By far the best mailing service in the area. Employee in this store have been really helpful whenever I have been here. If they do not know anything they do take efforts in asking their colleagues even if they have to callup to answer our queries. I was happy to print large print for my nephews birthday and the print was in my hand very quickly. I had some issues with the store earlier but after management changed this has been my store for any shipping and printing related needs. I would highly recommend to use this store over any other.

These people dont respect customers time. They have posted a fake bussines hours. Its 8:17 and still cosed. Not the first time.Very bad.

Better to avoid. Prices are rip-off.I took 2 USPS local 1/2/3 day document mail within US and they charged $15 for each (the actual charge in USPS is $8)Secondly, he used the wrong envelop, which would have risked my delivery. => he used legal flat-rate envelope instead of normal flat-rate envelope and he had not added 30 cents extra for legal envelop which could have potentially returned back due to missing stamp. (luckily the USPS office found that before taking my drop-in package)

I cant believe this place.. there is new people running the place..In 2 yrs they have lost 2 packages... and the best part you get a notification that the package was delivered.. from the carrier.. and Global mail says it not there...So who do you file a claim to... not the carrier because they have the driver say it was delivered..So I have no recourse...2 packages were lost1 was vintage vinyl record that was $30... they gave me addition time on my yearly mailbox..The 2nd box is a total no..It was a set of vintage audio knobs no longer availabl...

I have been to this place several times and love the customer service I received, they are cordial and professional in approach. Ever since then I have started being to this place for my mail and courier services.

They frequently misplace mail making you visit several times while they find mail. They used to be open on the weekends but lately (6/2020) that hasn’t been the case. It used to be an exceptional place to do business in Jersey City but it’s been subpar for about a year now.

On many occasions, I have been able to purchase wonderful greeting cards and gift books at the last minute because of the availability. Which saved the day!

Great service. I go there often to print labels and ship packages. Patel is friendly and courteous, and when he is not around the staff is just as courteous and accommodating. Keep doing what you’re doing and stay competitive with your shipping and mailbox rate. The UPS Store is few blocks away butvtyeir rates are insane!

Fedex ground costs 30% more at this location than when I go online and get a quote for a package of the same dimensions and weight that is on my receipt. Should have just printed the label myself at one of the computers.

I had previously given this place 1 star, but after some time, they have proven to be courteous and nice consistently. The only issue i have with them is that they are a bit expensive, and also, they are often not open right at the time in which they are supposed to open, like 15 minutes late.

Once more... the woman in charge of the store is so rude!1. They should have a sign outside showing FIRST ADVANTAGE, which is the name we receive in the email for the fingerprints2. The woman in charge gets mad easily if you do not find this address (for the reason above explained) and instead of being nice she is very tough3. The coworker with her was new at the moment I went to take the fingerprints, he tried to help me but she interrupted him to be mad!

I went there today and i felt they do a decent job. The price for their services like notary, etc are reasonable. They open very early so I was able to do my paperwork on the way to office and it really helps they are available till late 7PM in the evening when others close by 6PM max.

I would normally give a 4 star but this place is getting bad reviews because the owner is not nice??? Not the case I dont have a computer and I come in here to get things printed and scanned and use the computers instead of this phone.Vidya is knowledgeable and goes about very efficiently. The owner claims that she does not have the facility to take my sons picture who is 2 years old. However she took the individual pictures of my family excluding my son. She asked me to send an e-mail of my sons picture taken at my home and she will print those, the next day I send her 3 pictures of my son, she did not even ask me which picture she is going to print. She went ahead and printed a picture but the photo quality is very poor. Me and my wife were waiting outside the shop for 4 hours to get the picture. I requested her to take a new picture, since the photo quality is not good. She said she will not take it. However I paid for the service. The owner is very rude and she gave us a mental torture and we were very upset the way she treated us. She also treated her employees very badly in front of the customers. Her employees are Indian employees, they were very polite but the owner is really mistreating them . I spoke to my uncle who is a consumer attorney in Chicago, he said that he will help me to file this complaint in the court but he wants some additional information . I wanted to ask this to the forum, if there is anyone who had this mental torture from this shop owner or being mistreated please e-mail me. We need to report this to the appropriate forum and lodge complaint. I feel no person should be mistreated like this. We live in a free country and we should exercise our rights

Usually they are good with everything they do, I had a bad experience of receiving a passport sized digital photograph which were rejected due to them being too dark. I went back to them to get it fixed and they did outrightly said no to helping me out. I found this unfair as it wouldnt cost them a dime to give me a better picture since all I asked for was a digital one.

