Not sure what everyone is complaining about. These guys are great! I’ve ordered at least 6 times and always get shipping info the next day if I’m stock. If not it’s an email with estimated. Y’all should understand the hardships with having a small business now. A lil patience goes a long way.

Website a complete scam, ordered Hidden Fates ETB back in December still have yet to get a response even though i have called and emailed multiple times. Complete and utter scam DO NOT RECOMMEND

I currently have a pre order from 10/21/20 that has not been fulfilled. Over one year. I can’t get in contact with them for a refund. Stay away from these scammers. Hopefully they see this and will make things right.

Been holding my money for over 6 months on a preorder. Terrible communication- even rude when calling them out on their delays.. essentially they receive interest free loans from customers with misleading responses regarding when you can expect the product. To this day, I havent received my order and its been over a month since Ive even gotten a response. Potential fraud/scam going on here. Be aware!

Pre-ordered Hidden Fates ETB Nov 1st, 2020. No update until now.. July 1st. I receive a refund with no email or notification (saw the charge reverse on my card). Gave them an 8 month interest free loan! pretty cool... Avoid pre-orders on this website.

I preordered an ETB in the Fall of 2020 and they held my money for over 8 months when the initial timeline for delivery was 6 weeks. Emails inquiring about delays and updates are met with no accountability and this business placing sole blame on their distributors. I ended up requesting a refund for the item I ordered after playing email tag with them for roughly 3-4 months after the item was initially supposed to arrive and never heard back from them again. Ultimately, my financial institution had to get involved for me to get my money back.

Preordered on 11/5/20 just got my package today and they sent me Shining Fates ETB instead of Hidden fates ETB that I waited that long for !

Pretty much a scam site, they’ll hold your money on preorders for months and constantly make up excuses while also being very rude through email. Please avoid.

Held pre order money for 6 months. Responded 2 times explaining manufacturer and supplier delays then randomly cancelled my order. 6 1/2 months waiting for 2 etbs. Guess market value was better then customer service. Highly suggest going else where as this place is 100% a scam

Leaving a 2nd review since the 1st one got deleted. Do your due diligence before purchasing from this seller. I have pre orders dated back to November for Champions Path, which has restocked more than enough times, for this seller to fulfill one, JUST ONE, elite trainer box. This seller has not sent updates about the status of any of my orders and when e-mailed, did not respond until I sent multiple e-mails stating my frustration. Please spend your hard earned money elsewhere even if it means spending an extra few dollars to receive your product. DO NOT trust this seller to do right by you as a consumer.

To be honest I think this online store is a scam. I saw a preorder for ETB Hidden Fates box on the store online and bought it. Honestly, I forgot I even order the item because months later a received a marketing email about pokemon vivid voltage pokemon that reminded me about my previous order. I did not receive any emails saying the order was delayed or their was a problem with their distributor. I had to reach out to them multiple times to get more information on what was going on. I was keep getting the run around that they would be in next week but it turned into 8 MONTHS. I was fed up and had to get my bank involved to reverse the charges. I would say scam to be honest. Just another company saw the pokemon cards were sky rocketing and took the money over filling their customers orders and basically taking loans to run their business. Check the reviews im not the only person this has happened to. They should lose their ability to carry pokemon cards at all. Shady store definitely.

Seller was able to fulfill one of my orders for vivid voltage and I requested a cancelation for the etbs which were done quite fast. I appreciated the promptness and vivid voltage cards I got!

Preordered an item on 11/1/20. Product has not shipped. Have left repeated emails and phone calls for months now with ZERO response. Horrible to do business with.

Ordered some ETBs that were going to be gifts but my order was cancelled without warning or explaination. Store said that the issue was allocation but the item appears in stock and available for pre-order at just $10 more than I paid per box.Willing to screw over customers for $10 per box..
