Josh was incredible! He went above and beyond to make sure that I was fully satisfied when I left the store. I had a horrible experience with a Verizon representative through Best Buy earlier that day, leading to me getting put on a fraud hold because she was so uncooperative. Josh spent a lot of time helping me get the fraud hold taken off of my account and being very patient through the whole process. You could tell that he felt bad for everything I went through that day so he did more than he needed to to make up for the other bad experiences I had with Verizon earlier that day. If it wasn’t for Josh I was seriously contemplating leaving Verizon and going to a new carrier….. He gave me exceptional customer service along with showcasing managerial skills while taking on this task. I’ve been with Verizon wireless for years and years and never had such a great experience.

Oh my goodness!! One of the best experiences I have ever had in a Verizon store! The employee Josh was the kindest, patient and understanding employee I have ever dealt with. He was professional and genuinely kind, not fake whatsoever. I live in Kimberly and will now be doing most my business with the Verizon store in Jerome, so worth the drive!

They have a really good customer service the manager and his assistant are very nice. I went to buy some new devices and at that moment they didnt had them but this guy impressed me with going to a different store to get the devices we needed for our business. Thanks guys for that good service...

This store was the best retail sales experience Ive ever had. I took my mama in here for her first cell phone. Professional, patience, kindness and a great deal on a top of the line phone, and plan.These two men are really amazing. They took time to set my mamas new phone up, showed her how to use it and never made her feel bad about not knowing about cell phones.I am blown away so much I wrote a review...which I just dont do. Great service from start to finish the whole staff was pretty awesome. They wrote everything down for me as far as passwords, emails, and codes for my phone. Everything I would need for my phone! Overall great experience! Recommending this store to friends and family!! Didnt even know it was here! Way shorter wait times and got me going quick!

My husband and I recently ordered new phones from Fernando at GoWireless. He was not only extremely professional and polite but knowledgeable on products he has in store. Fernando went the extra mile every time and followed up with us even after we left the store to ensure our phones were working properly. He was able to answer all of our questions and assisted in choosing what plan was best for our family. Because of the great customer service and promptness we will continue to drive from Twin to Jerome for our cellular needs.

Atmosphere in the store was amazing. I was assisted with Fernando he listened to what I needed in my everyday life and knew exactly what phone I needed. He sat down and took his time to make sure I was paired with the perfect phone. After deciding what phone I wanted, he took the time to transfer everything from my old phone to the new one. As well as showing me new tips and tricks about the phone. After the purchase was made, he installed an app with his card information in case I needed assistance with anything else. Overall my experience for this store was out of this world, I would highly recommend this place if your just starting out.

After posting my review I did receive an automated response from the company. I did email the detailed problems with the service and I have heard nothing else. While the response looks good -- there was no action on the companys part.My 86 year old mother went to this store to have her contacts from her old cell phone moved to her new cell phone. She mentioned to an employee that she needed a new land line carrier. He told Verizon was the place and talked her into a 2 year contract with a wireless home phone. She took the phone home and found the screen was cracked and she did not know how to use it. She returned the phone the next day where another employee told her they checked the phone before she left and it was fine. The employees said the store does not sell defective equipment and do not take used equipment back. It would cost her $200 to replace the $100 phone.My mother told me the story. I contacted the store where I also was told the phone was in perfect condition when she left the store and not their responsibility. We decided to try the cracked phone to see if it would work. The phone did not work right. We called the store again because the instruction booklet was not included with the phone. The phone still did not work.We took the phone back to the store. A Verizon corporate representative was in the store. Upon hearing the story, he did step up and said the phone would be replaced. He checked the a new phone, showed us how to install it and sure it worked. The employees of this store were not helpful and I feel took advantage of someone who was vulnerable.

Lupe was very nice and helpful with my situationI went to twin falls Verizon down Blue Lakes and the manager in that store told me he could not fix my problem . That he only sells phones. He was very rude .I than went to Jerome Verizon store and spoke to Lupe with my situation and he fixed the problem and was very understanding that these things happen.Thank you JeromeVerizon .

My experience was absolutely amazing working with Michael Riley in Jerome. He was very informative in all the products and knew what products and plans would best fit my needs. He had a very great attitude and was excited about the products that were available and had personal experience with some of the different products which was great because then I knew what to expect in purchasing certain products. I know I will definitely continue my services through them and was overall extremely satisfied by the customer service I received at that store. Michael was a great help!!!

Tony went above and beyond to get me in a phone. Tony never once made me feel dumb for asking questions. After going to the Twin Falls Verizon next to Buffalo Wild Wings and having no help AT ALL. I went to the store in Jerome and she was absolutely awesome. She had three people in there today when I went into the store and took her time with everyone and help everyone at the same time too. She made sure to help everyone in order and resolve everything as best she could and made time for me even before 15 minutes before closing. I think her name was paula and she rocked it. Super niceand friendly and gave straight answers without trying to sell me anything so I bought something when I didn’t have too because she was that awesome!!

Came into the store and was greeted immediately by the store manager. He helped me set up my phone even though Im horrible with phones. He was super patient and seemed like he genuinely cared about my situation. While he was helping me other customers walked in and he greeted them right away while still being professional with me. Will definitely come back for any more needs I have!

Taylor and Lupe were very helpfull and friendly. I feel they went above and beyond. When I stopped at thier store I was ready to switch from Verizon to another provider because of the lack of customer service at a corporate store in a nearby town. I needed to get the data off of my old phone and transfered to a new warranty phone and didnt know how to do it. The corperate store told me they couldnt do that for me. When I told Taylor and Lupe what I needed, they told me there was normaly a charge to do this, but because of the earlier experiance with the other store they refused to let me pay. Because of the thier customer service I chose to stay with Verizon and will only deal through thier store from now on. THANK YOU TAYLOR AND LUPE!

My 80 year old grandma needed a new phone and had no idea what she was doing these associates were more than helpful on multiple trips to the store to make sure she not only had the right equipment but also how to use it. Phenomenal experience will be back for sure!

Was having a bad day because my phone was acting up and I didnt know what to do. Went in to the store was greeted immediately by the friendly staff. Everyone of them was upbeat and changed my mood completely. They solved my problem quickly and I havent had an issue since. They didnt pressure me into anything but told me about a great deal for home Wi-Fi which I will come back for after my contract ends!
