Very helpful customer service, and the candles, still amazing ! Their fragrances are very close to real thing, and the dont burn as fast as others. They are having alot of good sales now..so check em out.

If I could give this store a negative star I totally would. The manager at this location is a really condescending and unprofessional. While I was looking for some gifts for my girlfriend all I heard was him cursing and talking so nasty to some lady that was there working something. As a manager with a decade of experience I was totally appalled. This older gentleman definitely turned me off to coming back here. When I have visited the Paramus location I has a much better positive experience. I think the company should really look at how their management carry themselves. Perhaps some politeness would be needed here.

Love their products and prices. Unfortunately the staff here is terrible. The man whom I spoke with was very unhelpful, seemed really bothered I spoke to him. They can really use some younger talent here leading that store.

Worst experience ever. I paid $50 for delivery, it showed me Im gonna have in in 7 days. So I canceled it, still cant get my money back, one week passed.

It was the worst experience in customer service and I will never go that store ... when all the people are using coupon the guy said he is a manager and cant use more then 1 coupon and in coupon it does not say anything like that ... no issues losing customers
