Unreliable. Told electrician would show up between 2:00 and 3:00 pm. No show, no call. I called them at 4:00 pm. They said electrician was stuck at previous job but would be there soon. 5:30 pm, still no electrician. I called back and they promised he would be there by 5:45 pm. No show and no call by 6:00 pm. I called back; they finally admitted they didnt know if he would be able to come at all that day. They promised that I would be put first on his schedule whatever day I wanted. Although inconvenienced, these things happen. I said fine and requested the first spot on his schedule on the same day of the week the following week. Day scheduled comes, again no show and no call. I finally called them, they say they cannot find me on the schedule. A of couple hours later they called back and said they had accidentally put me down on the schedule for the following week and they had the wrong address, which was why they couldnt find me when I first called. Rather than missing a 3rd day of work, I think I will find a more reliable company.
