Dollar tree is my always favorite and go-to shop. You get everything for a dollar here. There are so many nice stuffs in a dollar especially during holiday seasons and special occasions. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Weekends are slightly busy, however, you get most of the daily use items so worth the wait.

The Dollar Tree never fails me. I always find what Im looking for in one of the Dollar Tree stores. Every year I go to a Dollar Tree store to find end of the year gifts for my students. Great items for only a $1.00 🙂

Its an okay place as far as dollar stores go its good if you want to find holiday decorations in a hurry or if youre in need of kitchen supplies they have a nice aisle on that if you just moved to a new apartment and have nothing or you just want to buy some snacks on your way home theyre really cheap

They almost always have really cute items. I love the candles from here. They always have my favorite munchie snacks and my favorite flavored waters. Right now they have a spring theme going on. They have a lot of name brand items for $1.10 each.Only negative is sometimes they only have ONE register open, even with enough staff on hand. Which I find ridiculous considering they are well aware of how busy it gets.4/5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

THIS PLACE HAS A NICE SPANISH LADY WORKING THEIR WOW SHE CLEANING UP VERY WELL IN THIS PLACE THE PROBLEM ARE THE PEOPLE THEY ARE MESSY BUT THE STAFF I GIVE THEM RESPECT NOT DISREPECTFUL AND HEY TRUST AND BELIEVE THE PEOPLE THAT GO HERE ARE NASTY . SO I CAN RECOMMEND THIS SPOT, CAUSE THE ONE IN UNION CITY NEEDS TO FIRED EVERYONE

Should be expected considering it’s a C-Town but inspect the items you buy here carefully. I just bought a replacement loaf of bread. The original one was damp for some reason. I just won’t be buying anything perishable here again. Whole Foods is expensive but at least they offer some sort of guarantee on their products.

People should be wearing mask while inside. Many were without mask.. I love that store.

Nice store, just always running low on things. But most likely that they sell out of so much stuff during the day that by the time I get there at night it’s almost all gone

Its not the biggest Dollar Tree Ive ever been but Id say its very convenient to have one nearby. Lots of varieties and new finds! Love it!although some items are really fast and gone the next day. So when you see it you gotta buy it coz goodluck itll still be there next time. LoL

I’m into a lot of diy projects that use items from the Dollar Tree to create unique versions of otherwise overpriced home items (think: diy centerpieces). Well, this Dollar Tree is not the shop to go to if you’re actually trying to score sweet finds for the low. It’s overwhelmingly messy and has a strange smell. It’s best to avoid wasting your time here.

I love this dollar tree store.

If I could give negative stars I would. I don’t know why I come to this location. I really try to give it a shot buuuut I prefer to go further away at this point because this store is just nasty. It needs a week of organization. Can’t even walk through the aísles. Definitely a safety hazard in that entire store. Waste of time and uber money.

The store is very clean, organized and has great buys. The checkout lines are long sometimes but the bargains are worth the wait.

This dollar tree needs a makeover. It just does. I been to quite a few in Florida, NY, NJ and this is not the best but not the worst. They need to keep the doors open for ventilation. Its covid time. No working bathroom. I give it a 3 because everything is 1$.

Excellent place for important household items. You need to be selective as quality of some of the items is not that good (every item is of $1). Many items, specially supplies for kids e.g. craft, stationaries, party supplies etc. are very very useful. Excellent store. Staff is also very helpful!

If I could give negative stars I would. This place is the most disgusting, most unorganized Dollar Tree I have ever been in! The stationary aisle had things thrown in piles. You couldnt even pass through some aisles because they were full of boxes. I couldnt wait to get out of there and wash my hands. This store is shameful.

The Dollar Tree was packed. There was a huge line with one person on the register. The staff member looked stressed as well as the customers. There is absolutely no place to park unless you want to chance the White Castle parking across the street.

Staff is ALWAYS RUDE, no matter who is at counter.

The manager was horrible she had a very nasty attitude! Seems as if she was upset just by being there which isnt my problem...people like her dont deserve a job dealing with the public! I had to remind her IM A CONSUMER SPENDING MY MONEY THERE..... IM JUST GLAD THIS ISNT IN A DIFFERENT TIME IN MY LIFE!

