I am a new customer and only have been a new customer For 5 days. I paid $200 for a machine that was delivered last Thursday and was delivered broken. I then called and scheduled a replacement order for Monday. When the new machine came they sent me a completely different and cheaper machine. The driver was nice enough to call his office for me for them to tell him that the original machine I ordered is out of stock .so instead of them emailing me or calling me to let me know this they just go and send me a different machine And no offer of compensation or refund in difference of price. I now have a broken machine and 3 5 gallon water bottles sitting in my kitchen that cannot be used. The customer service is horrible it takes forever to get through to a representative And when you do they offer no kind of help. I dont recommend going with this company at all unless you want a useless machine and a huge headache.
So unreliable that it makes a what is supposed to be a convenient service not. Our delivery was scheduled for 10/12 and they kept sending me texts pushing it back to the next day. Come Monday after leaving my empty bottles outside of my apartment every day I still don’t have fresh water and the empties are still at my apartment. My building yells at me for leaving the bottles out so I try not to leave them overnight. Also during this whole period they shut off their customer service. Finally a week later on 10/19 they deliver the bottles but we didn’t leave our empties out, and I call only to find they are charging a $20 empty pickup fee, even though they missed 5 deliveries last week. cancelling my service.I’ll save money and a load of future headaches.
Ready Refresh is one of the most unreliable companies we’ve ever encountered. They consistently change our delivery dates which leaves us without water, are very difficult to contact by phone or online (automated system states they have too many customers trying to contact them, then we were promptly disconnected; error message when attempting to login to the customer portal online). This isn’t a one time problem. It has been happening for a long time. There is absolutely no excuse for this. Do NOT use this company! They are the worst!
Our delivery forever gets skipped! We get like 1 delivery every few months instead of every 2 weeks!! Its so frustrating

I have 5 empty bottles that i have been trying to have them picked up for the last five working days. The trucks passes by our street and dont even look at them. I have been rescheduled for the pick up for all these empty bottles 5 times. This is not good at all.
Overall I have had no issues with reoccurring 5gallon bottle delivery. However, they have consistently failed to fulfill any additional ordered items they either fail to deliver or dont deliver a complete order. Of course they still try to charge for it although the contact us form does ensure they remove the item from invoice. I would highly recommend you dont use them for anything other than a basic order. Very disappointing easy and convenient it is not
NO STARS!This company is a NIGHTMARE to deal with.They charge you for things you did not order. They charge you for orders they said were delivered but never were. Good luck reaching customer service to get your issues resolved. Plan on many phone calls and a lot of your time to reach them. When you finally get to talk to some one they will “yes you to death” and say they resolved your issues. WELL THEY DIDN’T! So plan on many more phone calls and a lot more of your time just to HOPE that they fixed your problem. Please save your sanity and find another company to deliver your water.

Ready Refresh is not reliable - they often reschedule deliveries without notification and this week alone have rescheduled my delivery 4 TIMES!Save yourself significant frustration and Find a different provider.It is all the same water, so its ONLY about service and Ready Refresh is a joke.
Couldnt even get my first delivery. Every day I am told it is coming tomorrow. It was a bad sign especially after all of the negative reviews that I have read. I do not recommend.

Same complaint as many others here. Start off with fixed number of deliveries then they start doubling your water deliveries and charge you late fees because you refuse to pay what you didnt ask for. Customer service trained like dogs to try to justify their charges instead of trying to work help you fix the issue.
Bad costumer service ....asked for the manager and phone got disconnected ......good luck closing the account with them, its impossible !!!Check your bills carefully !
Terrible company. Their driver made an illegal left turn from a right turn only lane, hit my car, acknowledged it and looked at me in his mirror and just kept driving. Another illegal action (hit and run). Now they’re telling me they will not take responsibility for the damage.
Mistakes, mistakes, mistakes.... Billing mistakes, delivery mistakes, etc...They do what they feel like, not what they have agreed to do. Not once or twice, but all the time.Totally unreliable.They say delivery is bt. 8 am and 5 pm, the guy came to deliver the water before 7 am more than once, and of course I was sleeping and didnt hear the door.Sometimes I stay home ALL DAY waiting for the delivery and they just dont show up.Looking for another water delivery service.

