We had my aunts 60th birthday party here. The staff was nice and the event space was lovely and easy to get to. The owner was very friendly and accommodated all of our needs and was even able to take care of a couple of last minute request. The food was good, chicken a bit salty but good. This building is very spacious and was able to accommodate two separate parties at the same time. Ample parking and nice flat land in the back. Thank you so much for allowing us to use your space.

Helped get everything I needed at the last minute
I had my wedding here and it was more perfect than i have ever dreamed of. The day was beautiful thanks to this wonderful place. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs to host any event !
This venue just hosted my daughters wedding and I wouldnt have changed a thing. The coordinator made herself available for questions, worked with us throughout the entire process and had set up both an amazing rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception. Her recommendations for entertainment, photographers, make-up all spot on. Her staff were all very friendly, courteous and very helpful. All of our guests were very impressed with the venue and everyone had a wonderful time. So glad we went with Under the Chandelier!
Elaine is amazing! She is so helpful and delivers what you want. I had less than a month to pull off a wedding. She gave me the wedding of my dreams and more! She is very professional and consistent. The venue is beautiful as well.

Had a baby shower there for my sister-in-law and while planning for the shower Mrs. Elaine kept in touch and whenever I needed something or had questions she would make sure they were answered. I highly recommend Under the Chandelier for event planning. Mrs. Elaine was very professional. Thanks again for the great experience!
Amazing!!!! Just stepped in to get some tables my sister rented from them and was immediately WOWED!!!!!! The set up, decor and over all feeling of the atmosphere was breathtaking. I regreted not doing my homework on surrounding venues for my wedding. It felt so intimate. I was very impressed.
What a gorgeous venue! I must say we were a bit taken back by the look of the exterior when we drove up but when we entered the venue we were blown away by the chandeliers and industrial chic look.Absolutely an elegant venue! Elaine and her staff were very professional from the planning all the way up to the night of our event. They went above and beyond our expectations and our event had all who attended talking about it for days afterwards. We’ve recommended Under the Chandelier to several of our friends and one of them booked their daughters wedding there.
The owner did not get bad with us after I paid $200 as a deposit. She was supposed to email an updated estimate of the things we wanted to add. I went back and forth on phone calls with her a couple of months later to see why she never got back with me and let her know we found a better place. She swore she sent the email. I asked for her to forward it. I recieved a document she could have made on the spot and typed the correct date in NOT the forwarded email. When I questioned her, she said, well that was so long ago. She still has my $200.

Bridal Expo 2019 was an awesome event of networking with vendors from all fields of entertainment. The venue is beautiful and spacious for all occasions. It was a pleasure working with Ms. Elaine and her staff.
Great venue
I was quite unhappy with the service I received from Spanish Moss. I had discussed with the owner when we signed our contract about being provided servers for $15/hr. The week of the wedding we were informed they would not be able to provide us with servers. In an effort to help us, she said she would try to find others but the cost would be $100 per server. In the end, we did not have any servers.Also, at the last minute (months after signing the contract) we were told we would have to pay a delivery fee of $250 because they didnt realize how far away the location was. We put the address down the day that we signed. She decided she would split the cost with us, so we ended up having to pay an extra $125.The men who set everything up were very nice and polite, but were over an hour late getting there. We were missing the bottoms to the cocktail tables so the owner brought them shortly before the wedding. (I understand mistakes happen, that wasnt the issue.) When the owner arrived she was not very polite.The set up was beautiful, but the customer service was not good. We spent quite a lot of money for this and felt like we werent treated very well. As the bride, it was frustrating to see my mother upset and stressed out because of these issues.

Its a long way from Wilmington Island but it was a great place for the Savannah Electrical Training Alliance and IBEW LU 508 to have their graduation.
This venue is fantastic. I anxiously await all the wonderful events this place has in store for Jesup, Wayne County, and beyond.

Spanish Moss Rentals is a genuine, old fashioned gyp joint.The scam works like this: they rent you faulty equipment then, when you return it, they charge you for breaking it. Or, after you’ve left it, your credit card is charged for repairs.What is especially audacious about their racket is they bill the customer when the customer fixes, or is able to make the junky, rental equipment useful, or work as intended.There is no reason to enter this establishment other than to tone your flim-flam finesse.

Used this business for chairs and tables for my wedding last weekend. The tables and chairs had been paid for well before then. The day before the wedding my bridesmaids went to go pick them up. Mind you, we were instructed that we would have to pick up the tables BEFORE 2 . My bridesmaids arrived at 9 am only to come up to a closed building. They immediately called her to see of they bad the wrong place. Whw. They called it went straight to voicemail. Each pd is called around 30 times. Luckily my family knew hers and went to her parents only to have her father have to bang on her door several times before she answered. She offered no apologies, and said she would be there soon. Finally at 11:30 she shows up. Mind you, my bridesmaids had been waiting in the cold for two and a half hours. Again no apologies from her, only attitude. Would not ever recommend this place! Beyond unprofessional.
