Travelling from Wilmington NC to Cookeville TN this week. Brakes locked up on our truck. We own our own Auto Repair shop in NC and happened to be wearing a NAPA shirt that day (one of our main suppliers). Stopped at this local NAPA on the advice of STEVE at Historic Flooring.We were able to get the parts we needed from Neil who was courteous and knowledgeable and got us out the door with the correct items. Got the truck fixed and back on the road within a few hours...Thanks NAPA.

I have an older car and had loaned out. I went to Napa to get necessary supplies to give it a tune up.I was greeted warmly and promptly by the store manager. Upon discussing the situation, he found exactly what I needed at a great price.Napa is the only parts stores I trade at.

Have hard to find parts

I called and spoke with a gentleman and he was not only very helpful but polite as well. When I came into the store to order the parts I need he was again very helpful and knowledgeable and didnt try to get me to purchase parts that I might not need or ones that might not fit my vehicle. I will gladly go back for any further vehicle repairs.

Great group of people. Always helpful and easy to deal with. I purchase parts and shop supplies for our shop at work, and NAPA makes that process so simple.

Great parts store. Not full of employees who do not know anything about a car. This is like parts store were before accessory stores like zone and advance and Orally came about.

I wanted a hose made. What I got was a lecture but no hose. The customer may not always be right but they expect to be listened to

Best parts people in town. If you have a hard to find part, this is the place to go. They have everything!!

After price comparison I used Napa for the lower price, same warranty, more experienced and knowledgeable employees, gave great directions on how to change my rotors and break pads on my truck. And the products were alot better than the competition.

Useless and LAZY! Rarely have anything in stock- always the same response - we will have to get it from our warehouse we can have it for you tomorrow. My last time in this store there were 5 men sitting around the counter talking to each other- none acknowledged me at the counter for several minutes until I asked if anyone was planning on doing anything today ---- they informed me they were all delivery drivers and could not help me . So I left . This used to be a fairly decent parts store. Not so much any more.

WORST STAFF ANYWHERE EVER!!! Lazy cannot begin to describe it - I was beginning to wonder if they were alive! But then they ALL came to life to say to say It wasnt me when we told them we called about a part less than an hour before and were told they had it but upon arrival were told they didnt even carry the brand! OMG!!! Really??? Who has the time and the gas money to deal with that? Not me!!!

Stopped off for windshield wipers and had them installed for about $30 out the door. I may adjust this based on how long they last and how they perform, but service seemed good add was quite quick.
