The pharmacist on shift Sunday 10/31/2021 is one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered!!! Called this pharmacy couple times throughout the past couple days and most of the staff there are very rude and unprofessional!!!

I called to have a prescription filled. A girl named Chelsea answered, took my information, then put me on hold & never came back to the phone. I got tired of waiting, hung up & tried to call again. No answer. After several tries she finally answered, said “give me a moment “, nothing else but that, & put me on hold again & never returned—again. I decided to just go up there to the drive through. She came on the speaker & was very rude & wouldn’t give me a chance to say anything! The other ladies there are very nice & friendly, but not that one!

The pharmacist named Sheryl or Cheryl pr whatever it is, has the WORST attitude problem I have ever seen on a professional. The fact she is still employed, after yelling at people, and the way she speaks to the staff is absolutely ATROCIOUS. I WILL be talking to corporate on behalf of the other customers. Fire her, shes costing you money CVS

Walk in the store 2 employees greeted me and i grab 1 thing went back up front to pay and couldnt find anyone they disappeared and i wait over 15 minutes and still nobody. Walked the whole store and still didnt see andyone so i finally walked out without my item. I will never go back

They really need to do something about their drive thru line. Why does it take 45 min to pick up a script through the drive through. I won’t be sending any more prescriptions here. I don’t come often but over the past year, when I have to, it is ridiculous that it takes so long. It takes 10 minutes for them to answer the phone and 15 min per car. Why??? I just don’t understand. Have they been short staffed for a whole year? Do they care?

Very convenient store/pharmacy

Purchased several photo books. The lady had me assembling my own photos. I wanted to ask her if she wanted to put me of their payroll. Each photo takes around 45 second to print. I figured 30 minutes was more than enough to complete my books. After returning, their machine was opened and she appeared to be flustered. Prior to printing the photos, I asked for her assistance regarding her machine, which she had not idea how to operate.

They always have what I am looking for, I havent had an issue with the staff, and the prices are good. I prefer CVS to other pharmacies for the great experience I typically have there, and I admire the fact that they stood up and said NO to the tobacco companies, refusing to sell cigarettes in their store (unlike some other stores that have pharmacies in them).

Some employees are very nice, however there is one employee in the pharmacy section that is very rude and unhelpful.

Clean store. Friendly staff. Open on Thanksgiving and Christmas when Ive needed them.
