I came to this dealership earlier today with a friend of mine to check out a used Toyota Camry, I’m always skeptical of used car dealers there is usually something underhanded going on, I came in expecting they typical experience. I went to this dealer after a whole day trying to find a good deal for my first car. I found what I was looking for, although I spent more than I expected. I tried to get a discount because I expected some repairs to be needed. I didnt get it and I ended up paying extra $1,000 in repairs. My recommendation for people who dont understand about cars is to have a mechanic check the car before buying it. On the other hand, the service was great. This was our first time buying a car online without test driving or even seeing it in person first. Jersey City is 2+ hours away from us so we decided to give it a try. We spoke to Emily from the day we applied for financing and decided to purchase our 2014 Audi Q5, she was awesome! She made the financing aspect super easy and quick. She was in contact with us several times each day to answer any questions we had and to go over all details. The BEST customer service!We made an appointment for pickup of the vehicle for a Saturday. Mind you we never bought a car without test driving it first, and we were a little nervous on our 2+ hour drive down to Jersey City, hoping the car was in good shape and ran well. Honestly it’s a good experience, the Staff was very friendly and not pushy at all, I highly recommend it . One of the worst experiences of my life and Ive had some bad times. The car is horrible -- rusted bottom, engine issues, bad brakes and dashboard errors. It was my first car purchase after desperately needing it for work. The company will take advantage of you if you are alone and not knowledge. I dont have a lot of hate in heart, but this experience almost broke me as a person. Two days after purchasing I left on a work trip and had to pull over...the mechanic recommended I try and return or speak to a lawyer given it was unsafe and dangerous to drive. I would not trust this company if my life depended on it. They are sharks, liers and thieves -- aka used car sales men and woman (emily). To hell with them and their entire family business.I was texted to give a review after a very bad experience and that is what Im doing. Below is the response of the auto company, but if anything it indicates how heated and frustrating the situation became. I dont want to engage with them any more, but am only giving my review.

Love these guys they been open for about 2 years now i got me my wife and my daughter a car each thats how satisfied i was with the service the staff gives here at first i was scared to walk in but when i bought the car and as i was signing my papers i realized that this dealership actually charges no fees or hidden fees like I previously experience in other dealerships they straight up with you price of car taxes and registration they actually shocked me when i seen that because i know no other dealerships do that then they helped get cheap insurance i can go on for days with these guys love the experience i just had to leave a review worth every dollar spent !

I was looking for a vehicle for some time, me and my wife were moving from Queens to upstate NY and needed a car fast. As soon as i get there i am greeted with one of the nicest people, very relatable, was actually from my neighborhood and very knowledgeable about cars. after taking one of the cars for a test drive i knew instantly that i wanted it, went into the office and sat down with who i believe was the owner, and yet again i am greeted with such hospitality, he broke down the cost in an itemized fashion, showed me what i was paying and why, and even helped with getting a great deal for insurance. Had to edit my review.Very unprofessional!! I’ve waited over 2 weeks to fix a part on my vehicle, it was told the day I purchased the vehicle. They gave me the run around telling me they will check it out and fix the problem. Coming today, they don’t want nothing to do with the vehicle and want me to come out my pocket. They waited till I called to tell me this. It’s ridiculous, their smiles in your face but behind your back it’s totally different. They do not take care their customers. Mind you they have a mechanic in hand.😴
