Went in looking for a few things (controller, currency cards for PlayStation, and some accessories for my ps) upon entering I was greeted and taken care of, nice store atmosphere, Only reason I give my experience a 2 star rating is due to the fact the person I talked to in the back needing the controller for a competition / important competitive events and about controllers not only was I told 40$+ for a brand new controller but instead proceeded to offer me a used controller that they had fixed recently which I didnt take any mind too as the controller looked more in my lane than the regular ps4 controllers. 2-3 months pass not only does the controller have an internal power issue (Randomly Vibrates And Loses Connection To Ps4 Wont Turn Off Unless Hard Resetted Via The Back Of The Controller), it also had massive amounts of stick drip (the stick moves a bit toward the opposite direction you move / aim, and the final issue the controller wasnt even tighten and fully closed ( there are small areas that indicate they didnt take their time resealing the controller and keeping it closed )

Theyre very kind and courteous and they also have the answers for each question that you asked about the game parts or even the game units thank you

Lots and lots of games for new and vintage consoles! But they dont carry much in the way of Pokémon cards, unfortunately. Still a cool place with older treasures.

Too expensive! Game wired controllers are 40$ for Xbox one. Gamestop is 25$ used games are double price from online. Only recommend if it is last resort.

Pretty good place to go, they test consoles if needed (I needed mines tested to see if it worked) and have all the newest games as well as older and classic games. A bit pricey for gaming accessories but. Its a valuable place to have other than the franchises.

Horrible store for games. All games already had price tags on them, I specifically asked, “are they priced as marked” and he said yes. Then the employee kept changing the price around and charging $10 or $20 extra on the price tag. Very shady store and never dealt with someone weird like that, would NOT recommend to shop or go out of your way to come here.

My go to spot to buy Madden every year. I still buy disc. So they definitely hook me up.

Quirky neighborhood game shop. Lots of used games and peripherals for older systems too. If your a gamer you should stop by. Worth supporting a local business even when the prices may be a few dollars higher then the chain stores on some items.

Rip off prices on most of the video games. Inconsistent prices where you will find the same game for $15 on one rack, it will be $25 in a different rack. I was in the store for 30 minutes and have some health problems and wasn’t allowed to use the bathroom after being there for so long. He said customers only even though I was there for so long and I really had to go. Go to your local Gamestop or shop online and you will save a lot of money and you will get better customer service as well as a larger selection of games.

I brought my xbox one in for repairs and there technicians comes every Thursday and I called about 12 times to see if my xbox was fixable and they stated its not fixable your missing a part. They never gave me a description of what the parts and how to purchase the parts. I actually fixed my xbox by myself so it was a waste of my time to bring my xbox there due to poor customer service and not enough detail notes.
