I have been to this Goodyear many times. I have always gotten excellent service and work, at good prices. I’m so happy Goodyear is in the car fixing business.I had an estimate from a gas station mechanic to replace a broken oil filter fixture for about $400, but Goodyear did it for $170.These guys are great. Long waiting time to change tire even on a Monday afternoon. 1 to 2 hours. They would only sell me a tire if I paid cash. But if I mount the tire I can pay any way I like. Not a policy to help customers. Took my tire and left fast.

She accidentally booked an appointment with the wrong location but they took her on her appointment time anyway! John and Sean were courteous, friendly, and most importantly professional.Let me just add, that a week before, we came over to have someone take a look and Johnny the tech, made a real honest effort to help diagnose the issue and he was spot on! He did *not* push a sale on us.They made us feel confident that we were being treated fairly. It is honestly refreshing to find a place as good as this.

I have gotten my car serviced here a couple of times. After going to Honda and local mechanics, nothing can beat this Good years service. This includes the friendliness with their customers, their reasonable rates, and their top-of-the-line quality of service. They give personal attention to every car. They will provide you with all the information regarding the service, lay out your options, and alternatives to fit your budget. I always get treated like I am part of their family, their turnaround time is swift, and I have always gotten my car back before the estimated time. 10/10

Brought car in for oil change and counter person suggested alignment (I have the alignment package). I said okay. Walked around for an hour in the area - no problem. When I asked when car would be ready was told (by different person) that the alignment machine has been down since YESTERDAY. I should come back for alignment another day! Still need at least two more hours for oil change.Selling me on a service that cannot be completed is really not right.

Shawn was there to assist me with everything I needed. He was extremely helpful and patiently addressed all of my inquiries about new tires. I believe he was looking out for my best interests and selected the greatest tires for me at a reasonable price. I went to the location at Jericho and Shawn, who works as an associate, is my go-to guy. In every way, he was nice and patient with me. I was able to express all of my requirements to him, and he answered all of my inquiries about the service. He was extremely customer-friendly and professional, and he knew a lot about tires and other services.

Don’t normally write reviews but felt this one was worth it.Came here for an alignment after I added some leveling struts to my truck. Other shops turned me away because they did not have the specs in their database for my truck. Figured it was worth a shot to come here.Walked in amidst a snow storm and the service writers were very friendly upon arrival. They wrote up my ticket and I had a seat. I was in and out in under an hour. No pushy sales tactics either. Information and education about products and services offered and it was very appreciated. Truck is aligned back to spec and I would not hesitate to return here for another alignment or similar services. Appreciate the speedy service and the professionalism and courtesy of the staff. Dropped vehicle off for oil change at Jericho Goodyear on 6/6/21 which qualifies for free tire rotation. Decided to mark tire on way out to be able to verify if they rotated tires. When I picked up vehicle I was pressed for time and didnt check if they rotated tires but asked person who helped me if tires were rotated which he told me they were. When I arrived home noticed hub cabs which were dusty had no finger prints or clean spots (as I would have expected if they were removed to rotate tires). Unfortunately found tire I marked in same location Driver rear side. Called up and they said it must have been a mistake. No mistake they just didnt do what they said they did.Disappointed as I have brought my vehicles here on and off for 20 years.

I needed a wheel alignment and 4 tires dismounted, mounted and balanced. I was really on a tight schedule. The person on the phone named shawn george said if you get in by three I can get you done in about an hour and a half and he was really helpfull. They gave me best service, best time, and best price. Would definitely recommend their service.

Poor Service. Had a nail in my tire. Insisted on new tire. Did not fill the tire to the correct setting which caused the tire light to go back on. Had to insist that they check all of the tires and sure enough the tire was low. I drove it less than 1 mile. I use to love this place. This is my second experience in less than 30 days. Poor communication, and poor customer service. I gave this place 5 stars 2 years ago. Poor service in July 2020 I thought maybe a bad day. State Inspection and oil change and replacement of air filters $300. Overpriced. This time refused to honor the tire warranty purchased on the tires. $186 later, I will not be back. This car has less than 22000 and is 4 years old.

