This is the best ice cream shop on the east coast of Florida. Hands down. The people who work here are incredibly kind, the vibe of the place is super relaxed and friendly. Riley and Caroline took very good care of me and my family when we arrived. They made us feel like we were family and we enjoyed every moment there. I came back twice! And they were simply awesome! And I havent even talked about the ice cream I had a very good milkshake just the way I liked it and the rest of my family members had ice cream cones. It was a great experience, and I will come again.

We went into The Scoop for the first time about a month ago. The ice cream is awesome as well as the customer service. We have been there multiple times now. I just had my daughter and the young lady behind the counter was so sweet. She complimented me, was asking us questions about our daughter, and was super friendly while helping us. We live closeby and its now our spot to get ice cream.

I can’t believe I haven’t tried this place before! Amazing staff, amazing vegan icecream that’s not sorbet 👏 and amazing vegan whipped cream 🙌 I will be taking ALL of my friends here!!!

Ice cream was good, but was even better was the attitude of the singular young girl employee they had behind the counter Tuesday night. She had a big line of people and was still super kind and professional and awesome to everyone who walked in the door. The world needs more of people like her. Hold on to this employee!

Definitely worth the trip over the bridge beats the local ice cream shop by far this place has over 50 flavors and the ice cream is fresh and delicious definitely going back to try all the flavors. And the service is great!!!!

A great place to get your ice cream - very friendly staff, owners.

The good: They do flights, so you dont have to struggle as much to choose from their huge selection of flavors. Two of the flavors I tried were very good (Hazelnut was one…cant recall the other).The flight was a good value as far as the number of flavors (4) and quantity of ice cream goes.Plenty of options for portion size, cups, cones, etc.Service time was reasonable given the time of day and the single employee.Cute little tables out front to sit and enjoy your ice cream.Just OK: Ive traveled frequently and tried a lot of ice cream. The best shops make their own, and often serve inventive flavors that knock your socks off without simply banking on the typical Americans penchant for anything sweet. The Scoop does not make their own.They do carry a decent brand of ice cream. However, of the four flavors I tried only one had a primary flavor Id characterize as something more than sugar. I learned after the fact that it wasnt made in house.(The Scoops website clearly states they carry Hersheys ice cream. I just completely missed it.)Prices are similar to ice cream shops that do make their own. So while theyre not high per se, the product does not offer as high a value as house-made ice cream with flavors you cant get in other shops.Could be better: The portions in the flight were pretty big. Two scoops of each flavor. Probably no one will complain about this, but it was too much for one person and far more than the generous taste Ive received when Ive ordered flights elsewhere.

Great selection of ice cream and gelato and it all tastes great. Service was great and Riley is the cherry on top of the whipped cream on a sundae.

Great selection of ice cream and Italian ice.

I brought my three daughters to scoops Friday night on November 1st and the server was very very patient with them! They must have sampled at least four or five different flavors before they can make a decision and the courtesy of the gentleman showed them was outstanding and I rate the customer as 5 stars.

Amazing selection, and always friendly service! They also have gluten free options, however they have recently gotten rid of their soft serve, which was dairy free. Im very sad to hear that, as that will mow limit my visits here.

This is a basic place with decent Italian ice. The wait can be tedious at times, but worth it. I have heard some people complain about the prices, but overall the talk has been good. They have around nine non dairy flavors so reasonable options for vegans. They have what appear to be around 30 more flavors that do have dairy so option galore.

It was nice to see a ice cream shop in this area. The ice cream was delicious. I was nice that you could taste the ice cream before you buy. The servings were great.

Was really looking forward to checking this place out tonight. Big disappointment. I got soft serve twisted vanilla and chocolate but didnt realize it was dairy and gluten free. Wish they would have given me a heads up, I would have gotten something else. We also tried the banana split. It was a sad one at best. 1 Banana, 2 scoops of your choice, 2 toppings...strawberries and whipped cream. That was a first to have whipped cream considered a topping! No fudge, no carmel, no pineapple, no sprinkles, no cherry on top none of the standard things youd expect to be on a banana split.

Its kind of hard to mess up ice cream. We went in tonight for our first try of the fairly new ice cream shop and were unexpectedly disappointed. My girlfriend ordered soft serve which had a watery taste and little ice crystals in the ice cream which was very unappetizing. I ordered the flag ship of ice cream sundays the Banana Split, how could you go wrong with that, right? Well they manage to even screw that up, for $7.25 you get two scoops of ice cream a split banana and only two toppings. Now that doesnt sound too bad until you realize whipped cream is considered a topping. So in reality youre getting a banana split (I use that term EXTREMELY loosely) with one topping, no nuts, no hot fudge, no marshmallow sauce, no caramel sauce, no sprinkles, no pineapple, not even as much as a whisper of a cherry on top never mind two. Really guys ?!?!?!?! How is it possible that the local Dairy Queen can out do a quality icecream joint? Ive been really good at predicting who will last and who wont and by our visit tonight I dont see this place lasting very long.....To the owners, there is this cool thing called Google, you may want to look up images of a banana split.......
