Me and my wife go to this Starbucks quite often and it’s always just OK. The employees at the Palm Beach Gardens mall Starbucks are actually the most pleasant and polite compared to this one but they are OK

I really feel these many locations are understaffed..once Im in line it takes anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes too get to place my order but my daughter and Granddaughter always has to start their day with starbucks..No Starbucks I have 2 fery cranky ladies..The Port St. Lucie locations are over stocked with customers and under staffed

Happened to stumble on Starbucks Christmas espresso roast which is by far the best coffee I have ever had. 30% off all Christmas coffee. I bought 4 bags. Pleasant barristers.

I was there on Saturday, and the thing that I love most of Starbucks is a cold matcha latte (( no ice )) I bought the grande size, when I already paid they told me that I couldn’t be done without ice .. and is the way that always I drink my matcha, and I’m paying for the bigger size .. they did it without ice .. but my drink was like half the size that is supposed to be ... I love Starbucks but today I was in the mall I want to buy my drink there for that reason.

I enjoy having a coffee there 3 or 4 times a week. I chat with other people doing the same as me. I also enjoy watching people and families shopping and enjoying the mall.

Best Starbucks in the Treasure Coast! Would give 10 stars but I can only give 5. This team is very knowledgeable of the coffee - most accommodating, and the fastest.I always go out of my way to stop at this location when in the area. They always make my drink right and the service is better than any Starbucks I’ve ever been to!

By far the best Starbucks I have ever been to. The staff is most attentive. The quality of my beverage was incredible as well as my friends. This store has yet to disappoint! TOP KNOTCH!! Starbucks has a real gem here.

Went there today for my usual Grande Chai Tea latte with 5 pumps, which I normally get at the location on Route 1, Britt Rd. The cashier told me it would be $6.77. I was shocked as I normally pay $4.77 for the same drink across the street. The cashier explained that since they have a diffferent “license” then other Starbucks that they can charge a different amount. Also, because I ordered 5 pumps of Chai it increased the price. They are WAY OVERPRICED because they know they have a captive audience in the mall. Almost $7.00 for a cup of tea is outrageous and I will not be going back.

We just used the drive through and service was relatively quick.

If you enjoy two pretentious young girls lying and looking at each other for reassurance, this is the place for you. If you close at 9pm and choose to break stuff down at 8pm that doesn’t mean you’re out of it...when asked you try to tell me the machine isn’t working. Followed by another lie of saying it’s a separate machine. The lie changes every time. Be consistent with your lies at least. When I questioned the ridiculous lie the brunette young girl kept staring at the blonde young girl and smiling. When I went to the pick up side they started cracking up. Tighten up. If you don’t like your job I recommend quitting. Little does your pompous self know that Starbucks can treat you really well if you work your way up the ranks. You have a long road ahead of you and looks don’t get you far. Just be honest and I wouldn’t be writing this. Honesty and ownership are important and they properly train you at Starbucks to have both qualities. Safe to assume you didn’t pay attention.

Very long line and only one register open, asked the young man why one of the other six workers standing behind counter talking could not open up the register next to him and he didnt even answer. Poor customer service at this location.

St Lucie West Starbucks is amazing. Such friendly Baristas!!!! We go every Sunday and they hve our order going as soon as they see us.

I’be been consistently disappointed with the customer servics each time i’ve been at this location in the mall. the staff is rude and looks annoyed with me each time i order and if i go up to the stand 15 minutes before it closes, they’ll shoo me away and yell that they’re closed. all the other locations in Jensen have never given me this kind of experience and i am very disappointed in the company.
