I went to the store to buy a couch excellent customer service and professionalism Gino took the time to explain everything and make sure the delivery of my couch arrived with no issues

I arrived,called, pressed 4 and the phone was hung up so I tried again and it stayed ringing without an answer. I then called #3, assistant and let them know nobodies answering for curb side pick up,said theyre busy but I was the only car there.I gave name and description of car. They brought it 5 minutes later. I feel they have room to hire.The person who brought the item just stood there staring at me in my side mirror,I had to ask whats the problem. He said where do you want it? Told him side door, he put it in and I told him I had another item. He went in to check,came back and said there wasnt anything. Somehow the other one was at the Stuart store. LOL .HE LEFT and left my side door opened.I had to pull back in to get out to close the side door of my van.

Love big lots you can always find something to buy and at a good price

I finally got to go to our new Big Lots (the old Toys are us) in Jensen Beach right on US hwy. 1, next to the Treasure Coast Mall. I arrived about 4pm and was very surprised to see 5 cars in the parking lot and inside I saw probably 4 people shopping through my entire 2 hours I was there!The store is extremely clean, the aisles very spacious, shelves are stocked and other than 4 of the items I looked at didnt have a price tag. However, there was a very polite, and attentive young man employee walking around and was kind enough to help me. He would apologize everytime I found something else not marked but it wasnt his fault, then hed head off to get the price for me. I want to let Management know that young man is a great addition to your store, just wish I got his name but other than a Manager and Cashier he seemed to be the only other employee, great job, thank you for your assistance!I stated I spent 2 hours here and the reason was simple, I was comparing every item I usually buy and some I dont to the prices at Walmart! And I was very surprised that Big Lots carrys name brands as well as generics but the cost was comparable but alot just a bit cheaper! They have several things on sale as well, for instance their Pepsi and Mountain Dew 12 pks. are 3 for $10 - thats only, $3.33 a 12 pk.! BUT, disappointed there was no Pepsi 12 pks. left.I took many photos throughout the store so you may see for yourself the products offered, Christmas lights and decorations, everyday items, the vast furniture sets available, funny signs, some that make you giggle, the Christmas holiday gift food kits, on and on. I tried to get photos of the prices as well!!I enjoyed my shopping visit to this new Big Lots especially because I basically had the entire store to myself! I even picked up a few items more for Christmas gifts that I couldnt pass up due to their low prices!* I photographed the store hours through New Years Day! Their open Christmas Eve till 10pm, closed on Christmas!☆Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays everyone!

Love it there. Always a great deal to find . Beautiful furniture for inside and outside of your home. A few Iles of snacks drinks, some clothes, hardware, and alot of really pretty garden items. Some for even inside the home, you never know what you will find .

I was able to snag a really cute mask and sanitizer. They have filter pocket masks for kids and adults. Great prices.

Found what I need and bought it brought it home.

We go in, find a couch set we want to buy right then and there with cash. They dont have it in stock and may be 3 weeks or longer but no idea. Ok we would buy the whole set sitting right in front of us. Nope, cant sell it. Ok so why have it displayed if you wont sell it or cant get it. Very disappointed.

Been here twice now since it opened. It is the best big lots I have ever been to. The aisles are nice and wide and everything is super organized. Very clean store with a huge selection of furniture out on display. Everyone working asks if you need help and then actually helps!

My husband and I went shopping there today and looking for a desk. The manager over heard us and he started to show us other desks. He was very helpful and gave us a lot of information. This big lots was very clean and was a little busy which is great.

Because its my first time actually shopping for furniture, they have decent selection, i was approved with in couple minutes for credit in store and all you need is a bank account to be approved.. Easy peasy. Happy wife happy life 👍

I was a little disappointed at how empty their shelves were but we did get a great deal on Christmas trees!

Lots of gift ideas for the holidays. All kinds of cool stuff. Daily supplies that we all use. Grocery items galore, even milk and eggs. We went with friends and our carts were loaded. The total was great for all we got. We are going back soon. See you there!

They need to put prices on all things they sell not somethings

All Christmas stuff is 50% off yall, also found a bunch of 10 cent deals, items that had damaged packaging, face wash, 28oz bottle of Dawn, a 4 piece set of Axe mens fragrance and some other cool stuff, all 10cents each. I cleaned them out.

Store is clean and the manager on 03/20/2020 was not only not helpful but was condescending and just a real smart *ss.. I do not know what qualifies him to be a manager but his compassion and overall professionalism is not what got him there.. This store has to be one of the worst Big Lots in productivity per capital in the nation. It is a shame because it is in such a great and safe area and also is very clean but the employees here are just not very nice or a pleasure to deal with and for me it all starts at the managers..
