Great customer service goes a LONG WAY. The young lady working there named Niki was so patient with me and very accommodating. Shes so talented and kind as well. I ordered 7 shirts and she made sure everything was how I wanted it. Definitely would recommend!

I needed a shirt embroidered for an event. Found these guys on google and decided to give them a try.They were able to regenerate my logo that I emailed them. They helped me to decide on the size and location on the logo and got everything spot on.They took a bit longer than they initially mentioned. I had no issue with it but it would be great to tell how long it’ll take from the start so you know how to spent your time.Overall had a great experience and will be going back for more logo embroidery soon!

Terrible experience. Not only that they are way over priced and they weren’t even willing to negotiate, but very rude. Didn’t actually mind the prices (even tho they were that over priced) as much as I didn’t appreciate the terrible customer service they provideUpdate: per your response, you lowered the price. That’s incorrect. And anyways, my main issue wasn’t with pricing as it was with how rude the sales person you had there was. Definitely know nothing about customer service. She walked away and went to continue talking with friends while I was still standing there trying to make the sale happen and was like we are super busy!!! Not appreciated at all. I went to a different small local business this morning and got the T-shirt’s done. I do support small businesses. But good customer service is definitely important and appreciated .

Best place to get customized t-shirts, sweaters, tank tops, mugs, key chains, and so much more! They even do embroidery (stitching) on bags, polos, shirts, blankets, strollers, and more. They provided a really good service and the best part was that they do bulk orders. The people were so friendly and patient. I highly recommend this place. They do everything right on the spot!

This kiosk is amazing. I had them make me 17 shirts for a family vacation and they all came out perfect. Definitely gonna get my future vacation shirts done here.

Staff are rude and extremely slow, and for the products they produce, it’s not worth it. I got a hat embroidered and the embroiderey just fell apart after few days. Would not trust them ever again.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! I went just yesterday to have 4 words put on the back of a tshirt that I already had. I asked the lady how soon would the shirt be ready and she said right away. So I waited for her to warm up the machine and then once she showed me the font, it was sooooo small. I told her I needed it bigger than that. After approximately 15 minutes, she got the font the right size but one of the words I needed printed on the shirt was a big problem. The word was Birthday and the way it was printed was Birth day and the a was almost on top of the d. I held it up and asked her if that looked good to her and she said, yes. Once I saw that she had no concept of what looked good, I politely took my shirt and said, no thank you. The fact that she thought I would have accepted that was insult enough for me to try to not even walk by that booth again! Oh and it only got one star because I had to.

I brought over a tshirt to have embroided for my gf and they told me it would take 30 mins. After 30 mins they told me to come back another 30 mins. After I went back to pick up the shirt, they told me again it wasn’t done. I went behind the stall to check why it was taking so long, and thats when I saw the shirt I had brought over was sewn shut and made unusable. The staff rudely denied his mistakes and would not own up to what he had done.Go to this place only if you want to have your items destroyed and be verbally abused by their staff.

My son’s first Christmas just got better. What a shop!
