This gallery has been giving us the run around for over a month. Purchased on April 24, Austin at the counter AND owner says it will be ready maybe the following Monday or Tuesday. We wait a week past that to inquire because maybe it took some extra time. Nbd its just a painting. But then we dont hear from them and we have to continue chasing down answers for another 3 weeks. On one occassion we stopped in to ask and Austin had no idea what I was talking about but took down my info and said he would follow-up.Two weeks later, we still didnt hear from them. Finally last week Austin answers the phone by some miracle and actually calls the owner to inquire about the status. He leaves me a voicemail saying it will be ready this Monday or Tuesday. It is now Friday and we have not heard from anyone at the Gallery. In fact, we called today to see whats up and the woman who answered, again, had no idea what we were talking about.I love the painting I purchased and this gallery has great work, but I am so disappointed in the customer service and communication, or lack thereof, that I have experienced with this transaction. I hope this review gets the attention of someone there. I will take it down when this is resolved.

This place is top notch in every sense of the word. Their customer service is second to none, and their framing skills are even better. Jessica and Henry are extremely friendly and have a vast assortment of frames to choose from. Local business, so we will support them any time we need to frame something in the future!

I 5 Star GH only due to Jessica.I have had work done with the previous owned business and some with other current employees and it was just ok. But currently Jessica truly is the heart and soul of the newly owned business. I hope they never lose her. Her skills and artistry in framing are exceptional. You will leave with a completely stunning final framed work of art that is unsurpassed at the current Gallerie Hudson. She is clearly an artist and that shines through in her work. Her customer service is exemplary. Gallerie Hudson are very fortunate to have her in their employ and so are any customers who are lucky enough to work with her.
