Christmas decor is wonderful. went in to look for first time. Came out with a buggy full of Christmas items. Love this store

Tina the store manager acted completely incompetent when it came to helping me with my order issue. I had ordered two lampshades to go with my lamps, and only received one, so I returned it to the store since I don’t have use for just one lampshade. It took them nearly 30 minutes just to locate my order even though I am an insider perks member and had my order barcode with me. They tried to issue me store credit back, but I read their return policy back to them and said that because I am an insider member, I am guaranteed a return back to my original payment (I returned it within 2 days of receiving). “Magically” they were able to locate my order then, but they said they were unable to return the $17 shipping cost. I asked why, since I would’ve never ordered the lampshades if I had known they would only send one. It only seems right that they would refund the shipping charge for THEIR error, but Tina said there was no way for her to do that. That’s pretty strange to have zero power as a manager. I worked retail for a number of years and my managers always helped customers in this way, so it seems strange that a store wouldn’t have the ability to offer a simple shipping refund. I told Tina that I was forever done with shopping at the At Home store because of my experience with her unprofessionalism, and I asked one last time if she was unable to make things right, because I would be cutting up my At Home credit card if not. She confirmed that she would not refund the shipping, so I left the store and vowed to never step foot in it again. This store is destined to go under. I wish they would take lessons from other home decor stores who get things right.

It was really good. Found what I needed. I just moved here from another state where there is no such store. I was impressed and found a few more needed items for my new apt. Will definitely shop there again.

Many, many beautiful things in this store for your home. For the most part, prices seem reasonable. Wear comfortable shoes and go shopping.

I will not be returning to this store. They advertised all outdoor at 50%off. However when I went to pay for some outdoor cushions they werent included in the sale. You were supposed to match the pattern with a picture to get the dale price. The advertisement did not mention this little issue. I had enough cushions for 8 chairs. Bad advertising and baf business practiced. WONT go back.

One of my favorite stores

First time in this mega home decor store. I was blown away the moment I walked in till I walked out. So much to look at!!! Somethings were a little pricey but Im a firm believer in if the price is cheap whats that tell ya about the product. Nice staff too.

Good place to walk around just to see all of the different stuff. Or, if you want a certain type of decoration, chances are you can find it here.

My wife lives it very well. Be careful of rugs. Some dont match display colors

Love this store, my first time there, shelves stocked. Only reason that I didnt give 5 stars is that there was only two registers open, long wait time.

It was the first time there. Loved it. The store was extremely clean, customers were friendly, as were the associates. They had a little bit of everything. I liked the atmosphere of the store and am looking forward to going back in the near future.

Its a love hate relationship. This place can be dangerous on your wallet. I bought a truck full. The prices are amazing but you get what you pay for. The chairs I purchased had a 250lb weight rating. The side table required some repairs, missing screws, handles fell off and lots of wood putty. I was very happy with the plant pots. They are painted concrete but work great and should last.If you are looking for accent pieces this is the place to go.If you want long term quality this is not it.

I liked the selections of home decor including the outdoor living section. Like most stores some prices were reasonable and others were expensive.

Love this place! I often find things that I like.

Stock on Xmas was low. Shelves were empty. Prices were high. I asked an employee where something could be found. Her response was in the kitchen isle. Well where is the kitchen isle? She should have shown me or at least given me the isle number.

Bought a coco basket plant hanger for almost $15.00 dollars,looked on walmart,same product,$4.00 dollars! No more of my money,messy store too.

At Home, is a overpriced furniture store. The other half of the stuff is cheap novelties. If you are looking for furniture then go to the IKEA web store. And if youre looking for cheap novelties you can find them much cheaper at Walmart and especially Target.

It has everything you could ever imagine for every occasion . I love it!

Very different in a good way, was another of things that wouldnt normally be in other stores. Some shelves were empty but that probably due to supply problems. All in all liked it prices were reasonable

Ill be honest, Ive never been in a sadder, more disappointing store. This building is a soulless husk full of useless, overpriced pressboard assembled by underpaid workers who havent been asked to sweep the floor since this pandemic started. You wander from empty aisle to empty aisle, taking in the scenery of shredded fake flowers littering the floor and seemingly comfortable furniture filled with styrofoam. Out of the corner of your eye you think you catch someone with a broom, but thats just hopeful imagination. I found a Panera Bread cup of tea that had been on the shelf so long it was starting to naturally ferment into Kombucha. Hazards were everywhere, from boxes piled sloppily on shelves to piles of fine sand on the concrete floor that slipped more effectively than industrial lubricant. All of this to the soundtrack of empty muzak built to pull as many ill-advised dollars out of your pocket as possible before you come to your senses and get out of this wasteland. Please, for your own sake, buy your Live, Laugh, Love signs elsewhere.

I love this store chain for yard and garden decor, household goods I can weave on, and cute gifts. This site is new and still stocking.

At home is a typical furniture/accessory store. Their selection is quite best The prices are really good. I had no issue with the staff or the cleanliness of the store. But the store was nothing super but nothing bad either. Would recommend at least taking a walk around and see if you could find what youre looking for.

It was fine. I like the store a lot, but I dont like how messy it is... Every time I visit the store in JC., it is always messy.

This was my first visit to this store and it wont be the last. This store is so cool. It has something for everyone I was with. Cant wait to go back. Lawn chairs, kitchen tools and gadgets, pictures and wall decor.

It was new, nice, and clean. But their 50% off sales, well many can be purchased elsewhere for even less than that at regular price.

Friendly staff. Lots of different furniture and homegoods. Great assortment of not just furniture but of accessories as well. The only negative I found was some of the showroom furniture/accessories had some minor defects or broken. An example would be part of the corner would be broken off or wheels werent roll right. It is still a great place to shop! I would highly recommend going to the store, theres everything that you want including friendly staff and people that want to help. But just make sure that you look at the furniture before buying it.

This place is bad for me... once inside I just cant seem to leave!! I like this store. If you dont find what you are looking for today I bet you will find it on your next trip in.

Place was wiped out of almost everything and it was disorganized. Some of the isles were so small, two shopping carts couldnt pass another. I had to lift the cart and hold it to the right so the other person could pass.

A little pricey but I always find myself going there and finding some good deals

Great items and selections. Some of the items are over priced, like the outdoor cushions. Otherwise, we love going there and have never left without buying something and the staff is very friendly. Also, they allow well behaved dogs in the store. Since it is in such close proximity to petsmart that is very convenient for us and makes us more likely to drop in to shop. I also love seeing the smile on our dogs and others faces as they get to meet new people.

Be warned, if you are sensitive to fragrances keep your distance. It looks like a good store with lots of interesting items. Unfortunately, I was not able to enjoy any time in this store because of the air fresheners in the store.

Awesome place to go mill around and your wallet could get in trouble quickly. Filled with all the things you never needed but always wanted.

New addition to Johnson City. Clean, all merchandise well displayed in a Big Box store sort of way. Staff is friendly and professional. Plenty of well lit parking. Safe feeling inside n out.

My new favorite store they have anything and everything you want I hope they have one in Columbia South Carolina because were moving there. This would be the place where you could accent your house perfectly without spending a truckload of money!

I actually really like this place. My experience however was not so good when I got to check out. When my cashier asked her head cashier for assistance with my order, she turned around and said how she wanted to do self harm to her self. Im guessing she could not handle stress on black Friday. She was not a joy to deal with. I felt bad for my cashier and for me. On another note there was a guy in the blow up section who was very helpful. Thank you.