Ask for dennis, hell take care of you and give you a fair price. They gave me a much better price than the other Goodyear locations and mavis. In and out same day. Take advantage of rebate promotions which they were helpful in filling out. Overall they did great work in a very timely manner. Friendly and helpful.

I can’t say enough good things about Goodyear Auto Service in Jericho. I have purchased numerous sets of tires from them over the years. They are very reliable and stand behind their products. The service is amazing and John is a pleasure to deal with.

Best that could be expected considering the current state of affairs. However, their huge waiting area could have easily been converted into a safe, socially distanced, waiting area rather than force patrons to wait outside, in the drizzle. When it rained heavily, they let us come inside. The work performed was two new tires on the rear and an inspection which they seemed to perform adequately. Time will tell if the wheels have been balanced properly. I always seem to have to go back for rebalancing no matter where i get tires.

Had a flat tire on the way to NJ for the holiday weekend. I already knew I had an appointment another day at a different Goodyear but my tires didnt want to wait. We were greeted by Jimmy who was very friendly! Reminded me of one of the Car Talk guys!Anyways, my wife and I informed them that we would be picking up the car after hours on Sunday since we were coming home late. We were assured by Jimmy and Jamie on the phone, that they will leave the car outside as we have a spare key and I would get the key Monday during lunch.We showed up Sunday night to see my car was still locked in the garage. We were stranded. Had to book a hotel because my wife and I needed our cars to get to work in the AM and home was over an hour away.After expressing our displeasure with Joe, he apologized for the error and made it right by providing a few free oil changes. He stated that there were some vehicle break-ins in the parking lot behind them and wanted to protect the cars. Now, if we were informed of this issue when it happened, we would have made other arrangements as opposed to showing up to find the car in the garage with no warning. Communication is key and this simple error was a huge inconvenience for us.We love Goodyear and hated that after spending $700 on tires, alignment, and inspections, that we had this issue. I am very happy that Joe made it right but still left a bit of a sour taste. Tires look good though!

Terrible Place - No Compassion or CareGot a flat with my family driving around on Sunday afternoon. Stopped at good year and after waiting almost 20 minutes to talk with someone they told me it would take over an hour and that they were closing at 4pm, it was not 315pm. No one even looked or asked what the problem was, it turned out being a fixable flat that took All-Weather tire in Huntington, 10 minutes to fix, charge my card and send me on my way. Do not waste your time going to any Good Year, they are either incompetent or just liars. They sent me on my way with two children under 4 without a care.

Always awesome service. The guys there are hospitable and make services convenient. Extremely courteous, respectful and dont try to be untruthful. Been using them for years, a pleasure every visit. Theres a small waiting area and beverages or you can have your car and come back. They always call when it convenient for you or as soon as possible. Cant thank them enough for keeping our cars running well.

Easy to see right off of North Broadway servicing Hicksville and the adjoining areas of Nassau County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Moderately Clean facilities. Public Restrooms. Reasonably priced. Nice staff. Credit cards accepted. We will definitely be going back.

I drive 15 miles to go to this Goodyear, even though I have several right in my neighborhood that are much more convenient. I have known the manager for years and trust him 1000% with my cars. Dennis, the manager, is honest, reliable, always takes the time to explain whats wrong, and does his best to work with me on the prices. Would never go anywhere else.

Reliable work with very reasonable prices. My dad was looking to repair our car after we noticed turning was clunky. We first went to a dealership, which told us it would cost between $4,000 and $7,000 to repair. They gave us a list of specific reasons, and tried to scare us by saying it would fail its annual inspection unless we had these problems fixed. We were thinking of just trading in the car for a new one, but decided last-minute to get a second opinion from Goodyear. The store manager, Dennis, spent the morning inspecting the car, and told us the car was in good condition; there was just a slow leak in the steering oil pump. They ordered the replacement part over the weekend and had the car fixed and ready for pickup by Monday afternoon. The total cost was just $340, and the car has been running smoothly ever since. Honest people working here; very refreshing to see.

