Tori (the wonderful blonde woman from Virginia) was absolutely AMAZING!!!!! She did my daughter Alivia’s hair and TOTALLY transformed her. Giving overflowing confidence to a 12 year old is no easy task and she nailed it!!!’ So professional and so talented. Overall a wonderful experience! Will definitely be seeing her in the future!!

I went to JCPenny salon to get my hair cut and color,My hairdresser did a very bad job with my hair and color. She didn’t care for her clients at all. I’m very disappointed of her... I swear to god I would not go back to JCPenney Salon ever.😢😡

I go there because of Amber she is the best stylist there and shes so nice and every time she does my hair she doesnt disappoint. She does my hair how I want it, not how she THINKS I should have it

Went there after 4 years of not allowing anyone to touch my hair. Meghan was my hair dresser and she perfected my hair cut! Perfect length and not too much off, she was very friendly and gave out compliments to me like crazy. Honestly made my month. Will be returning again soon for colors & possibly an updo for a wedding i am attending in march. She helped me pick out the perfect products to bring my hair back to life after years of bleaching it and my hair has never been so soft and shiny. I recommend we clone 12 of her and put them in salons all over the world. Thank you for the exquisite customer service !

I like coming here, the wait is short and the staff are great. Mercedes did an awesome job on my hair today! And she was super nice and professional.

I went to JCPenney hair salon to get my hair cut. The hairstylist did a bad job. One side of my hair is longer then the other by at least 2 inches. My bangs are not even. I will never go there again.
