This walgreens has a fed ex drop off kiosk.but when it comes to fed ex smart post. I have trouble every other time I come here to drop off. so depending whos working will tell how long you have to wait to simply drop off a package. with fedex smart post they accept the package and they hand it off to usps. Im going to drop off instructions for them so they can post it in their store so all employees can accept the package correctly and not have to waste a managers time with a simple job task.

While the customer service was slow, there was one employee in particular named Luis who was very helpful. My previous visits to the store have been long and tedious, this cashier was quick and hardworking. I hope this Walgreens location hires more helpful workers like this one.

Just avoid this pharmacy for covid vaccine.. They are tooooooooo slow. For one appointment they are taking 15 min for registration.People are just waiting outside for hours even after their registration is completed.I came at 11:00Am, now its almost hour, just waiting 😤🤯🤬

It has photo print unit run by unprofessional, it has a pharmacy run by another unprofessional. As a store this is worst of all pharmacies. They are filled with staffs who are incompetent and lacking in communication. Guy at counter took down all info(insurance, DOB, scripts) and when asked, he returned the prescription asking to come back after 2 hrs. When we called after 2 hrs, representative said, without prescription nothing is ready as we have other things to do, so you have to do another trip just to drop off prescription. When asked why it was not informed, she said WE ARE SO SMART SO WE ASSUME YOU KNOW ALL. This walgreens is really a nightmare.

I visited this place to get my COVID second dose. Since this is my second dose I brought my previous records and my insurance card. Didn’t wanted to carry my insurance card around.But I sent back from getting the shot.The appointment email explicitly stated that the Patients will not be sent back if they are unable to produce the ID.The staff are not really helpful. You also cannot get support from the supervisors. You are on your own and you are left in a pathetic situation. Kinda felt I am racially discriminated.

The worse pharmacy that I ever been to. I went there to take my MMR shot and they just kept telling me that I have to come after 7:30pm and after I get there they tell me that we can’t give it right now and you will have to try again tomorrow. Also, I didn’t take it and I requested my prescription from them and they told me that they can’t find it. Just don’t deal with this pharmacy it has the worse costumer service that you going to get.

Gross incompetence from pharmacy staff that has no idea what theyre talking about and will give incorrect rx information over the phone despite me calling multiple times to verify. Dangerous and unacceptable, and no accountability, I will be filing a complaint with the NJ board of pharmacy and recommend filling your prescriptions anywhere else

Visited walgreens at 337 central avenue, jersey city today for my second COVID vaccine. The lady (with curly hairs) at the pharmacy needs to learn some manners. She was Being extremely rude and not helpful at all. She got confused that I was there for my first shot which was not the case. She got the vaccine dates mixed up in the vaccine record card. When I insisted to get that fixed, she just took it and trashed it saying that you already have the card from your first visit. I just wanted to make sure that I am getting the right vaccine, So if I ask few questions there was no reason for her to get annoyed. If youre having a bad day just take the day off. And if you dont like the job then do something that you like. being rude to others isnt going to help you at all Lady !!

If no stars could be given, i wouldnt even give this pharmacy a rating. Not sure why they say a meal break for 30 minutes between 1:30-2:00pm when in reality the staff doesnt begin working again until 90 minutes later, at least on the weekends that seems to be the case. So if you need medication filled, and youre not feeling well you have to wait until the pharmacy staff returns from their 90 minute lunch break. Walgreens pharmacy chain is a complete joke.

If possible, AVOID THIS STORE FOR ONLINE ORDERS. I ordered a photo print online on Friday. I went to collect it on Sunday. I had already got the email that photo is ready for pick-up, but the lady at the counter told me that it is not ready yet, even though, the pick-up email is sent, they dont print the photos in weekends. Pathetic!!Also, I had online order for an item for which I had the order ready for pick-up email. The same lady told me that it is not there yet. Then I told her to check again, then she found it. The tray only had 4 online orders, I could see it, and still she was not able to find it. It was clear in her gesture that she had no interest in her work.

I have been going to this pharmacy for years. It used to be Rite Aid. The pharmacy dept itself needs a lot of improvement when it comes to customer service. One of the pharmacy techs is very rude and went as far as going to text instead of tending to me. The wait is annoying especially bc I get text notifications when my refills are ready BUT when I get there I have to wait for at least 15-20 min. Twice, one of the females gave me the medication of another girl with a similar name. *Always check meds to make sure its right.The ONLY person in that whole pharmacy that is educated, nice, helpful, knows what the patient needs, knows peoples names is the tall, black man. I always forget to ask what his name is, but he should def lead that place. That staff needs to be gutted.

It was a horrible experience, the store was closed With a notice in front of the store but they processed the prescription. But you call their number no one will answer.I was not able to get the medication at another pharmacy either retailer bcoz Walgreen contact numbers or technical support cannot cancel the order that was processed by their employee while the store is closed. They just created a case with standard 24 to 48 hrs waiting time, for them to get back to you while you cannot get medications.

