We were referred to this moving company by a coworker of mine. Based on her recommendation, we hired Mindful Moving to do our residential move. They were on time, professional and communicative. We liked them so much that we hired them to do our commercial move - to move our business warehouse. We have been working with them for over 4 weeks now. They come weekly, since we werent in a position to move the entire warehouse all at once.The guys are incredible! They are fast, efficient and very respectable. I highly recommend them! I was moving out of a second floor condo and overestimated my ability to do it all myself. I swallowed my pride on a Friday afternoon and called mindful movers to see the quickest they could get out. They were able to come out the very next day! They loaded up the truck, moved me, and unloaded in less than 2 hours. They were fast, hardworking and kind. Their price was fair and the service was excellent. I’ll definitely be calling them again when I am ready for my next move and I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know.

I hired Mindful movers to move from a condo I was renting to a house an hour north. They were on time and did a great job getting everything moved. I had a lot of stuff and didnt have anything damaged through the process. They even made a side trip for a couch set I bought even though they didnt have to. I was limited on time because of my work schedule and they came through for me. On time on target. I would definitely use them again anytime.

Mindful Movers from the first call with Willow in the office to the actual move was pleasant, professional, timely and most important personalized. I live out of state and had to move a loved one out of a memory care quickly. I called on Friday and MM was able to not only help with the move; they facetimed from the memory care unit so I could make sure all belongings and furniture were removed. Our things had already crossed the country and Zach and Cole loaded them all up and delivered them. These two are stellar and do a fantastic job. BEWARE**** STAY AWAY FROM MINDFUL MOVING**********I wish I could give Mindful Moving 0 stars. When I first started the process of trying to find a mover from Los Angeles to Dallas, Shea from Mindful Moving was kind and communicated quickly. Then, after I paid my deposit, everything went downhill. First, I asked Shea if he was a broker, and he lied to me-- he was a broker and was farming out our move. Then, when he was supposed to be doing a walkthrough with us with our stuff, he didnt call and tried to blame it on me. I told him I work in customer service and do not ever tell a customer that it is their fault. He said you will be working with me from the beginning to end with your move, which was not the case. Mindful moving passed me to a HORRIBLE mover in Los Angeles and when our stuff arrived, our things were unwrapped and treated terrible. Then, I got a text from someone named Mike the general manager who wanted to do another move for us, and when I called him to complain about the person moving my furniture into our apartment, he said how did you get my number? and then said that he doesnt actually work for the company (see texts attached). WHAT A NIGHTMARE! It has been a horrible experience from beginning to end and I am so disappointed in Mindful Moving for lying and being dishonest. For taking advantage of me and my family, especially during a pandemic. STAY AWAY FROM MINDFUL MOVING! you dont know who you are working with and they are a bunch of liars!!! And even in my text, they have been lying to me. I am frustrated and sad. dont do it. If you are thinking of working with them, dont do it. ****

I would take the opportunity of this review to thank the guys at Mindful for the exceptional level of support and service they provided for our move.My husband injured his back shortly before the move. In spite of this, I was able to direct and coordinate the move with a moving service who was responsive and reasonable.The guys arrived exactly at the time which was agreed to. This was our first indication of how good these guys were.We moved from a single level house to a two-story house which required many pieces to be moved up one level of stairs. They handled this without scratching the walls in spite of the fact that the staircase is a spiral staircase.All fragile pieces were wrapped in a blanket and the blanket then wrapped in cellophane shrink wrap. None of the furniture was scratched or damaged and the house walls remained intact.We had several pieces of unusual furniture which required innovative ways of bringing the furniture into the house. The guys at Mindful were responsive and understood when multiple attempts had to be made.We got multiple bids on this move, and Mindful came in, in some cases at 60% of the other bidders. That being said, this was not a “bargain quality move“. This was a premium move by a great company who charged a bargain price.Thanks to Anthony and the team for a job very well done. While we do not anticipate any more moves we will certainly recommend Mindful to any people we know who want to move.