The worst customer service out there. Actually, I shouldn’t say that. The people taking my phone calls were always very nice. I have to think they are just as frustrated having to deal with the complaints and how horrible the delivery service is. The first problem is that it is near impossible to get anyone on the phone. There’s literally no customer service number. You have to call for website help and ask to be transferred to customer service. Then you wait and wait wait.My water cooler broke. Called, scheduled a delivery of a replacement. Took the day off of work. No one came during the 8-5 window. No one called. When I called (and waited and waited again) I was told that the delivery person ran out of equipment. I was furious. Not even a phone call to let me know? So I said I wanted my account cancelled. They assured me I could leave the cooler outside and that it would be picked up the next day. Well, you guessed it! Not picked up. So I waited on hold AGAIN. After multiple hoops, I think it’s all said and done. But I don’t feel I will know for sure until I see that I don’t get anymore bills.I want to make sure I state that the people I talked to on the phone were helpful and friendly and apologetic. I do not blame these poor souls who are just cleaning up the mess of a poorly run company.
Run away from this company. They fail to make deliveries and lie about what happened and how they are going to fix it. Their customer service is a joke. Die of thirst before calling these people!!
I have been a customer since 2002 and the service, since Ready Refresh has taken over, is abysmal. Their customer service is the worst and they are consistently unreliable in delivery dates and in delivering the water to my door. I have been trying for several days to cancel my account and keep getting cut off because call volume is so high (no surprise there). I have written to them and get back a standard response with an apology for regularly changing the delivery date. I have already arranged for a new service to start delivering this week, but I cant cancel the Ready Refresh account. Terrible company.
I do not know how they stay in business. They recently refreshed their website - now it is AWFUL, and impossible to do the simplest thing. To make it worse, calling them is a task in itself. I guess because the website is so user UNfriendly, everyone is calling to get anything done. The average call to Ready Refresh by Nestle takes between 30 to 45 minutes. The people are completely unhelpful, and lie. I scheduled my water delivery this time for the 7th of June, but then changed it to the 5th of June. SURPRISE - as usual, I did NOT get my water as expected - which I guess is the one thing that I should have expected! When I finally got a woman on the phone, she told me that my delivery looks like it was scheduled for the 6th, and I said of course it looks like that to you, because what they do is, each time that they are late - they change the scheduled delivery date on you, so it looks like you are wrong and not them. I am smarter than that - they got me the first tie with that - now I take a screen shot of my delivery date so that they cannot lie. At the end of the call she says to me, is there anything else I can help you with? My response - you didnt help with anything yet - so why should I expect that you will help me going forward Call ended, after a 32 minute hold, and NOTHING accomplished. Am totally getting rid of Ready Refresh by Nestle - AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL company!!!
Easy place to back into docks when there aren’t a bunch of trucks in the way. Small place bunch of trailers everywhere. Try to get there early as possible to not have any issues with getting to the docks.
We have had nothing but issues with ReadyRefresh the past couple months. In December we received less than half our order and somehow got off of our institutions delivery schedule. When we were supposed to receive our bottles on January 22nd, we started calling every day to confirm where our delivery was. Every day for the past two weeks the delivery gets pushed to the next day. For over a week now, I have spent time calling to speak to representatives and several managers - all confirming it will arrive tomorrow. Tomorrow keeps coming, dates keep getting changed, and no water is delivered. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
I’ve had service with them for over a year now in Tribeca. Although a few appointment have been rescheduled due to weather and such they have always been very polite and nice.
The worst website and customer service.If anybody knows better water delivery company in NJ, please share. Lets all drop ReadyRefresh.

We have waited for the delivery of the water dispenser and and first bottle of water for 3 weeks with multiple appointments. They will not drop the water dispenser off unless someone over 18 is there to sign and they only deliver from 8am-4pm, Monday through Friday. I took off work the first time, had my elderly mother wait an entire day the second time and then had my wife go in late to work the third time. All 3 times no call/no show. When we called them there was no apology and not a care given. Then I called to cancel our service but Im still getting account update emails stating Im still active with a credit card on file. This is hands down the worst service company I have ever seen. I would definitely recommend spending a couple dollars more to use a company that actually knows how to run a business and cares about their customers.
My only complain is that the delivery guy never take back the empty bottles even though I put them outside ready to take. I live in an apartment and now I have almost 20 empty bottles of 5gallon in my tiny apt. Is there a location to drop those bottles?I mean why you don’t wanna take your bottle back? It’s very strange.
Absolute worst customer service out there. Chronically late on deliveries so our office has no drinking water. I am currently on hold for a half hour and counting after going through a maze of automated prompts attempting to discourage speaking with a human.

Terrible service. We are long time customers and the service has deteriorated steadily over that past couple years. They often dont come when promised or cancel at the last min. ReadyRefesh has also just announced a price increase.
Horrible service I had to cancel before service even began, they keep delaying our delivery no cares in the world customer service useless with no information.

Very poor service . I have 8 empty cans, everytime nestle boys drops cans at the main gate of my apartment, they don’t take back the empty cans .Really horrible service.