The store manager Dennis Smith is the kindest person Ive come across in a while. Sunday after Thanksgiving, first snow of the season, my wife & kids in the car, and I broke the driver side windshield wiper blade during the heaviest part of the downpour, driving to get on I-495. After searching for a gas station for 20 - 30 minutes, I was very happy to see that the Good Year store was open on a Sunday. Dennis found a matching wiper blade in his inventory, came outside to install it in the falling snow, and then declined my attempts to pay for it, saying it felt good to see my family happy. We were all floored by Denniss kindness. Thank you, Dennis! And I will keep my promise to get my next set of tires from Good Year. Best of luck!

Okay so to start off, I left this place incredibly satisfied. They asked me to write a review, and upon reading reviews from customers before me, Im convinced some of them are writing about a different Goodyear. Also, lack of patience is not a reason to leave a bad review. There is a high chance there are five cars ahead of you. There may be unforeseen issues with those cars. If you cant be patient, leave. Heres my story.Driving down Rte 107 in my Wrangler and I notice the tire pressure light is on, figures. I stop and look at the tires - the right rear is clearly losing air. Go to take the spare off the back and realize the numbskulls in NJ where I got the jeep put locks on every tire on the vehicle and never gave me the key. They did, however, give me .. more locks. So I managed to get the truck to Goodyear. Went in feeling like an idiot and explained the situation. There was already an arrogant guy giving them a hard time about something on his brand new Range Rover and he didnt want to have to drive one of his 6 other cars so I figured theyd have no patience left for me. Not the case. They took my truck in and the head mechanic told me he had a few different methods of getting the locks off and would try whatever he could. The original plan was to repair the one tire, however while waiting in the lobby I saw they had a set of tires that would have worked really well on my truck going for $125 a piece (clearance price). The tires that were on my truck had about 60,000 miles on them so repairing wouldve been redundant. With install charge and tax the total came to close to $1000 (Wranglers require 5 tires - spare rides on the back). I explained that Im a grad student who is in school/studying more than I am working and therefore that was beyond my budget. Anthony at the front desk ended up speaking to some higher ups and was able to do all 5 tires plus install for $650. I was absolutely blown away, considering these tires (Goodyear Wrangler Silent Armors) normally go for $150-$180 a piece.All in all they turned a less than desirable situation into a great one. I went in there stressed about not being able to make the hour commute home, and they made me feel like an old friend. Helped me out in any way they could.Thats just my story. Im sure people have had some bad experiences, but keep in mind there are people who turn EVERYTHING into a bad experience. Thats the nature of retail.

DO NOT have brakes done here! I had a complete brake job (pads & rotors) done here in August on my sons car. He took it from the shop to school in Delaware. When he picked it up he complained that the entire car was pulsating when he brakes. Less then 4 months later I had to get new brakes. I would not risk going back to have it re-done. Its for my sons car, Ill take the hit. If its tires you need, then this place is fine.

Dennis, Store Manager, handled my tire with a bubble on it, exactly as promised from Corporate. I called Goodyear Corporate and was told to speak to Dennis, and he would access my tire damage. He did exactly as promised, and split the cost of a new tire. I was given prompt, professional service. Lester, Cashier, was efficient and polite too. I would definitely recommend this location and be a customer again.

I made them my regular mechanics. They are honest and will only charge you for what you really need to do, they dont try to push any unnecessary service or parts, which is great these days and the main compelling reason I became a regular.That said, they do not have the best prices in the neighborhood, neither they are strictly committed to schedules, although I cannot complain about the latter because they have helped me a lot with tight timetables lately.

Had a screw in my tire from last night. Came in at 9:03am and by 9:04am my car was up on the lift. Exceptional team especially Joe who made the experience 5 stars. Highly recommended this business.

Ive used this Goodyear for various automobile issues off and on for many years, mostly of the tire variety. But its clear the new store management team has turned it around for the better. Late one day I had a major issue with my Jeep Grand Cherokees tire, as it was losing air quickly. I was able to get it to this Goodyear, which also has late hours (other places were already closed). Of course, it rurned out, I had wheel locks on my car that the dealer never informed me about nor provided me the keys for the wheel locks. Dennis and his team made the best of the situation, as they could not remove the tire without the wheel lock key. So instead of removing the tire and plugging the hole permanently like they normally do, they were able to temporarily patch the hole with the tire remaining on. And they didnt even charge me. I now have new dealer-installed wheel locks and wheel lock keys and, turns out, Goodyear did such a good job patching the hole, the Jeep dealership said theres no reason to remove the patch and go for the plug. They said that patch should successfully remain there forever. Thanks Goodyear!

