Lenora is such an inspiration to me and made my shopping experience at Things remembered a wonderful one. She deserves more than a raise after 30 some years. She should be put in a commercial because she is the perfect representation for your company. She helped me find the photo album and even suggested I customize it by getting it engraved. I also got custom dog tags for my boyfriend and I. & some new home decor that holds 3 photos to hang on the wall. 🙂

The engraving was crooked and it looks like they didnt measure to make sure it fit properly. Dont waste your money here. Go to a real engraver. Would not spend money here again.

I bought a lot of my wedding thank you gifts for my bridal party here. Whole the cost was outrageous even though everything was buy one get one 75% off, everything was beautiful. Also when there was an issue with one gift they fixed it for free. I gave 4 starts instead of 5 because of the cost, otherwise it was 5 starts, easily.

Love this store for all the special occasion and everyday items you can totally personalize and they do a wonderful job and very fast and efficient. I like that while your at the mall they will text you when your item is ready👍

Interesting store that adds monograms or names to many products. Good for wedding and other special occassions.

Best engraving place around! If you cant think of something to get someone as a gift them go here. Even something small like a pen or a pen holder with a nice message on it makes a cool gift. And Everytime Ive dealt with them it was fast and perfect quality.

I placed an order for several personalized gifts. When my order arrived one of the names were misspelled. I double checked my original order to confirm that I had placed the order with the correct spelling and I had. Additionally, the boxes the items came in were dirty and torn as if they had been sitting in someone’s attic for years! Completely unpresentable! I called Things Remembered, they acknowledged the spelling mistake and stated that the items came from a store and not their warehouse and that’s probably why the boxes were damaged. I was told that the item would be remade and since I needed it that week it would be rush delivered. Well fast forward to the day the rush item should have arrived; it is not here; I’m on the phone with a call center supervisor and nobody can seem to figure out what happened. This is the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long while and I would have never expected this from Things Remembered at their price point. Needless to say the just lost a loyal customer!

If you wear glasses have them with you at the time of engraving, and give yourself a few days in case they scratch it. They scratched the front and back of the name plate they engraved and I didn’t have time to purchase another gift.

Needed some glass engraved. Results were perfect.
