Prices on wax guard filters went from $5 a pack to $15 a pack the batteries went from $10 a box to $15 a box. Felt like i was being brushed off when i was in there. I bought what should have been top of the line oticon hearing aids and they arent worth anything. The right one doesnt give me any hearing help at all. The left one keeps making popping sounds and plays tones out of clear blue. The blue tooth goes from ear to ear back and fourth. They want me to call a number to do the work to fix them. If you go through insurance company they treat you different the if you just pay outright. Wouldnt recommend to anyone. I will never buy an oticon product again if this is not fixed and will take this further.
