The repairman called to set up the appointment and arrived on time. He did the work without needing anything from me. He gave me. Instructions on how long to wait to avoid problems with the install and took my payment when he was finished. Overall a good job.

Well they did a good job on the new windshield but did not put my wiper blades and arms back on left laying in my engine. So when it rained I was lost finally found but now have to replace cause my very expensive blades were melted.

Got there a little early but took my car straight back. New windshield installed in less than 90 minutes and just like new.

Made an appointment Saturday for Monday I took of work so I could be there when the came called day of and said they couldn’t do it till Friday

Just had my windshield replaced here and it was finished in a timely and professional manner. They even placed my work decal from my old to bew windshield.

Started out good on Monday morning was quoted 255 and set up mobile tech for the convenience as could be fixed while at work and would not have to make other arrangements. Monday received call asking to call them about appointment scheduled for Wednesday. I called back was told that they do not have any mobile techs available for Wednesday and would be later the following week before would have a mobile tech. Verified the right front passenger side window and the cost of 255. Set up appointment for Wednesday at 8 am made arrangements to get the vehicle to their shop. When they got there they were told that was not the correct glass the one needed would be 448 which is a far cry from 255. As they explained that had to rearrange plans in order to get the vehicle there and now to be told that is wrong glass and the price is going to be more. The gentleman in a smart attitude advised them to feel free to shop around. I am shopping around as not going to do business with a company that will not back up what they say. First of all the mobile tech should have never been scheduled if there werent any available for the specific day. Also confirming more than twice that it was the right front passenger window without asking what kind of window it was or the vin number to make sure if they had the correct one and give the correct price instead of saying it would be 255 and then on the day of the repair that it will be 448. Very unprofessional and very rude as well. Beware if you get a quote the odds are not going to be what they say.Very upset to say the least.

I would not recommend this place at all! Timing was amazing when claim was called in, they came in a timely Manor, however they were here 5 minutes drilled a hole that didn’t even cover where line was made a new crack!!! I called back same day as it started raining as soon as guy left and when I left work the crack was worse and cracked another way! I’ve been calling for over two weeks as my insurance company told me to call and speak to Hannah Jenkins! Still have not received a call and I have called almost daily! And they want me to pay the other half of my deductible for something they screwed up on! No thank you! I do not recommend them for sure working on any brand new car! Horrible!!!!!