We are the furniture store in NH who sold the furniture to our client with the second residence in FL. We hired Mindful Moving Serviced to perform a local delivery. Our shipper brought 2 sofas and 2 chairs to their facility for delivery. Only one sofa and two chairs were delivered to the customer while the second sofa was stolen. The customer was very disappointed with the service since delivered furniture was damaged. The crew left the packaging materials in the middle of their home and ran away. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Just had Andrew and Clevon leave my house, they did a great job from start to finish, didnt break anything, the crew was very professional but still had a sense of humor. they estimated the job to take 6 hours total and it ended up taking 5 hours so i saved some money which is always nice ! highly recommended

I hired Mindful Moving Services to load two PODs I had delivered last month they arrived at our new home in Georgia in perfect condition, the guys who came out were top notch they were positive throughout the process and took care of my furniture, I can’t say enough good things about them I would highly recommend them to anyone needing help moving .

We needed to hire 2 men to load our U-Haul for us, so we chose this company because of their mostly great reviews. When we called, Nick was friendly and helpful, and the price quoted was reasonable. Two weeks later (which was the day before they were to arrive) we received a call to confirm the appointment, which we thought was a great sign of their professionalism.All seemed to be going well until the next day when they were supposed to arrive at 2:00 p.m. A few minutes after 2 p.m., Nick called to say he had just gotten off an airplane and he didnt know where his guys or his truck were, but they hadnt shown up for their morning appointment either! He said he would call us back when he knew more. At 2:30 he called to say they would be at our house by 3:00.By 4 p.m., they still hadnt shown up, no one called us and they werent taking our calls either (we called 3 times - all calls went to voice mail, and none of the calls were returned). We were shocked, and were now in a bind.At 4:30, 2 guys showed up at the house with no explanation (or apology) for being late. When they sauntered up the driveway and said, Hi, how are you doing?, I replied, Not so good - you were supposed to be here 2 1/2 hours ago, to which one of them replied, Hey, sometimes things dont go as planned. I found this smug, unapologetic attitude so offensive that I told them to get off my property. We ended up scrambling to find two friends that we paid to do the job instead.We expected to hear from Mindful Moving at some point for an apology at the very least, but never did. What a disappointment. They did not earn the name Mindful Moving at all. We still cant figure out how or why this happened when it appears that they have provided excellent service to others in the past.UPDATE:Nick responded (below) with an explanation that is completely different than what actually happened. This was not a miscommunication as he stated, it was NO communication - our desperate calls were NOT answered or returned, and the explanation below is completely different than what we were actually told. We shouldve been called with continuous updates on expected arrival times, but were only called once at 2:30 (to say that they would be there at 3:00) so had no choice but to believe that they were never showing up when an additional hour and half passed after that with no communication, which forced us to scramble to find someone else to help. When the 2 guys did show up, they shouldve offered apologies and a discount on the service due to the unprofessional circumstances. We fully expected a follow-up call that day, or the following day at the very least, but that did not happen either - it appears that the only way to get a call returned when things go wrong is to post an unfavorable review. The only way to rectify this at this point would be to reimburse us for what we had to pay others to do the job at the last minute.(NIck: Jim received your voice mail a few minutes after I posted this review, but he is at work and cant return your call while on the job)

I contacted Mindful Moving last minute an they responded instantly, with short notice Nick an his guys moved all my belongings fast an everything arrived in one piece. Hands down flawless experience.

Pre-move communications were disappointing in that I never received the confirming email, thus requiring more than one for call to confirm.The individuals performing the move were average, at best. The crew leader was a bit cocky and rude, and was overconfident.The worst aspect of the move was the complete lack of class by the crew leader when he used the toilet and plugged the toilet and failed to tell me that he had done so.

This company is the best moving company I have encountered very professional. Nicholas presented himself in a professional manner knowledgeable in all aspects of his job.

I elected to engage the services of this company based on the assurance of the owner (Nicholas Gallant) that they could move us on a Sunday, the day before our scheduled real estate closing. I received an email confirmation from Mr. Gallant as well five days in advance of our agreed move date, confirming our date and the scheduled 9:00 a.m. move time. When the movers failed to appear at the appointed time, I made a series of calls (and text and email messages) with increasing urgency over the course of the next two hours. I finally received a call back around 1:00 p.m. The company representative (Jason) did not even apologize, much less try to make amends. He simply and very matter-of-factly told me that they had me scheduled for the next day, a CYA completely at odds with what had been carefully discussed and confirmed in writing by the company itself. I was compelled to scramble to locate another company for early the following day so that I could turn the property over to our buyer. The conduct of Mindful Moving was simply inexcusable, and all should be warned about using their (non-)services.
