Horrible experience. I called the day before to arrange an engraving. I drove an hour to arrive at open. Store times were changed. Then I was told nobody was in to do engravings today and if I were to use my own items there is a minimum 2 day hold policy. Meanwhile when I called yesterday I was told none of this and it would only take 45 minutes.

Erin was Extremely helpful during my first visit to the Newport Mall Things Remembered location. I needed to get a same day engraving service done for a gift and she was able to complete the service within 30 minutes! My husband loved the engraving on his gift!

The best place to shop for family and special people in your life. The staff are amazing at Newport mall. Will return. Especially Erin so helpful and outgoing person.

They lost a loyal customer. Placed an online order 12/13, received an email stating it was shipped 12/15 with tracking info. I tracked the package 5 days later to realize it was never shipped. I called, was assured it was shipping overnight. Of course it wasnt shipped. Now heres 12/24 Christmas Eve and I still dont have my order which were Christmss gifts. Terrible!!!!!!!!

Horrible customer service. The two hispanic girls who work there are so unprofessional and suck for their communicating skills. I was supposed to pick up my personalized frame and they said it ll be ready in 1 hour. However, i went in after 2 hours it still wasnt ready and one of them gives me attitude saying We have other customers. There is no manners to say sorry insted they started bitching about me while i was waiting to other customers. I will definitely file a compliant against them for customer service harrasment. This is not acceptable. My friend went there last week and she had the similar experience.
