Bergeron is the best. I had be considering a Can Am Spyder Rt Limited for a couple years and when I retired, I figured it was time. I wanted a 2022 in Petrol Blue, but the wait time was pushing into Spring of 2022. Therefore since there is virtually no change in specs from the 2021 to 2022 model, I began my search without too much luck and what I did find, was too far from me. I called Bargeron and spoke with David Pittman. I told him what I was looking for and by the end of the day, he found one in South Florida that the dealer there was willing to make a dealer trade. David sent his guy down and got it. Stopped at Bargeron the following week, made the deal and took it home. David Pittman went above and beyond!!!! Thanks

Purchased a 2021 CFMoto Uforce 1000. Financing was simple, machine is plenty of fun for the family, seems tough but time will tell. 1yr warranty through manufacturer as well as a 3yr through the dealership so that builds a little confidence. I never felt like I had their full attention, certainly not a “family presence” though as others have exclaimed. Hopefully if I ever need it, the service dept will redeem my experience. All in all a good place to get you a brand new machine if anyone is in the market.

Not my first purchase at Bargeron Powersports and certainly not my last. I like dealing with people that are honest and straight forward, no pressure and no running back and forth for someones permission to make a deal. I went looking for a new mower and got a great deal on the machine I wanted at a price less than I expected. Everyone at this dealership is friendly and willing to assist and they are knowledgeable about their products. I highly recommend this dealership for mowers, Polaris ATVs, 4 Wheelers, Can Am Spyders and Steihl Products.

We recently moved to a property with 5+ acres and so needed a zero-turn mower. After viewing many different models and talking to landscape contractors, I decided on the Gravely brand. Although I reside in Statesboro, I found a last year model with a good price at Bargerons in Jesup. Darrell, the owner, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Gravely line of products. I was able to buy a trailer from the stock on site as well. There was a minor warranty issue that was addressed quickly by Darrell and Adam, the regional Gravely rep. I am very satisfied with the purchase and the mower is 1st rate.

Total bad experience. Called on Wednesday, 6/10/20 and made an appointment to drop my jet ski off for repair and was told to bring it on Friday, 6/12/20. Thursday afternoon, I called back to see if I could go ahead and drop off the ski, they had no record of me setting up an appointment. Got that straightened out and dropped the ski off, explained to them that this was a 6 month old jet ski so it was still under warranty and was told I would be called by end of business on Friday, 6/12/20, with what they were able to find out. No call. I called on Monday, 6/15/20, to find out what they had found, nothing yet. Finally got a call back Monday evening that it was a bad sensor and what the cost would be. I asked why that wouldnt be covered under warranty and was told that they would have to submit it to BRP to see if they would cover it but the sensor would be in in a couple of days. Called back on Wednesday, 6/17/20, to check on the warranty coverage and to see if the sensor had come in yet, no sensor but it should be covered under warranty. Called on Friday, 6/19/20, to check on the status. The service manager was going to check on the part to see if it had arrived yet. Told them that either way I would be coming to pick the jet ski up that afternoon and was given an attitude. Was told the ski was torn apart and couldnt be picked up. I informed them that even if the old sensor had to be put back in, I would pick it up that afternoon. About a hour later I was called by the parts manager who explained to me that the sensor had never been ordered and it would be another week before they would have it. At this point, I was done. Asked him to make sure the ski got put back together and that I would just come get it. I picked the just ski up that afternoon and was given more attitude when I stepped inside to make sure I didnt owe anything and to let them know I had the jet ski. Took the jet ski to Jacksonville Powersports the next day, Saturday 6/21/20, and the ski was fixed within a hour. Will never return to Bargeron.Edit to the reply from Bargeron Powersports:1&2) I understand I made an appointment to bring my ski over to be diagnosed, which the appointment was not actually made. I was promised by your service manager that she would call the next day to tell me what was found. I was unwilling to let the ski sit for another week hoping the sensor was actually ordered this time.3) I have spent money in your store before and my next purchase was going to be a Kawasaki Teryx from you, in Brunswick, but I will find another dealership for that purchase4) Jacksonville Powersports was given the same exact information that your dealership was, that I had already scanned the machine myself and it showed to have a shorted temp sensor. They scanned the machine, found the same stored code, had the sensor in stock, and replaced it before I had time to sit down, order, & eat my lunch. And the review does say Saturday but I did mistakenly put 6/21/20 instead of 6/20/20. Thank you, Mr. Bargeron, for pointing out my mistake.5) Im sorry that you feel as if I had unrealistic expectations. My expectations were for me not be told for a week that the sensor was ordered and would arrive in a few days. Other than not wanting to leave my machine another week hoping that you received a sensor, how was I unrealistic? I believe that if a customer had been mislead for a week, I would have checked local dealers myself and found if any had the sensor in stock to get the customer going. Your dealership is a lot closer to me than Jacksonville and I was planning on using you, but then again according to you it only matters if Ive spent money in your store before.6) Google tracks my location, so when it says I have visited a business, its normally pretty accurate with the date. I however do not sit around and do reviews everyday as I travel. I do them when the mood strikes me, or I get a notification of a place that deserves a review.Nice try trying to deflect from the topic and pointing the finger to me on my timely review

