Very unprofessional, rude, no respect for customers. I was here 1 hr ago before the close. I needed a prepaid label, person at desk made it so complicated for me to understand that I was blaming myself why I choose fedex. Now fun part my credit card was accepted when I need to create an account but not accept when I just want to pay for prepaid label.. Then another gentleman kept harassing us saying we gone close in 5 minutes.. without listening our story. I find staff very arrogant and unfriendly.

I remember coming to the store about 2 months ago when the employee Diamond use to wear her nice big diamond ring, now I don’t want to go there seems as if her man left her and her energy is off. I’m praying they get back together so I can feel comfortable coming back. Toodlesss

This is how I received my package. The same as other customers, when the driver sees it’s from any sneaker company, they take the liberty to open the package and see if it’s worth stealing. My order showed up 3 weeks later only because I filed a claim with FedEx. Be very careful when ordering from Nike since it’s being “delivered” by these guys….

The staff and service is fine, but they should really maintain and check their copiers.I printed out extremely important documents and it was like several pages, when I scanned/printed everything in the copier I dont usually bat an eye if something is missing, because I never had an issue.I mailed stuffed out, etc. and got home and realized I only paid for half the amount of pages, because somehow it scanned my all my documents, but only spitted out half of it, I completely dont underatand what happen...E.G. Copy 100 pages, its charges and prints out 75 pages... then you wonder how does that work? Its too late to fix anything now~

Really dislike coming here and will be mindful to not shop at brands that don’t shop via UPS. They only have two counters open and it’s a min of 15 mins wait every time I’m here. At the UPS conversely, I’m in and out in minutes. They have more people staffed, despite the Newport location being much smaller, and the staff there is so much faster at processing things. Coming to this FedEx location feels like standing my at an airline check in counter where there’s incessant typing in a computer and you’re wondering what is going on

Unprofessional and discriminating staff. The staffs there are unruly and bossy towards Asians and soft spoken and helpful to white.My Next Day Priority was dropped off in the early afternoon and it needed to get to the destination next day. 1 day later there was no scan info. I went to the store and asked them. They said it was probably picked up already but no scan info. After I came back the scan info appeared. It turned out they didnt send the package YET until 27 hours later. The package contained blood work. Its likely ruined.This store needs to either go Out Of Business or fire all the staff and rehire quality, educated staff.

Staff lacks proficiency at work but good at chatting, customers are forced to wait outside during the cold weather. Plus, the box over there is extremely expensive. Please bring your own boxes even from Amazon, cause it will save you a lot of money!!!

If you order from Nike or Footlocker, they will open the box. They will deliver it if the shoes is not worth it unless if the shoes is exclusive then they will hide and keep it. This happened to me several times already. I lost 3 packages including a PS5 console. FedEx staff and delivery employees are disgusting and thief.

I came in today 2:30 (8/18) during the dreaded afternoon rush; a phenomenon I’ve witnessed at many a FedEx and has only been amplified by all the people working from home. Shanon and Gentry handle it amazingly, the shifted between clients with mind blowing efficiency and were unwaveringly upbeat and polite.

A driver from this location stole my package. I had a replacement sent and once again my package is missing. I’ve been home working remotely and the driver claims he came. No door tag or anything. When I called they said my package was never loaded to the truck. So where is it?

This place was packed (by COVID-19 standards). There was only one person working. Another guy had been in the back, and left without checking anyone out, despite the fact that there was a line out the door. 4 computer kiosks for employees, plenty of space for them to distance, one station being used. One more person more would have made a huge difference and would reduce the risk of any crowding. Horrendous staffing on on the part of the managers.

I’ve been here a few times for Amazon returns. It’s fast and easy. One complaint is that they don’t have a USB reader for printing; so they have you use the USB drive on the computer and then they charge you extra for using the computer/internet!

Extremely poor service. Only one of the staff members knows her work and is always helpful.The other one simply hangs around. Experienced long wait times every time I have been there. The self service machine for printing/scanning is a disaster. It needed a restart after printing every few pages.

I put in a print order. Should have been ready at 11:30 am. I got a call at 12:52pm that it was not ready, the computers weren’t to print my order, they hadn’t yet called IT to see if they could print my order, and did not have an updated ETA on my order. The response from this FedEx is generally less that welcoming, almost like they are doing you a favor by sending your packages or printing your order (vs. this wing a service). The lines are consistently long and it seems like they are understaffed. If you can go somewhere else, I would.

Its located right across the PATH station, all the way on the left end of the lobby (easily missed by first time visitors). The office looks like an old office mail room, and I sometimes find the staffs MIA for a few minutes around 6 pm... though most of the staffs I have encountered were friendly, courteous, and eager to help.

Came for passport photos. They’re at a new location and there’s a huge neon sign in front with the usual FedEx logo. Pretty easy to find. Came at a relatively slow time of day, had no problems. Staff very courteous and professional, kept me updated on how long to receive my photos (about 3 mins to process).

Woah staff rude much?! I politely asked the lady on the phone if they had a notary public. She informed me that they do not. When I asked if the exchange place location does she said yes. I thanked her and said I would give them a call to which she responded with an aggravated and prolonged sigh and then hung up on me as if annoyed at me for something. Really? I was so polite! That was so uncalled for.This was the second time that staff has been rude to me at this location.

As painless as can be. I brought in a defective TV that I needed to ship back to the manufacturer. The top of the box was open because I didnt have packing tape. Without asking the guy came over, taped it up, processed everything and I was out of there within three or four minutes. Thanks for the great service.

For paying a premium to sending mail and packages this Fedex should DEFINITELY look into having more people behind the counter helping customers. Every time I come here I wait an average time of 15 minutes in line just to get my 5 minute needs finished.It’s extremely frustrating and ridiculous. the employees, and whoever manages this location, is extremely unaware of customer experience and satisfaction.Next time I need to ship something out I’ll inconvenience my hours to go to USPS.

NOWSHIP helps our customers make small long distance and international moves using the kubox trunk but sometimes our clients cannot print labels for their move. The team here quickly printed the labels for our customers move, affixed these labels to the kubox trunks and was in and out in just a few minutes. They did a really great job and we thank them!

Worst store ever. Buried in a building with no exterior sign and no one knows where it is. Called to ask where it is located and no one picks up phone in store. Finally- by grace of God found the building and receptionist directed me to it but it was 2 mins late. Employee would not open door or listen- told me to come back Monday. It took me 2 hrs to get here and I would have been inside before it closed had they actually PICKED UP the phone.Oh I will complain more.

After desperately searching for a 24 hour printing store, unable to find any that could fulfill our request, I called this store.I needed to send business documents at 11:30 pm, have multiple copies printed and stapled. I also needed them as soon as they opened at 8:30 am for pickup.Bakar, who works here was an absolute delight to work with! She told me she was opening the next day (after closing the previous day!) and would be able to complete our special request. Needless to say, Bakar went above and beyond to fulfill our special request and we are all extremely impressed with the outstanding service at this store and of course her. HIGHLY recommend.Thank you Bakar!