I have been coming here for the past 14 years. The owner is very nice and she knows her customers, she is also very personable and does her best to make sure that all her customers get the help that they need. I also rent a box there and to date I have never had anything missing or damaged. This is a great place to take your business.

Going for years at this location, but somehow recently a new owner or the manager (a lady) is very rude. Was even rude to her worker while teaching. Did the scanning wrong and instead of explaining, tried to act smart stating I should have known how the documents would be given.Very Very RudeNot using this place from now onand would recommend the same to othersGave one star if dont have option to give 0.

This business needs to be shut down, the owner is an extremely rude lady that over charged is by $8 and ended up charging us $20 for a shipment that was only $12 as per Fedex. When my brother called her to find out about this discrepancy, she was not only hostile and rude but also very non co-operative. I am sending mails and packages by global mail since 2007. I like her service and concern about the customer. I had few issues and delayed because of weather and transit delays in the airport. Those time she called me and spoke to me what is going on with the package and why it is delayed and emailed me those details. She is strict and confident in her service. I like her approach. The owner lady is very impatient and rude. I went there for a service and she had other customers and she had an argument with a polite gentleman who didnt like the way she was treating him. Minutes later she went on a rage episode yelling that she is not anyones mom or girlfriend! She said that she is just doing business. What she missed is customer service. She also had an assistant who appeared to be new and she humiliated him several times in the 20 minutes I spent in there. Truly a very blunt and rude person. Avoid this place if possible.

My name is Lena Burrell and I have been a customer at Global Mail since 1998. In the time I have been using this facility I have never had them lose one piece of mail, have ALWAYS gotten any package sent to me (big or small) and always received professional service. This place is made for the customer who really relies on accuracy and a high level of attentiveness when it comes to getting/receiving mail, sending out packages etc. and being RELIABLE. The fact that there is never any long lines when I come and I can take care of my needs quickly when there is also a plus.I also appreciate the owner and how she runs her business, her high level of expectations for her staff and the way she throughly goes thru everything. I see complaints under some of these reviews but Im sure youll be complaining more from your local post office (if they lose your mail) which they are known for and losing packages 📦.Overall Im glad I found this place and glad that when it comes to my mail, passport photos, having a PO Box etc. that I can rely on them. I also appreciate them being open on Sundays too.I would highly refer this place to anyone and I will also continue to allow them to handle all my postal needs!

Never ever go to this place the lady over the counter is extremely rude. She does not knows how to behave with customers. I have a receipt with date mentioned on it when I couriered the package but she was misbehaving and rudely outspeaking that you have courier the package a week later than the date mentioned on the receipt. If there was a 0 for review she deserves that or even lesser. Stay away from the shop.

Lets make a exquisitely volatile cocktail of venomous brew and add to it; rude impatience, unkindness, micromanagement, and sprinkle it with a good dose of crazy and poison towards employees and customers, and you will have Vidya at Global Mail. Truly a horrendous individual who should not be in a customer service profession, or in a position where she can torment and abuse her employees. Each time I have sent packages, I have witness her micromanage and chastise her employees for something as banal as holding a pen incorrectly. On my last trip there, she completely lost it over a piece of tape. I requested to borrow package tape from her employee to reinforce my box . Her employee gave it to me reluctantly and Vidya the Dragon was uncuffed. This tape request escalated into her screaming and the overall worst employee and customer abuse I have ever experienced. Not in my wildest imaginations could I conjure up such a bizarre and unreasonable way to behave. She first started screaming at her employee - so I interfered, in defense of her employee, and thus unexpectedly invited a inferno of crazy my way. To sum it up; I left with my package, went to a regular US post office, paid $20 less for the same shipment and had a very pleasant chat with the very helpful agent there. Oh, And by the way; I was also provided with package tape for my box that I could tape on myself to my hearts content. Hm, wonder where I will go next?

Unprofessional behavior. The women at the counter goes when I come in I was the one you talked to on the phone weeks ago. She goes you cant just come in and get your mail through ipostal you there is a process to get your mail. That women was gonna actually let me not pick up my mail and was rude as hell about it to! This is the worst ever experience I had with copier services. They are big time cheaters and try to rob you off what ever they can. No clear instructions on copier services, and they use it to their advantage to charge you more. The lady manager there is the rudest person I ever met.
