I ordered through Drizly.com. It was my first time ordering from Royal Liquor and Im so pleased with them deliverying perfectly chilled drinks by a very sweet delivery gentleman. Ill order directly from them without going through third party website.

By far, the best staff and very friendly one of the best liquor store in jersey city

I ordered from Minibar in the afternoon and waited till 8pm and never received anything. Minibar told me that the liquor store claimed it was delivered at 3:15pm. Finally, the next day around 3:45pm they delivered it. Except 1 bottle was missing. I called the liquor store and the person was so rude and unhelpful. Never ordering from this liquor store again.

Horrible customer service. Placed order through drizly, which was wrong, I didnt get my full order. Called the store, did not get any help then they hung up on me

Worst customer service ....I go there as it is near to my apt and after seeing the response from them to give them another chance ....but service is no better, maybe the worst Liquor Store you can find in Jersey City.... arrogance and rudeness at its best .Avoid it if you can. There are plenty of shops in Jersey City where they deliver it for free and at far reduced price and with professional service

Typical Jersey City LQ store with bums waiting in the front begging for money. Owners seem to like bums loitering around their stores in jersey city.

A hidden gem when it comes to finding something new to drink. If these guys cant find you something to suit your taste you are spending too much money on booze.
