I went here to upgrade my phone. Everything seems went good when I find my favorite phone. But they didnt even know how to transfer my data and ask me to do manually. I came back next day but they close without notice. So I back other next day to help me to put screen protector. And I asked the girl to help transfer messages. No u cant :thats it. Do you train your staffs properly? Or they just dont want to help customers??? I would never comeback that location again. So badly

I have come to the store or on two occasions and both occasions were very pleasant. Today I went to go and buy a Sim card just to re-activate a phone I already had, and I had the pleasure of being serviced by Carlos and he was very pleasant and he gave me an even better deal than what I was hoping. When I come to the store I feel welcomed and He actually help me save money. I highly recommend the store to anyone in the area looking to connect with MetroPCS. They have great customer service, and they will always give you a great deal
