This is a great place for getting smalls for your restaurant or food service operation. Their food stocks are good as well, very adequate for catering. I found the staff friendly and knowledgeable. If you shop for your home, keep in mind that most of their items are for catering or back of the house operations. While Im not qualified to comment on their major equipment sales, they do seem to be capable. If you are looking to flesh out your home kitchen, or add to your stock of items for the folks that work back of the house, Stock Pot is a good place to start.

The store is fine, they mostly have restaurant supplies, but do carry a random assortment of Asian foods. Its pretty dimly lit in there though, similar to a basement.

It has been a while since i have been here.. it has everything you need to restock your store or restaurant.or house. and a few other things to fix kitchen faucets. Etc I really didnt get to walk all the way thru the whole store. But I will next time and I will repost....... The price are not bad either.. I would recommend stopping in. Thanks for reading

I love this place. I cant get enough. The people are so friendly and helpful. The store is well organized and clean. They keep up with everything they have in stock. The kitchen necessities are all found here. I cant say enough about

We are having a picnic for a building of 40 apts so being able to get what we need in bulk helps a lot.

Wonderfull staff, and selection. Ranges from resutraunt supplies, to home cooking utensils. Absolutely adore the authentic section! Go there any chance I get.

My 15 year old wants Japanese food for her birthday. I set out looking for all the foreign items by the third store Im about to pull my hair out looking for weird stuff like natto. The Stock Pot was my fourth stop and they had all the Japanese food I needed. Even POCKY! I wish I knew the ladies name that helped me she was wonderful. I did not see anyone on phones. Definitely going back!

Absolutely the nicest people around work here, very helpful and nice. I LOVE my trip to the stock pot so I have cheddar rounds to make at home, and the “old school” school pizza is also here...great prices!

Awesome place to shop. This was my first shopping trip but certainly not my last, they have everything you could need & more.....

Some of the staff is not helpful and act as though you are bothering them when you ask if they have something in stock that is empty on the shelf. This is the second time we went there and I wont go back. I will buy my catering supplies at KaTom as the staff is much more helpful.

This place is more fun than a toy store if you like to cook. The Asian food selection is pretty good, in addition to all kinds of frozen foods and bulk condiments. Surprisingly reasonable prices also.

This Place is great always find what I need... BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!!! They definitely need some training on that!

Ill second another reviewers comment about this being the equivalent of a toy store for cooks -- I grabbed a cart and went through every.single.aisle!! Found a huge, heavy plastic cutting board and a great wok for 1/4 the amazon price, a handheld mandoline that gives me a chance to see if I want a full-size, a great selection of Chinese mustards, and much more Ive saved on my list for next time. The only disheartening thing was seeing the huge selection of frozen prepared foods... cant believe anyone eats at restaurants since so much is obviously just heated up. Glad I love to cook! lol HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - and be sure to block out an hour :-)

Best place for any cooking supply needs!

Products are good for decent prices but customer service is lacking. Have called ahead and ordered products twice now only to drive an hour to arrive and it not be there, or to have the wrong product ordered. The staff are all older women so do not arrive expecting to have help loading your heavier purchases.

Wonderful place to go if you want bulk items and also single items. They also have an Asian store in it if you like cooking different types food. Do not go as often as I like but I splurge when I do get the opportunity.

Pretty good selection of Asian items and commercial cooking items. The spices are too high but the pans and metal bowls are a great deal. We regularly buy our metal bowls and pans there for baking

A lot of folks who reviewed have said not your typical kitchen supply place, etc. They dont advertise as retail so Im not sure that those reviews are truly accurate. Why am I giving a 3 star review?I wish that google would separate out the reviews by category, i.e., customer service, prices, and so on. And since they dont 3 stars is all I feel comfortable giving.My husband and I were looking for a saute pan and started looking on our phone app and The Stock Pot came up. We walked in and started shopping and found some things that we wanted for the kitchen.I couldnt find a pizza cutter - so I asked (there were about 4 staff members standing around the register and almost all of them had their phones out and paying way more attention to them) and one guy while still looking down at his phone started walking without one time looking up. I finally asked am I supposed to follow you and he just nodded.He never said one word and pointed to the pizza cutter and walked off. When we finally checked out - again 3 out of 4 of the staff were still standing around the register more interested in what was going on with the phones than any customers who were coming through the lines.So really - 5 stars for pricing, 4 stars for product availability and maybe 2 stars for customer service.

The parking lot is real small. Didnt go inside.

I enjoy visiting the Stockpot-so many interesting professional kitchen gadgets and the only place to find a good selection of Asian food products and big amounts of party supplies if you dont belong to a discount club. Personally Ive found the staff helpful-its a fun place to visit!

All the employees ive dealt with have been super helpful. Ive had equipment repaired and bought new and used items from them, no complaints. Look forward to dealing with them again soon.

As a business owner of a restaurant, I try to keep customers happy should any problem arise. Unfortunately, thats not how I was treated at The Stock Pot. I am a frequent customer who travels from Bakersville, NC to purchase items and supplies needed for my restaurant. A couple of weeks ago, i purchased a couple of pizza pans from them. However, they were the wrong size and would not fit in my oven. I brought them back, wanting to swap them for the correct size. The young girl that waited on me said she would have to ask her manager. She came back and said the manager said that I couldnt return them after 5 days. I asked again if I could swap them for the correct size and that I lived in NC. Her answer was no. She said thats what their policy was and the manager would not make any exceptions. Being very upset and disappointed, when I got in my vehicle, I called the manager and told her that I thought she was being unfair since I lived so far away and only wanted to swap them for the correct size. She said the young lady didnt tell her I wanted to swap them, but wanted to return them. The manager acted like it was the young ladys fault, but she never once said to come back and exchange them. I felt this was a bad decision on their part. I have purchased several items from them in the past and felt like they should have honored my request. I dont plan on doing business with them anymore.

This was my first trip to the Stock Pot. Even though I dont have a restaurant, or food service business, I found plenty of bulk food bargains and bulk paper supplies that would be handy for large family gatherings.Id recommend shopping the Stock Pot before stocking your freezer or pantry.

There are so many items to choose from, that you cant walk out the Stock Pot with one item!!

This store is part grocer, part restaurant supply. Alright prices. Main feature for me is the attached Asian grocer which is the best supplier in the area for east Asian ingredients.

This store has THE WORST customer service.... I thought that maybe it was just an employees not being properly supervised problem, but then I met an owner !! Now I know why the employees dont have ANY customer service skills....they take their lead from the owner. I have had several interactions with staff and 1 with owner, and I will not be back. I will travel to Bristol if I have to, but I will not be giving the Stock Pot any more of my hard earned $$

The Stock Pot is not a resturant but is a great resturant supply/kitchen/cooking store. You can get commercial grade and size cookware in small or large quantities, unusual items, spices and food items but not ready to eat that I have seen.A great place.........just not to eat.

They dont have much variety and the kimchee is just prepackaged and terrible... Its better than nothing.
