This facility is the best. I actually drive to the next town to use this location. Sadly the personnel at the location in PSL are not as friendly. Very accommodating and happy staff. Worth going out of mu way for .
I was dreading having to return my ATT equipment at this lication but Stephen handled my transaction quickly and professionally and made it a pleasant and qucik transaction.
I had a very smooth experience thanks to Eric. Eric was extremely helpful and exceeded all my needs. The store was very busy while I was there, but Eric was able to take care of all of us simultaneously. I was very impressed by his coustmer service skills. Employees like this are hard to come by.
Recently had to do a lot of printing and while some of the staff are inexperienced or a bit curt I will say I have worked with a employee named Alex twice and he was wonderful. kind helpful and understanding that boy should get a raise.

I recently had a guest at my vacation home leave behind a piece of artwork they purchased and I offered to ship it to Missouri for them. I went to this fedex location three times with the same piece of artwork. First time I received a quote of $22 for a medium shipping box and $55 to ship. I said I’d ask the owner of the art and return to ship if he approved the quote, when I returned I was told my original quote was inaccurate and my art wouldn’t fit in a medium art shipping box, I was then told the fastest most affordable option was $215! Altogether. I then left, went to Home Depot, purchased a medium (ah, the irony) art shipping box for $16, returned the next day to FedEx and shipped for $36. I don’t plan on ever going here again if I can help it.

When you fax you get charged an additional $10.00 for their verification machine to figure out if you have enough credit on your card to a a $10.26 fax charge. OUTRAGEOUS! Had I troubled their staff who never greeted me there would have been no charge. The charge stays on indefinitely until they decide to remove it, with no estimated number of days given. Should be against the law. When I called to demand the charge be removed they transferred me to two departments who were of no help. BUYER BEWARE
Really slow service. Ironic for a high speed mail service. Also can’t get my account number in the store, have to sit on fedex customer service for 10 minutes giving personal information in the store to get ID
The remodel here is absolutely fantastic. A lot nicer and a lot cleaner. And no long lines at this location

I recently visited the Fed ex office at 2966 federal US Highway 1. I had to wait 25 minutes in line while being handicapped for them to accept my packages & scan them & give me a receipt even though there were many people working in the facility! That is ridiculous when they can see I’m handicapped!

Took them 3 days to figure how to send a package. Day 1: Package had call reference number. Called the 1800 go fedex number, was told I could bring it in to fedex for a label to return shipment. Went to fedex told me I would have to have it picked up. Day 2: Fedex driver comes to the house for pickup, fedex driver unable to verify pickup because they are new and do not know how to look up verification number to print label to ship. Told to drive back to store to send out package instead. Drove to store. Unable to help. Had a to call the company that I was sending the package back to receive the bar code to scan. Fedex was unable to scan. HAD THE CALL NUMBER THE WHOLE TIME. unable to even look up or scan. Very unprofessional when asking about what needed to be done. Spoke to me in a rude demeanor but pleasant go away tone and unable to actually fix the issue at hand. Called again 1800 GOFEDEX had a gentleman that was able to schedule a pickup again. DAY 3: FINALLY RECEIVE THE SAME FEDEX DRIVER THAT WAS ABLE TO PICK UP THE PACKAGE THROUGH THE CALL REFERENCE NUMBER. WOW. DAY 2 Fedex COULD OF PICKED UP THE PACKAGE?? Could of been avoided if you had staff knowledgeable about return-shipping maybe you should have a meeting discussing customer service and not put it in an email. Staff maybe be unable to open. Took away 3 stars because that is how long it took FEDEX to figure out your system. Aggravating when it takes this long for one return package.

Drove out here because they said they were open till 11. Its 945 and they are closed. Update your store hours so that customers arent deceived into driving a half an hour to your stupid store.