They don’t answer the phone even though there’s 3 other people working in the pharmacy. I walked into a long line. They couldn’t find the prescription, then they finally found it. They told me I have to wait 40 mins meanwhile she had the medicine right there. Terrible service. They just wasting time being unproductive. I have been a customer of this rite aid now Walgreens for years, its close to my house. However, pharmacy staff one short girl in specific is extremely rude and un professional. Always talking bad to customers. I go to pick up my kids or my medications and this girl is never helpful and gets loud with customers, no help at all. Walgreens should have her fired.

I’ve been a customer of Rite Aid, now Walgreens, in Jersey City, since 2015. I’m currently disabled, due to a medical mistake by a hospital I went to, while passed out from hypoglycemia, and ever since Walgreens took over, they charge me for insulin. I’m currently on Medicaid, so I can’t afford $300 a month for insulin.Don’t waste your time and money. There are many other options-CVS, Jersey Drugs, even Walmart. Walgreens deserves to go bankrupt.

Long waits, workers that don’t know how to do their jobs (not the pharmacist but the employees), always charged $20 more than GoodRx coupons claim the charge will be. Before I moved, my cvs pharmacy always honored the exact price. Plus, the vendors they use for their generic brands must all be the cheapest options because I’m having weird issues I didn’t have before. Wish there was a cvs in this area, this pharmacy sucks. Gonna start traveling for a better option.

WORST PHARMACY EMPLOYEES! Absolutely DISGUSTING behavior on three female pharmacists who team up in the effort of being rude to customers. Such a shame that they get away with UNPROFESSIONAL actions such as attitudes. They made me wait an extra hour for meds that I NEEDED just because I said I live nearby. ABSOLUTELY RUDE EMPLOYEES, ALL STAFF! im disgusted that the only rite aid i go to has a horrible customer service in store and pharmacy. They are rude, they ignore you.. what’s the whole point of them working if they can’t answer a simple question that instantly get annoyed or ignored. They give attitude, and they got robbed which i witnessed.. it’s the last time i will come to this store. The pharmacy department is very unprofessional, they gave me a wrong medicine which could’ve given me really bad effects. No apologies or refund given to me which pretty much upset me because getting MEDICINES from ANOTHER CLIENT is absolutely unprofessional not a mistake. So make sure you have your right medicine and have a copy of your receipt that Doctors give you because you need to make sure of what they are giving you.

DO NOT BOTHER using the pharmacy in this place, after being told to wait 15 mins. Which ok Ill go with, waited 40 mins. Was asked if I had insurance 3 times by people standing 4ft. Away from eachother, to then be told I had to wait another 20-30 mins for meds some of which were not part of my regular Rxs. Horrible experience and this is not the first time Ive been there. Even when it was a rite aide the pharmacy was a nightmare to deal with Rxs delayed or you had to wait until they ordered them, oh and lets not dismiss the ridiculously long lines at the cash registers that make you want to just put down what you were going to get and walk out.My suggestion, the one on summit is good and the one on JFK blvd is ok, try those dont stress yourself out specially if your sick and not feeling well or have high anxiety levels!!!

This review is for the pharmacy Dept. which quiet possibly can be the worst of all rite aids. You have a prescription called in and you have them enough time to fill it and when you get there, to no ones surprise its not even close to ready. When you go to the register to pay theres a sign that directs you to another register which of course is unattended. Horrible customer service. If you have another pharmacy close to you, go there. Never again at this place.

The people who work the Pharmacy are always polite and professional.however...This Rite Aid 337 Central Ave in Jersey City, was ignoring my health insurance, used their *Rite Aid discount* when I would come in for my meds, and charged me 20 dollars each month for two years, not big deal.When I called my insurance company (for something else) they asked why I was paying for my monthly meds. I said because that is what Rite Aid charged me. They had me go online and we both looked up my plan.. My meds were 100% covered. I was to pay nothing. Zero dollars for my meds.I went to to the Pharmacy, told them of the mistake, and instead of fixing it, they stated that the insurance company would have to pay me back. But that makes no sense, due to the fact Rite Aid had been pocketing almost $400 of my cash. When I asked for and spoke with the head pharmacist, he said their records dont go back far enough to know what I had paid. So, I called the corporate office, and Rite Aid said my local pharmacy would have to take care of it.No one has taken care of this and Rite Aid pocketed almost 400 dollars until I told them they were not supposed to charge me. Which they did not believe until they took the time to truly look me up.So. Is this how you treat customers? You literally make up a charge for years and not pay them back once caught?

I purchased some flower pots last summer..They were in my shed for the winter and they all cracked and chipped. Rite aid says I should have brought them inside - Who takes flower pots inside. The worst pharmacy, I do not recommend them look for alternatives, staff is very rude, I went with my husband for the covid vaccine, they vaccinated me in 20 minutes, but my husband had to wait 1 hour because they lost his registration sheet, ask if someone spoke Spanish and they said no, they just dont care to help
