I went in to buy refrigerant for my car & no one was helpful or asked if I needed help (because I definitely needed help) and when I asked for help the lady behind the counter said they couldn’t help me install the refrigerant so I just left. I went across town to advanced auto parts & the guy helped me get the right kind & offered to put it in for me without asking.

Says free testing. Went to local store and they said we needed a sensor. Replaced the sensor. Was out of town in jesup. So we went to have it retested and reset. Woman at the counter was very rude and would not test vehicle. She was to busy discussing shopping with a Male coworker. Guess her shopping habits are more important than autozones business. Will not be going back to this location

Ive had to make 2 trips back to Auto Zone today. I was sold the wrong products. Then I get home and look at my receipt to find that they stuck a pack of bulb grease in my bag without asking if I wanted it and charged me $1.49 for it.