Poor customer service I would have been a customer if we could have got the price straight between you as the owner and your sales man Billy u made out in the parking lot when we talked that you could do the orange ski the same as the green o u asked me what my choice was but billy said he couldnt do it.there was a 250 dollar difference between the two .. and secondly he took 50 dollars off the original price he told he and made out like he cut me a deal 50$ dollars really!! Paperwork print out to prove it thats why when me and u talked Darrell the paperwork was balled up.

This was my best experience buying an ATV ever. I have bought many in my lifetime and this is the first time the saleman (Billy Smith) made the process of buying a quad enjoyable. The facility was packed with a great variety of units and I was able to test the units of my choice until I found the one that was right for me. I was in a and out in under 2 hours. Brought our 570 Can-am in for service while down from Tennessee. Bryan was a saint in helping to get it off trailer and within minutes was done with paperwork. Our wheeler was still under warranty so I know he couldnt have made much on repairs, but he treated me as if he made a million bucks off the repairs! Excellent customer service and definitely will use them in the future.

In June (2018), my widowed 72 year-old mother-in-law traveled to Bargeron Powersports in Jesup, Georgia and purchased a $14,000 Bad Boy Buggy and paid them cash for it. Within an hour of getting it home, the vehicle stopped working. She had to return it the same day for repair. Then a few months later, October 2018, the buggy stopped working again. Bargeron came to pick it up from her home and assured her that she would have it back soon. At Thanksgiving, the buggy still had not been returned. After a call from my mother-in-law, apologies were given, as well as an assurance that she would have her buggy back before Christmas. They also promised that they would call her every day or so and update her on its progress. For the first 4 days, Bargeron reps called and updated her, then the calls stopped. Christmas came and went without a word from Bargeron.Folks, my mother-in-law is 72 years old with bad knees and walks with a cane. It is now January 2019 and Bargeron has had her buggy since October 2018. This is where I decide to get involved because it is obvious that the dealership is taking advantage of a senior citizen. On Saturday, January 5th, I call Darrell, the owner of Bargeron Powersports in both Brunswick and Jesup, Ga. He seems to be completely unaware of the situation, offers apologies, and seems to be surprised that the manager, Brian, has not resolved the situation. He assured me that he will get behind the problem on Monday morning and will call me on Monday to give an update. I did not receive a call on Monday. I had to call back on Tuesday and leave a message before my phone call was returned. Darrell finally returns my call with the news that NOTHING has been done to resolve the issue with the buggy. NO PARTS HAVE BEEN ORDERED. The buggy has been parked on the side of the shop and forgotten. Keep in mind that this buggy is completely paid for and Bargeron has their money in full. Darrell, once again, assures me that the problem will be resolved, that 2 different parts have been ordered from Augusta, and the buggy will be repaired by Thursday or Friday of the same week. Well, there was no word from Bargeron on Thursday or Friday, so on Friday evening I called Darrell again. The response I get is simply amazing. The parts have not even been shipped from Augusta, and he is sorry. He goes on to state that he is really busy because he is attending a banquet that evening. At this point, I state the solution is very simple - GIVE MY MOTHER-IN-LAW’S MONEY BACK. Darrell responds that a refund is not possible.So, Bargeron has my mother-in-law’s money AND they have her buggy. My response to Darrell is that legal action will be our next step. The lying and excuses have become habitual at this point.Well, the story does not end there. Three hours later on Friday evening (Jan 11th), Brian, the manager, phones my mother-in-law and immediately begins to berate her for having someone contacting his employee, Darrell (Please remember that Darrell is actually the owner of Bargeron Powersports). He continues to try and intimidate my mother-in-law on the phone. Finally, my mother-in-law becomes upset and reprimands Brian for speaking to her in such a manner when she is the one who has been wronged in this situation. Brian calms himself down and assures my mother-in-law that she will have her buggy back this coming week because he is sending an employee to Augusta to pick up the parts.Folks, should we believe them this time? We will find out next week.The only way I would rate Bargeron with 5 stars is if it were for lying to cash-paying customers.