I waited over 40 min to pickup an online order and was yelled at by the assistant manager when I asked about when I would be able to pick up.

The store is always busy . Pick up what you need and just go. Avoid any conflict.

WORST......I have been regularly customer in this store in Kennedy Blvd, Jersey city. Today August 31th. 2020 around 11:00 am I was paying by four item, I gave the young black female cashier five single dollars by pay $4:13, she got the money and she put in point sale cashier, when I asked by my change she told me that I gave her only two dollars, I told to her call her supervisor other lady came and put the money in a weight device and he told me that I gave the cashier only two dollar, I feel very uncomfortable because I feel that I was treated like criminal by this two ladies, only I told to them that I will not to have any argument by five dollars..and I leave the store by the future by you like next customer take care when you will pay by your products, because this people will STEAL your money

Spacious and crowd free store, but even on busy day they open oly one billing counter . Wide range of products are always available in the shop for a $1

Store was a mess and store employees werent helpful. Only one guy offered me help, everyone else was just rude and seemed bothered. Couldnt find anything i was looking for either. So disappointing

Unorganized. You can barely find what you’re looking for and there is no one to help because all employees are at the register. Its one of the busiest dollar stores and the management doesn’t really care about the customers. Employees are nice but they need extra help to make the store have “we weren’t just vandalized “ look.

New Christmas decorations has stocked up a lot

I see lot of items which will be around 3-9$ elsewhere are for a dollar..also there will be new product which will be kept somewhere every 2-4 weeks I guess.

Disgusting.Rude.Messy.I understand there is no bags now but I bought a bunch of glass ware and they literally had nothing to wrap it.No paper, no bags, no boxes... Nothing.. Frustrating...

Good place to shop a lot of basics regularly needed by every household but very rude staff. I am new here and I just didnt know where to enquire, so I went directly to billing counter to ask about returns or exchanges, she very rudely responded that do I see the queue or not. This Dollar Tree was well stocked and large! Much better than the one near my house! I love the Everythings a Dollar - Dollar Tree! They have so many great items...some of my favorites are crafting items like ribbon, scrapbook stickers, etc and cleaning items like fantastic toilet bowl cleaner and sponges.

What an unorganized place! I just knew this was the store going out of business from the looks. It smells like dead mice. Shelves are nasty with opened items. When the store is busy theres 1 register open with line forming all the way around the corner. Other cashiers are always just doing other stuff while looking at the line. Managers are nasty as well. No proper training whatsoever! They now decide if the want to pack your bags or not. They ring your stuff up and leave the items right there. This store is a big joke at times most times might I add. I missed toeknee though the only nice fella that was there. Please go at your own risk

I am a frequent Shopper at Dollar Tree and I always go through Jennifers line because she makes my shopping experience a lot more pleasant 😊 she has the patience of a saint and is very fast thank you Jennifer for always being a great cashier!!!!

This place is so bad because there was a customer and one of the cashier was putting all of the food in one place and then she left with out collecting all of the food and the customer collected it I recommend you to do not go to that place very bad place to go.

Inexpensive

Big place, good variety. The store offers great frozen food, however, it seems to rarely be available. Same happens in Union City store. Empty boxes sit there for days.

I am a teacher who was looking to buy boards and markers 45 to be specific,I called dollar tree and a woman answered and said “you have to come and look in isle 4” not only did she not answer my question but she was extremely rude.

This is the worst Dollar Tree Ive ever seen. Ive been to several locations in different states & cities however this location was almost out or out of EVERYTHING the 1st time I went in so I gave it another try because when i asked the girl who worked there if they were closing because of the slim inventory she said no they were just slow on getting a delivery. 2nd visit 1 month later- worse no organization, boxes blocking aisles, no shopping bags at check out! They put my items in a big white trash that I had to walk 2 blocks to my car, holding it like a baby, smh, never again will that location earn my business.

Closed 20 minutes early, causing me and my group to walk up the road to 7/11 to get some non-generic soda. Highly recommend going when they close as a motivator to get better snacks & drinks.