This is the best location when you need repairs. Have been coming here since I had an emergency repair needed about 9 years ago. It was near where my office was originally located. I needed new tire and wheel and was towed here. (Pothole on Wantagh Pkwy got me!) They gave me a good price on the tires I normally use and gave me a lift to the office as well. Today I came in with another unscheduled problem. An easy repair - maybe 45 min at worst-but it was only a couple of hours until closing on a Saturday and they would have to order the part to boot. But knowing that the part could break while I was driving, they wedged me into the schedule if I was willing to wait. Of course I would. They have a large waiting area with 8 chairs. TV with remote.. limited Dish channels but still decent assortment. A keurig machine with a few choices of k cups and a fridge with milk, water. Also at least 1 outlet to charge your device. Staff very professional, courteous. Always explain your car troubles and provide clear estimates. Way to go Goodyear.

Missed my appointment so I call them to make sure they can still take care of the inspection. Got confirmation over the phone to come down the shop. Surprisingly, The guy told me I have to reschedule and not taking my car today. With few unexpected conversations from the guy. Very disappointed to that particular tech. To be fair, I had a few great experiences with them, but I will never take my back. It’s not the only Goodyear in the near area.

I order two tires, came in and was told I cant come in today after 5 pm. I ask what time do you open 7:00 am, I ask when can I set appointment at 7 am, he said in two weeks. I will buy my tires elsewhere. Very rude the blonde guy thinking he a manager. Your hours say your open at 7 am not 8:30 am, very unprofessional. I have only come to this location a couple of times and I am very satisfied. Both the workers and the manager are very friendly toward me and my mom. I dont feel like they treat us differently because we are women. They dont try to sell you everything under the sun, if they say that you need something done, you can trust that you do, so they are definitely better than Vavoline. The wifi can be a little spotty. The bathroom is surprisingly spotless. The bathroom is cleaner than most supermarket bathrooms.If you schedule an appointment close to closing, call to verify the time. My mom scheduled an appointment at 6pm(they close at 7) for an NY State Inspection & Oil Change. When we get they the person said, Let me see if we can do it. The website said that it would take about an hour for both. They said that they didnt have time for both and could only do one.

Good mechanics overall but its too pricey. I came in with car issues but they charged around $120 just for diagnostics, which to me is kind of ridiculous since all they did was drive my car around for a little bit to check for problems, which is a rip off in my opinion, especially since my regular mechanic doesnt charge me for diagnostics at all. The last thing I want to do is jeopardize a business but this truth has to come out. I had my oil changed at this location and a few days later, I kept on getting Engine Light on. It turns out that, I didnt get the old oil drained... WHO DOES THIS FOR OIL CHANGE? Also, my cars brake pads werent worn out and Good Year was trying to get me to replace all my pads for $800 for all 4 sides... When I went to my car dealer to get a second opinion, they said, only 20% is it is worn out. Please, you cant be ruining people lives.....

Took 3 trips+ to install the tires correctly.Had Good Year install 4 tires .found 3 out of 4 tires slowly leak. Went back and waited 2.5 hours to seal the sides to repair, then found the tires are not balanced,went back again and waited 1.5 hours to rebalanced the tires. Dont know what else may come after this .really below standard. However, the staffs are nice and helpful.9/26/18 update: one of the tire still leak after all 3 trips to this shop. I am very tire with this deal and yet still need to go back to fix the problem.2/4/19, had been filling a leaking tire with air every week to avoid to go back to the shop but took it back to have it fix today anyway,hope this leaky tire holds air this time.

Ive been using this service center for 6 yrs or more. Always courteous and trust worthy. I also like the very nice waiting area and friendly service. I just now am having my car towed over for a new starter and pricing is better than stations near where my car broke down. Im writing this review because I cant believe the two bad reviews that are there and I am suspicious of phony reviews as I have had that experience in my business with on line reviews. Unethical competitors do this and also I have learned not to trust A Google User reviews as these are software generated. Google also suppresses many authentic good reviews as this happened to a friend who owns a local business. He said many of his clients wrote good reviews on google and that google took them down.