I brought in a 2018 can am outlander 1000 to get the light bar fixed and a new battery. Not only did they repair the light bar but found that the relay from the light bar was draining the battery. They saved me money because I would have had to buy a new battery. Then they also found that my spark plugs were fouled and only running at half power. They called and asked if it was ok to replace them. I would recommend bargeron powersports to anyone.

DO NOT EVER GET YOUR CAN-AM from BARGERON in Jesup or serviced at this place... bought mine brand new from them while it was being assembled by them in July 2016. I also purchased a 4 year warranty. Within the first 9 hours of owning this machine it overheated.. my XMR still overheats quite frequently. The rear diff failed after first service. They over torqued my spark plugs. And lost the intake boot (all after first service). I found that out after riding it and it cut off... mind you this is an XMR and its designed for EXTREME conditions.. the machine I bought from this trash dealer DOES NOT MEET those conditions. If I could give 0 stars I would.. they should have their dealer licensed revoked. Contact me with any questions. I’ll be glad to answer them.*RESPONSE*Darrell,If you would like a list of repairs I’ve had to get fixed from your service departments repairs you should contact me directly or contact Langdale powersports of moultrie Georgia. My go-cart has been there since the beginning of December 2015. We got it back in Feburary, and it still did t work and start up correctly. My brand new tires put on it and when we got it back they had barley any tread on hem like it was rode by someone else.

This company is a very disingenuous. i went in to buy gloves to wear at night the guy first pointed out a 75 dollar pair of gloves. i said i cant afford it he then started showing me other gloves. i picked out a pair for 43 dollars. drove home that night and they didnt work like i was lead to believe they would tried to return them the owner himself told me he would not take them back and basically said i was lying because his employee told him he didnt lead me to believe that. so i must be lying. i would never recommend buying from any of the Bargeron chain stores either . the are all owned and operated by disingenuous people.

I would give 0 stars but that is not an option. I called this company and spoke with Billy about a Seadoo they had for sale. I asked him to get me some pricing info and send some photos. I never received them. Called again and made an offer on the Seadoo. I asked again for some photos to make sure there were no issues with the Seadoo. I guess what I should have asked was is there any damage to the Seadoo. Billy told me it was in good condition. I told him I wanted to be sure since I was coming from 3 hours away and did not want to waste his or my time. We agreed upon a price for the seadoo and a trailer. I arrived at the office and was taken to see the seadoo. It was in much worse shape than the pictures revealed. It was completely faded (it was a 2015) There was large crack in the plastic by the rear foot section that was poorly repaired.Huge stains on plastic where something was spilled. The whole upper section of the Spark needed to be replaced a $1000.00 part. The exhaust system was also modified. Coolant was empty meaning some leak had formed. After looking at the photos I was sent. They were well positioned to make sure the damage is not visible. I dont know why you would not list these things in the description when selling something from your website. It was very disappointing to waste 6 hour round trip to just find out it was a piece of junk. I will never do business with them again. If you ever deal with this company I would be very careful.