Items are all priced at $1 but the quality is not that good. Say for paper roll etc which you might feel its cheap but its same or lesser if you buy from Target etc in bigger packs. For those drain openers, dishwashers or room fragrance/extra plates etc - it is good.

Love this place....has a little bit of everything I need....I wish other business owners wouldnt come in and clear the shelves so they can profit not leaving anything left for the people who really need to save money nowadays!!!!!

I was at this location today & I recieved the worst treatment from a cashier that wasnt even helping me.But, went out of her way to make my experience an unpleasant one. At the end I heard her say I made him upset. I wasnt upset! But, it made me wonder how unhappy people are. Im in customer service and I wouldnt treat the most irate customer the way she treated me.Hire people who really want a job!!!😊😊😊

This store is a mess not to mention that when I put a basket on the side of a column the cashier lady tells me it doesnt belong there but there was merchandise all over the floor she then continued not to bag my items properly not only that she threw the receipt at me and will not double the bags she put Frozen stuff with dry goods and they were very nasty to me I want to make more than two statement I would like to call corporate and tell him how mean they were they didnt care neither did the cashier she said she doesnt care if she lose her job the manager was worse than our of another Descent of another country Indian I will never and I recommend not to patronize the store the whole Personnel needs to be fired written up and not giving the job they dont deserve it

Be careful when you come here in the morning, since the employees and the managers are so grumpy and racist to the customers.

This is the WORST dollar store EVER it is disgusting inside and barely sell anything they dont sell any makeup and all of the products are everywhere everything is dirty and you can only find party favors and some other stuff but its horrible and one time I was there the manager kept on screaming at the customers.

Its a good store but the 1 star is for NOT having the 3pk of pokemon cards, its honestly disappointing that every OTHER Dollar Tree location has them but this one..Does not... if you did it would be another source of income that is Hunted .. people fiercely buy pokemon cards!

I called to see if they carried a very silly item for a school project and the guy actually got up went to see if they had it gave me description of what they have and everything..then let me know what aisle to go down when i do go. Love this dollar store. Has a large variety of items. Store hours are great, open till 9pm. One star deducted as staff are uninterested and most of the time, the store is very messy with boxes laying around in the middle of the aisles and items thrown around in random places and the floor.

Superb store just for 1 dollar price. Lot of items are must buy. For students and for low earners its a must buy place. Items might be not organized sometimes but we can ask the staffs and they will guide us. Also quality wise dont expect much. You even get an umbrella for a dollar. Few items like cellotapes, microwave boxes, dishwashing liquids, tissue papers etc are must buy here.

My experience was horrible in this place, I was buying some groceries from there today and I just opened the red pepper to smell it which I’ll admit was wrong. But I was going to purchase it anyway so some old lady started screaming in Spanish and talking about me which I don’t understand the language she started talking about me with some ground floor employees who she was very rude to me and disrespectful and racist I was trying to explain to them that I am purchasing it they wouldn’t give me a chance to speak and the employee spoke to me in a very rude way she’s could’ve shut the old lady and speak to me in a respectful manner like asking me not to do it instead of harassing her costumers. I deff don’t recomend shopping at this place if your against hate and disrespectful people.

I like Dollar Tree the people that work there are very respectful and nice.I wish they will never go out of business i just wish they had parking. Also i wish they was a lot closer to me and i wish Family Dollar was Dollar Tree because they are to high on most of they items.

Most horrible dollar tree experience I have had. Their inventory is small (nothing compared to the Newark one) and the store is very very messy. Hard to find certain items and overall atmosphere is not appealing. Will most likely not return.

Disheveled store went in like 30 mins after opening. Store shelves in disarray. Checked out. Gave me a paper bag by laying it on the counter and didn’t even pack my items into the bag. Cashier was rude talking to a fellow employee disregarding me and the rest of the transaction.

I Like this place and dont, always have 1 to 2 registers open lines like crazy and messy often not many workers but 5 a small Indian family owns this branch and the 24hr store next to it. Its great for on the budget times decent quality items and fair inside.

This location is very unorganized and has alot of products that are open. The location also doesnt not have alot of stock. I prefer to go to the locations in bayonne or Clifton nj. This location is convenient as a last minute resort.
