Ive waited a few years to review them to give them a chance to do right, but after my last phone call and email went completely unanswered... well here we are. They replaced a few windows and ballasts for me on some large windows. In the process, the frames of my windows were bent, which created gaps of airflow and didnt fix the original problem of the windows not opening or closing easily. They didnt install the correct ballasts the first time, but after a few contentious back and forth calls and emails, they sent a more senior technician to install those. Well, those didnt last a year before they broke. I called and emailed and received no response... to this day. Theres not enough space to add all of my complaints about Rays here. Terrible customer service, not good work and Im back to square one with bent frames and need yet another new ballast... a bigger problem. They seem to know they dont have much competition. Zero stars would be appropriate.

Very nice and clean work you cant even tell that theres a glass in that frame very impressed with how fast they got it done I will definitely go back there the next time I break my parents bathroom window

If I could give this company no stars, it would be more appropriate. I am in the construction business, all I needed was for them to cut 3 pieces of glass that THEIR tech came out to measure and all of the pieces were cut wrong. Not only does my client have wait now for me to go through another company, but this company would not even admit that the error was on THEIR part. DO NOT RECOMMEND to anyone.

They dont respond to requests in a timely manner. i made several attempts to get a price quote, but nothing was ever done.
