used Fast-Fix for cell phone cases, watch repair, jewelry repair and even to fashion a clip to replace a broken one on a dress. Theyve been awesome every time. Fast, friendly, professional and have done a great job. They spent 20 minutes inventing a cool magnetic clip for the dress and then wouldnt even take money for it until I insisted. They set a standard for how to treat customers and earn business. We went to the Treasure Coast Mall to find the place where we had some work done last year at a certain store. The young man who helped us was so fantastic at what he did. When we got to the mall, that store was closed. We were upset, but went to Fast-Fix and thought we would just chance someone would be there that could help us. And what do you know?? I was at a clients house and his dog jumped up and ripped my gold chain and cross my mother gave me for my 16th birthday. It has only been taken off to be cleaned for the next 22 years after. I freaked out cause I lost my mother this year and I went to have it fixed and the gentleman Micheal fixed it on the spot and didn’t charge me a dime I insisted I paid something even offered a tip he refused. I highly recommend this business to anyone they fixed my gold chain perfectly and on the spot. Thanks again Micheal you’re the best buddy!!!!!!

Great place to do business Ive used them more than once before

Had a cracked screen replaced on my IPhone 6S. The manager was great. While the technician was replacing the screen, he explained all of the details of what he was doing as I watched him. Sum it up: friendly, fast, best price, quality work. Im going back today to get an Ipad repaired.

I went in today to get a few links taken out of two of my watches. I must say that I was very impressed with the customer service, Michael in particular. They were quick about their work and charged a very reasonable price. I fully recommend their services to anyone in the area who requires maintenance on their watches.

A family member bought a ship wreck coin charm. At no point during the sale was she informed that the coin was a replica. The coin was purchased as a gift for her husband. When it was discovered that the coin was a replica, they attempted to return it. While attempting to return the item, we were met with rudeness and no concern about the misunderstanding. We were told it was the eighth day and the only thing he could do was return the item and charge a restocking fee of 20%. He said it was not the stores fault that she didnt ask if it was an actual shipwreck coin. He stated she should have read the certificate of authenticity that stated, in the next to last line, that the coin was cast from an actual find from the wreck. I feel there is an ethical obligation to inform the customer of the product they are purchasing. I would not recommend anyone to shop at this store.

Really disappointed in this place. One link on my watch broke so I came in with my watch and the extra links I had when I bought it, and after looking at it for not even a minute, the worker there said that “it was sealed and there was no way to add a link”, claiming that the four extra links I brought in, were all one link (makes no sense to me, but okay.) He told me I’d have to buy a whole new band and said there wasn’t anything he could do. So I left and later at home I went and YouTubed how to change the bands and was able to do so with a push pin .... overall am irritated in the incompetence shown in the employees and am glad I was able to find a solution on YouTube rather than purchasing a new band like the man instructed me to.

Because my mother has her watches fixed here before I thought they would be me best bet...Wasting 14 hours of my life, still not having a working phone and not getting fully refunded after 7 times of bringing my phone here is outlandish. BEWARE of the few horrible places that dont put the customer first but the $.

The jeweler there did a fast and good job on a ring repair but I wont give the store 5 stars because he was very rude and short. Ill go somewhere else next time. It was as if he hated that we came in and bothered him. We went in a few weeks ago and it was one price and then came back to get the work done and it jumped $10. Making some excuse about extra work.

Dropped my phone in water and thought I would have to replace it, but the guys at fast fix knew exactly what to do. They had everything working again in 10 minutes. I couldnt of asked for a better experience!

I dropped off my iPad mini in December to have a new LCD installed in it. I came back a few hours later when they promised me it would be ready. When I got back they told me something had gone wrong while repairing it and had to be send off to a repair center. Said it would take 2 weeks. 2 months later, I still dont have my iPad and keep getting the run around. It is now March the 18th. I spoke with the manager Eric on several times on 3/15, 3/16 & he assured me that my iPad (which I use for business would be ready on 3/17) to pick up before I left the country at 6pm on a flight. I called several times on 3/17 and was hung up on and ignored. I even herd the manager say to the employee to lie to me about why it wasnt ready. Now i have no iPad, they refused refund, and told me it wont be ready till next week. Stay away from this company and their lying manager Eric and that mall store.

Ok to start things off they left my phone messed up really bad the first time fixing it. I came in on a Monday and the phone tech guy was really cool and offered to check it out. Ended up fixing it a little for no charge. Came in again on Saturday saying if they can do anything about the screen turning on and off by itself and the broken lcd. The Hispanic lady said she can fix it but I would have to pay for a new one. I agreed with $105.95 it as long as the phone works 100% and I come back and she says it wont turn on and cant visually show me it works. Nothing but excuses so I ask her whats going to be done because Im not paying for something that doesnt work and she starts dropping the F bombs everywhere and says I can just put your old screen back on and I told her go for it Bc that one atleast let me answer a call. She digs through the trash but couldnt find one and tells me shes putting a random broken screen from the back on it and I tell her I want the same exact screen I had walking in. She drops more F bombs and then threatens to smash my phone to pieces. Overall the worse service I ever seen being a person that talks to countless people in my profession. At the end I got kicked out being threatened to have security called on my with a new screen on my STILL broken iPhone 6. I wouldnt even give it one star. Nobody go to them for phone repairs ESPECIALLY the Hispanic lady.

After a horrific experience at another iphone screen repair shop, this establishment welcomed me with a friendly staff and fixed my problem right away. In 20 minutes my screen was repaired, would absolutely recommend this store!!

Called one day the price was 150 to replace my note 3 screen. Two days later called again and they said 160. I would not trust them. Ifixgalaxy in stuart was 100 bucks and they did an excellent job.

I went to this place to look for information on the cost of the reduction of rings, and all my gold and silver rings are too big for me and one of the employees of the place treated me very badly are two young people, the thinnest was the one who treated me like this, Seeing that I am Hispanic, he did not even want to speak to me, practically without letting me speak. He was dispatching me when I then went to the other employee and that really gave me a lot of information and clarified my doubts.
